Paradise

She had a bright future. She had talent. She had friends. She had family. When she was a just a filly, she expected the world, and rightly so. She deserved it. Sometimes though, even the most deserving don't get what they want. She reached for the world, getting closer and closer, but it flew out of reach. So she ran away in her sleep. Every time she closed her eyes, she dreamed of paradise.
