Twilight Sparkle, Spike, Rarity, Sweetie Belle and Eclipse have been moving from town to town for a while. They have been running, running from something evil. The Shadows. The Shadows have driven them out of every home they've had. They must keep running. It would be all over if they ever stopped. (In this universe Twilight never became a princess because she only met Rarity.)
