Spike left Twilight's library to go see Rarity, he was going to give her a rare gem he found in the caves, when Spike got Rarity's house, he gave Rarity the gem, Rarity took the gem with her magic, oooooh Spike! it's absolutely gorgeous! Rarity then gave spike a kiss, would you like to have dinner with me Spiky-Wiky? sure, anything for you Rarity. Rarity then prepared a lovely meal for the two of them, as they started eating, Spiked asked Rarity, What will really happen when I become a big dragon? Rarity put down her tea cup and said, well when you grow up you will... uh... you will... a vision of Spike turning into a rampaging monster brought tears to Rarity eyes, and before she could say anything to Spike, she ran up to her bedroom crying, Spike came up the stairs and knocked on Rarity's door, Rarity? what's wrong? Just go away Spike! go away!

Spike was going back to Twilight's house wondering why Rarity didn't want him at her house anymore, when Spike got home, he  told Twilight about what had happened at Rarity's house. Twilight then had to face the fact that it was time to tell Spike the truth. You see Spike, when you grow into a fully grown dragon, you will become an aggressive, killing monster. I'm sorry Spike, but the truth is, when you grow up, I will have to give you up, when Spike heard the words from the purple unicorn he felt that Twilight didn't love him anymore. No! *sniff* no! Spike ran out the door and never came back all day, Twilight had realized that she made a huge mistake.

10 years later Spike came back, he was a fully grown huge rampaging dragon, alarms were going off all over Ponyville as Spike breathed fire at random ponies and destroyed houses, Spike ripped off the roof of Twilight's house and grabbed Twilight from inside the house. Spike!!? why are you doing this to us!!? YOU AND RARITY DON'T LOVE ME ANYMORE!!! that's not true!! me, Pinkie Pie, Rainbow Dash, Applejack, Fluttershy and especially Rarity all love you!! and that will never change!!

Spike was about eat Twilight's head off, but then Spike's expression turned from angry to the feeling of being loved again, the realization finally fell into Spike's angry heart, He gently put Twilight back on the ground and said, I love you to Twilight.

Twilight then gave Spike's huge fully grown dragon head a big hug.
