Chapter 1: The Birthday Present
Rainbow Dash sitting on a cloud remembering the memory of Applejack tell her about the zap apples, remembering the way her eyes just seemed to have glistened in the sun. Rainbow slowly fell asleep remembering the happiness that applejack had in her voice. Right before she could shut her eyes, she heard a bubbly voice
Rainbow dash started to panic what was she going to do. Everypony would be disappointment in her one and only fear. She started to think "What would Applejack love more than a cider squeezer?” Rainbow thought as she flew, hanging her head, to sugar cube corner. Upon the entrance she saw Applejack and the rest of her friends. She finally thought of a present. Rainbow dash looked up meeting the emerald gaze of Apple jacks eyes as bright as they are were.
After the party was over, Rainbow pulled Applejack aside "Applejack you ready for your present?"

Rainbow dash wakes up excited to see the orange mare that she had been dreaming about all night after the cloud. She see that it’s about lunch time and goes to look for the apple cart only to see that Big Mac was there.
“Big Mac! Where’s AJ? Is she here?”
“Nnnope”
“Well is she at the farm? I’ll head over there?”
“Nnnope”
“Well…Then I’ll go to Twilight’s…She is probably there” Rainbow dash flies as fast as she can into the castle through an opening to the room with the chairs and sees everyone there except Applejack. She lands right next to Twilight
“Twilight! Where’s AJ?”
Twilight responds sadly
“Rainbow Dash none of us know, honestly…”
“What? She couldn’t have disappeared! Why is she gone!?”
Rarity interjects
“Darling calm down I’m sure Applejack is just fine”
Pinkie has a Deja vu “Haven’t we done this before? I mean wondering where Applejack is. Maybe she is with Cherry Jubilee again?”
Rainbow Dash looks at them at panicking
“No! She would’ve told me! I know it!” Twilight looks at Rainbow gently
“Rainbow Dash…Please…It will be ok…I agree with Rarity I am sure wherever she is, she is fine” Fluttershy looks at all of them
“Um…Girls I may know where she went”
Rainbow looks at Fluttershy “Why didn’t you say anything before now! You could’ve told me! I could have been on my way there already!”
“Um..I am sorry Rainbow but…um..I don’t th—“
“Fluttershy why! You’re my closet friend! Why didn’t you say anything?!?” Rainbow dash darts out of the window crying in the process. Twilight flies after rainbow trying to catch up. “Rainbow dash slow down!” Rainbow dash looks back to see twilight
“Just go away!”
“No Rainbow I won’t just leave you alone!”
“Why? It’s like I thought I’ll find her on my own.”
“Rainbow dash we’re just trying to help you!”
“No I don’t need your help…Just go away!”
“Then why would you come to me in the first place?”
“Because I thought you were my friend”
“Rainbow!”
“What!”
“You didn’t mean that. You’re just hurt…”
Rainbow finally turns around “I am hurt…by the fact that none of my real friends care enough about me to help find our one friend that MIA!”
“Fine. Go fly off to try to find Applejack. I am going to stay here with my friends so we can try to find her together. Despite what you may think, we do care about Applejack just as much as you do, and we want her safe just as much as you do.”
Twilight flies back and Rainbow begins to follow not knowing what else to do.

Applejack once told me that each zap apples are always different in their own respect. She would look for a way to compare them then finally she found one.
"The zap apples are kind of like us, ponies, they all have their different traits but all of them can come together to find a common ground, make sense Rainbow?" I nodded my head yes but honestly I didn’t feel like that at all.....because of ponies like me where the skin of the apple doesnt match the taste. Where the apple is more of a sour one the somepony could think. Where you not apple typically able to judge the entire apple without knowing the name and all the information of the apple. That's the kind of apple I am.

