Escape from the Rainbow Factory
So, You think you can beat me?
It was a Celestia forsaken day when I arrived at the factory, having just failed the flying test because my wings had been broken by another test taker. They should have known what they were in for when they saw my flame-like mane, and my coltish attitude, considering I'm a mare. When I first arrived, I demanded, "Let me go mother buckers!" Unfortunately, for them, I was pissed. I killed a guard within a minute of being there. The manager was impressed, but they called me a "resource" because I failed the flying test. That was a mistake they will never make again. As they took me to a holding cell, every other resource begged me to break them out. At least, MOST did. One pony was unusually silent. According to friends of his, his name was Burning Lights. He seemed kinda, girlish. Turns out, "he" was not a guy, but a girl. The first thing she did was ask me, "What's your name?" Of course, I told her the same thing I tell everyone, "Night Lit By Starlight, Starlight for short." What she didn't know, however, was my true name, Sarah. I'm really human. I'm a timelord, but I remember my past incarnations, unlike a certain Doctor! (Matt Smith and His other incarnations I'm talking to you! xD). Back to what i was saying. One of the guards grabbed us and threw us into a cell, hurting my wings further. I of course, punched him, hard. He got management on my ass. They chained me up, or at least, tried to. They failed, and suffered broken wings. I guess the wing defense classes I took were worth the bits. "So you wanna go?" The guards asked. "Lets do this," I said, confident. They lost. Badly. I've take quite a few hooves to the face in hoofball. I was the only mare of course. One of the other older resources kept singing, "In the rainbow factory, where fears and horrors come true, in the rainbow factory, where not a single soul gets through, in the rainbow factory, where failures pay their toll." It was strange, because the song seemed kinda familiar. I had to be taken to a, quote unquote, "decontamination chamber" because they thought I had touched the stupid rainbows. I'm not an IDIOT. Then, they said never touch the stupid rainbows. I know this! I studied this place in secret, flying up to the entrance and watching them work. I never expected to be sent here myself though....
Whatever... Burning Lights decided that I was her new best friend. She introduced me to her friends, Tornado Fire, Falling Lights, Hikaru, and ugh..... of course she was friends with my old nemesis, Flying Feathers..... Well, at least we made up... Now, we're friends, best friends even! Granted, we also had to bond to escape. If we didn't, then we wouldn't have made it. Andddd for some reason, Falling Lights was a unicorn with robotic wings, perhaps implants? I have never found out.... She keeps that secret.
