Skye Shot starts his new life as a weather pony, but before his new career can officially begin he needs to pay a visit to the weather factory in Cloudsdale. From the moment he steps hoof into the ceremony celebrating his accomplishments things start to go wrong. Cloudsdale quickly loses its allure as Skye finds a new problem at every turn. Whether it's the rainbow-maned mare pushing him out of his comfort zone or his newest "friend" threatening Skye into joining his side of the weather team, things are looking very stressful for this stallion. Even worse, Cloudsdale will soon be hosting the Cloudsdale Rumble: a competition that pits pegasi against one another in a weather based brawl.

It's going to take a whole lot of friendship for Skye to come out alive!
