Twilight's Secret Fanfic Drawer

"Oh you came!" Twilight said as you entered, "I've wanted to show you my fanfics for so long now!"
"Well, I am looking for something to publish", You say, hoping for the best.
"You'll be pleasantly surprised!" Twilight excitedly says, "I wrote this one about Queen Chrysalis!"
"The banished criminal?" You ask, slightly concerned.
"Precisely!" She says, handing you the book.
This is a story, which also happens to be a head cannon. I did my research, but if you don't like far out ideas, please leave now.
Ms.Chrysalis was on the top of the world. She was never a pony of big things, but this was most certainly big. She had always been bullied in school for being "different", but she was finally ready to adventure into the forest and leave her adopted parents behind. Despite the trauma of finding put her parents were a lie and no more than some paperwork, she was excited to find out "what" she was.
As she approached a large tree to sleep, she heard many voices.
"Another of our kind?", Said one thing in awe.
"It's so much bigger than us.", said an idiotic teenage monster.
Ms.Chrysalis was especially angered by this comment.
"I'm not big!" She said, instantly regretting it.
The monsters revealed themselves, and to both parties surprise, they looked very similar to each other.
"She must be one of us", said the 1st thing in surprise.
After some careful explanation Chrysalis realized she was the queen of the changelings, a group of magical beings that can take the form of ponies. She also discovered she had an entire army for herself. Realizing how much her "parents" had lied to her, she commanded her army to claim conquest on Equestria.
It was a normal night in Canterlot, Luna had just finished with the comb, so now Celestial could use it.
"We really need to buy another one of these.", said Princess Celestia.
"You're the one who broke yours!", said Princess Luna, almost in a voice similar to that of a toddler.
"Why must you always argue," said Celestia.
There cat fight was interrupted by a sound outside.
"What's going on?" Said Luna.
"Is that that strange pony who came in a few years ago?" Said Celestia.
"Don't be so judgemental," Luna said.
"We'll she's kind of invading!" Celestia said.
"At 7 in the morning?"Luna started, "why did we even get up so early in the first place?" said Luna.
"Good thing the gaurds take shifts!" Said Celestia as she watched the slightly humorous battle.
Queen Chrysalis was defeated and escaped with her men back to her hidden kingdom.
She was plotting revenge.
Queen Chrysalis awoke to the screams of townsfolk. After their last failed invasion, they were hungry, and we're rebelling.
"The only way you're going to get what you want is by stealing!
The changelings were ignoring her, and swinging signs with various quotes, such as "freedom to all" and "no more war".
Chrysalis found the entire situation pathetic, and easily convinced the townsfolk into a second war. This cycle went on for a while, Chrysalis occasionally succeeding at feeding herself and the troops the love energy of others. Then finally the day came. The biggest combination of love in Equestria. Shining Armor and Princess Cadance's Wedding. She impersonated Cadance, and nearly overtook the wedding, but a pesky purple unicorn name Twilight, discovered she was faking. After being shunned by her so called friends, Chrysalis sent Twilight into the ground with Cadance! But they escaped! And after a battle, flew Queen Chrysalis and her troops far off into the sky. Chrysalis and her troops barely survived with their lack of energy, but luckily there was lots of weaklings where she landed. She was able to retreat back to her kingdom and plan re-revenge.
"That's all I've Wrote so far",
Says Twilight.
"Very interesting", you comment, intrigued. You have no idea what you're getting yourself into.
"This one's about Pinkie Pie!" She says, giving you her next book.
Pinkie Pie awoke in a small room. Where am I? Why do I feel different? The best idea would be to analyze my surroundings. 4 walls. Left, right, behind me, and directly in front of me. The paint was hastily put on, like someone was in a rush to contain her in this room. Might as well walk around. I can't get up. I can't get up! Why can't I get up? I'm tied down. Moving seemed to tighten the ropes. Can I hop? Ow. This is way to tight. I can't breathe! I can't breathe!
"You'll learn eventually Pinkie Pie.", someone said in a mocking tone.
"Who are you? Why are you doing this?"
I was blacking out. I can't, I've read on this before. If I black out, I may not wake back up. No! I can't see! Everything goes black.
I wake up again. I'm alive? I'm alive! Who was that? Why did the ropes tighten? They tighten again. It looks like whoever captured me didn't want me to die. This is another try. Don't move. I can kill him with kindness. I won't move. I won't.
Some time later, I see some light peering the left wall. Something begins to form into the wall. It's a strange figure. Almost like an ape.
"Hello." It says.
"You captured me! Why are you doing this? You can't do this!"
"Shh," he says. "You won't last long if you can't respect me."
"What are you talking about?" Pinkie Pie said.
"I'm talking about how to survive. I brought you here, you follow my rules."
"Never!" Pinkie screamed.
She could feel the ropes tightening. She didn't care. I will see him again. I'll get him to come close and kick him. She tested her legs. They worked. Wait! She shouldn't have done that! Now he'll know my plan! No! You're going insane Pinkie. He won't know. Now it's time to sleep.
This time she was ready.
"This final one is quick." She says, giving you another book.
It's a late fall afternoon- AND PONYVILLE IS BEING ATTACKED! Twilight attempts to shoot the monster with magic, only to be hit down! Pinkie Pie! What is that goo surrounding her? You don't know? Try to get her out! Oh no! Now you're stuck too! Rainbow Dash! You're not our last hope! Go get him! Rainbow Dash flies straight into his stomach destroying him, but also covering the town too. Let's hope the goo doesn't cause any trouble. Everyone begins to feel different. UGH! I had to say something, didn't I? Everyone feels like suddenly facepalming at this contrived series of events. Resist the urge! Try to stay only mildly annoyed until we find a cure to this thing! Nobody listens. We're doomed. Hey! Wait! Is that Zecora? What's that? You think you know a cure? Where is it? That evil castle? Alright gang, let's go!
"Very interesting indeed." You comment, terrified at this point.
"Will you publish any?" She asks.
I don't want to get her angry, you think.
"Of course!" You can't believe what you're saying, "I'll publish them all!"
