Princess Twilight Sparkle walked into her library, setting a scroll down sadly. She sat on the floor, looking down at the her hooves. Why did Princess Celestia do this to her? Did all of those lessons about friendship mean anything to her? The irony that she had to deal with; the Princess of Friendship had to leave her friends to run her own kingdom. It was crazy! Why did Princess Celestia think Twilight was capable of running her own kingdom after only being princess for a couple of weeks? More importantly, how was she going to explain this to her friends? Rainbow Dash, Pinkie Pie, Rarity, Apple Jack, and Fluttershy? How could she even begin to mention it? Poor Spike, with all of the relationships he's made, too. She decided to just to tell her friends. She got up and flew to Sugarcube Corner.
Spike entered the room, "Twilight!" He called. When he noticed Twilight wasn't there, he frowned and looked around. He noticed a paper and went over to it, taking the ribbon off and reading it, "Hmm...My faithful student, Twilight Sparkle, blah blah blah," he gasped, "Twilight's going back to Canterlot?!"
