After the events of battle network 5 lan and megaman decided to call it a day until regal(the creator of the dark chips) after losing a decade of his memory discovered a portal to a magical land of equestria. Lan decided to go to the portal along with megaman but once they got to equestria the portal had a virus and was shut down. Now lan and megaman along with the mane 6 has to find a portal back home before they are stuck for life
