Little Sister

Pinkamena walked along the dirt and looked at the bleak sky ahead of her.Wide-eyed and nervous that her parents would realize she's gone before she even got off the property.Her heart pounded faster than her hooves on the ground as she picked up speed,carefully trying not to trip.Her hair flowed behind her like a rushing waterfall as thunder rumbled and it began to drizzle.The already gray sky was now black and wet with rainwater,Pinkamena looked back at the slowly fading rock farm and smiled.

''Curiosity killed the cat,and I suppose I'll have 8 lives left after today'' She said to herself "It's too rainy to go out looking for me,they'll have to wait till' morning and by then…I'll be long gone.''

With the rock farm out of view and the thunderstorm brewing above her,she sighed relief.She slowed down to catch her breath and checked her watch,7:25 pm.She shook the rain out her hair and looked around,She spotted a bookstore and raced in.She looked around and hopped up the stairs to the café ,She unhooked her saddle bag and pulled out a bag of bits.She ordered a hot chocolate and slumped down in a seat.A white filly with a purple mane ran up to her,She was around Pinkamena's age.

''Have you see a pink unicorn with big purple hair?!'' The filly frantically screamed.

''Over there'' Pinkamena said as she pointed to the calendar section.

The filly scrambled over to the calendar an met up with her mom.

''Rarity,where were you?'' The filly's mom said in a concerned tone.

Then Pinkamena felt it,Jealousy? Anger? Homesick? All of the above,Her eyes began to water as she frowned and walked out of the store.The rain fell harder than before as she tried to see in front of her.Before long,She blacked out.
