aspects of chaos side story: madness incarnate

hi, i'm Mordecai! not the bird man Mordecai, but a different one. i think. i don't remember having feathers. but a thousand years can mess with someones mind. i guess i should tell you a little back story. not that you care. i was an ordinary guy, living on earth. i know that because the nurse let me read. sometimes. when i was good. i learned lots of things, but not why i was there. cold, dark, white. several words that describe it. but then! i was enveloped by a green light! and i woke up outside. i think. i may have been somewhere else entirely. anyway, i met a unicorn! his name was starswirl. he taught me lots of things, magic and stuff. and i met the love of my life. her name was clover. smart, beautiful, funny, all the things you would want. she liked me. tried to help me. it didn't matter. she went away for a while, with starswirl, and they didn't come back. something did, though. two… things, with horns and wings, they found me, in their old laboratory. thats where they left me. i didn't know anywhere else. and i wasn't going back to the other place. not if i could help it. they called me an abomination, and locked me up. in stone. took me as a trophy. put me in their garden. for birds to poop on and for kids to laugh at.
well not anymore.
i remember the spells and magic he taught me.
i will get out.
and make them go away.
