The trees only love one pony
"Congratulations, the cider business in Ponyville... Is yours. Come on Apples, we better pack up are things." Applejack said as the hole family went to pack that they had left. She looked up from the ground a second, none of the towns ponies was doing anything. She sighed "come an ya'll its okey..." As she finished she could hear pinkie pie bursting out crying behind her, but she cept walking.
The family soon made it to the house, they packed their things and walked out. As they walked out of 'flim flam fields' Applejack felt something grab her leg, she looked back. A little root came out from the ground holding her back. She looked at the 'party' with the evil brothers. A small tear fell from her eye, "sorry, ah can't do anythin..." She pulled her hoof out of the roots grip, Applejack looked sad at it when it sadly got back to the ground.
one week later
The Apple family had moved into a house on the other side of ponyville, to avoid seeing their livelihood be destroyed. They moved into a small house near the Elderfree forest. But they could live there. They didn't do farm work anymore, so they had to get jobs in town. Big Mac had gotten a job at the school with Cheerliee as a playground guard, and because of that Diamond Tiara stopped bullying the CMC. Applejack didn't really work, her heart was so full of sorrow, each day she would walk into the forest and stay there the hole day.
Applejack walked back to their new home as the sun slowly fell down behind the hills. She entered the garden of the house only to see the ponies she never wanted to see in her entire life, the ponies she would kill on the spot if Apple Bloom hadn't been there. "The hay are you two doing here?!" Applejack asked the two brothers that sat on a bench outside the door, Apple Bloom was looking at them from the window. From the looks of it the brothers had been through a lot, their mane was messy, their coat was ripped, Flam's horn was cut off. Applejack knew what had happend. It was only two things that could do damage like that... The trees.
"Dear Applejack, we need your help!" Flam said, his eyes was filled with pain and sorrow. Clearly he was hurt.
Applejack almost laughed. "Ah knew it, they don't like the way you treat them" She said, she knew what was going on over there. The trees spoke to her, they begged her for help. "Ah though ya would come sooner, they must have been angry..." She teased.
"I lost my horn! Of course they are angry.... Wait, who are they?" Flam asked. Flim looked at Applejack in worry.
"They... Are the trees..." As Applejack spoke, roots grew at amazing speed from the ground. "They... Are mah friends" she finished. A gigantic tree formed beside the earth pony. She gently placed her hand on the tree, the spot she placed her hand the tree began to glow. Slowly the tree grew leafs and flowers. "Ya'll don't know what ya did when ya build the factory. To make it simple..." she paused and looked at the brothers "ya doomed yourself and everyone at that farm"
"How do you know!?" Flim yelled, only for one of the branches on th trees to bind him in a deadly grip.
"Shh... Calm down..." Applejack said to the tree, it slowly released Flim from death. "Ah am the heart, they chose me as their mother, their master, their leader. They chose me for mah love and care for the trees, when ah left. They stopped producing apples, didn't they?"
Flim and Flam looked at each other then back at Applejack "y-yeah..." They mutterd.
"Since ah was gone, they wanted death, they stopped producing apples in hope that ah might come back. And the trees that saw ya crush he barn died in a day." Applejack carefully lowered her hand on the tree, it slowly gre back into the ground only leaving a little leaf at the top. "Mah trees need me, they will kill to get me back... But ya was stupid enough to pay others to give them care, but they didn't like it. Nothing happened, and it never will..." Applejack finished. "Now leave"
The brothers looked at each other and walked off.
As Applejack slept in her room, small plants grew around the room, since she didn't have Sweet Apple Acers anymore, she let the plants grow in the house. It was the only thing that cept the house warm anyways. A loud knock came from the outside and woke Applejack. She looked out the window, she could see the ponies in the garden. One was a unicorn, she knew at once what they were here for. Applejack looked at a flower near the window, it looked back. "Surprise them" she said.
Quickly plant began to grow like crazy around the brothers in the garden. Applejack made her way outside and looked at the bound brothers. "What do ya want?" She asked.
"Can you please come and see what is going on over there?" Flam asked.
Applejack looked at them, she was not happy, but she began to walk into the elderfree forest the plants didn't release them.
"The farm is that way" Flim said and pointed his horm toward town.
"Ah know, ah just like this way." They walked or Applejack walked trough the forest, at last they came to a road, the road lead to the farm. They walkedonto the road and came to Sweet Apple Acers. As soon as Applejack placed a hoof inside the fance, the color brighten flowers and plants grew like wild fire, the farm came back to life, but it didn't last long. As the plant with the brothers cam in, the plants became angry, Applejack chuckled at the sight of the plants hissing at the brothers. As they came to the middle of the farm, the plant dropped them, they fell hard to the ground.
"Sooo... Ah see they don't like ya, thats not a shooker. Ah really thought they were gonna kill ya!"
The brothers looked worried at each other. They both gulped. The farm that just came alive, died in a matter of seconds "this is what ya did! Not only did ya kill the farm, ya killed life... Mah life..."
Vines came out of nowhere and bound the brothers, they were put to the ground, vines wrapped itself around their neck, it tighten harder and harder. Slowly their vision faded and they closed their eyes, they stopped breathing, they struggled a little only to the grip to get tighter. "Now ya will pay the price..." Was the last they heard before sleeping in...