Chapter 2: Apple Shipment
Applejack finally seeing granny smith on the porch in her rocking chair. "Granny why aren't ya inside in bed?"
"Well Applejack I had a very insterin' conversation with Big Macintosh..."
"Oh really Granny?"
"Yea' he said he saw ya and that rainbow headed pegsuas on a cloud kissin'. Is this true Applejack?"
"Granny…I..."
"No...Applejack give me a straight answer yes or no....?"
"Granny…It's true..."
"Well I know what must happened...Applejack room now...."
"But Gran-"
"No buts you young whipper-snapper!"
Applejack tried not to cry and trotting up to her room. Granny sighed and started penning a letter to Aunt and Uncle Orange.
Dear Daughter and Son-in-law
Applejack has started down a very dark road. I need you to take her under your wing for a while. I ask you out of care for my granddaughter. I don’t want her to end up like her mother. The unknown path she trotting down seems to not be good, I want you to take her I know this is short mention. This letter should be with her to hand to you and I am sorry for not figuring this out earlier. Please I just need your help...

When Applejack had awaken the next morning she saw a bag and the letter. Applejack looked at the packed bag then the letter written on it
Give to Aunt and Uncle Orange when you get to Manehatten
Applejack looked at this in fear grabbing the bag and letter, she saw Big Mac waiting for her outside her room
"Big Mac is she sending me to...."
"Eeyup" Apple jack tried not to cry
"Big Mac you can't let her do this to me"
"Sorry sis I hafta...We can do this where I walk with you or I hafta carry ya"
"Big Mac I won’t go!" Big Mac picks apple jack and the bag with his mouth carrying her to the front door and pushes it open
"Big Mac don’t do this!" He puts her down
"You gonna just walk now please"
"Big Mac why are you betraying me?"
"Listen sis just go for now I have a plan"
"You promise"
"Eeyup"
Apple jack makes her way to the train station and as Big Mac sees her leave he pulls out the necklace he has tucked in his fur that contains a picture of Zecora "For us…I promise”

Chapter 4: The Arrival
Apple Jack steps off the train, remembering the smells and the sites of the city. She starts walking to the building that belongs to Aunt and Uncle Orange. Arriving there she rings up to be let in and a stallions voice can be herd
“Yes?”
Apple jack responds shaking in her voice “Why hello there, I am applejack and I am looking for Molesy Orange?”
“Why this is him, Applejack come on up”
Applejack starts up the stairs to see that Uncle and Aunt Orange “Hi you all”
Aunt Orange looks at her “Ah Applejack, honey how have you been?”
Apple jack just kinda looks at the floor “I have a letter to give you…It’s from Granny Smith” She hands them the letter. Aunt Orange open it and reads it “Applejack, We’re about to leave for a while we got a ticket to go to on a cruise on the Draglantic Ocean. We can leave you here while we go it’s a short cruise so we should be back in four days or so. Would that be ok?”
Applejack looks at them “Yeah I’ll be fine by myself…” Aunt Orange looks at her
“One rule don’t touch the mail, Uncle Orange has got some kind of letter coming from a friend. Technically we are not supposed to leave any pony here when we leave so just don’t make too much noise”
“Yes ma’am”
“Well Bye Applejack enjoy your four days” Aunt and Uncle Orange pick up their bags and head out of the door. Applejack then looks through her packed bag for a pen or paper and she finds some. “I hope this works.” She begins to write a letter to rainbow dash trying to think of some way to get it to her
Dear Rainbow,
I didn’t wanna go…I was forced by my granny. I had to Rainbow, I didn’t have time to tell you before I left Big Mac had to drop me off at the station and watch me get on the train. I am sorry. I wanted to run and I couldn’t feel my legs or anything at that very moment and I should’ve rainbow and I am sorry I didn’t. Rainbow I am in manehatten find me. Let run together I can’t deal with how far away I am from you right now.

Applejack looks down at her letter to Rainbow Dash making sure she covered everything. She begins looking for an envelope.
“Where is all the gosh darn envelopes in this apartment?” As she continues her search she doesn’t find any
“Well darn.” So she decides to fold up in a special way and writes Rainbow on the front. She looks out the widow to see Coco Pommel and Applejack calls out to her.
“Coco! Coco!” Coco looks up to see Applejack
“Um…Do I know you?”
“Yeah I am friends with Rarity”
“Oh Rarity that generous fashion designer?”
“Yes”
“Whatcha need friend?”
“I need you to give this to her.” She tosses down the letter
“I sure can”
