Sunrise
Princess Celestia is struck with a terminal illness and the sky of Equestria is stuck in twilight. To save Celestia, the Mane 6, Spike, and Luna form an unlikely alliance with Discord to seek out the mysterious Suppressor of Shadows.
One morning in Equestria, the sun fails to rise and both the sun and moon are not seen in the sky. Discord is suspected to be the guilty party, but of course only Fluttershy believes he is innocent. They soon go to Canterlot, where Princess Luna reveals that Discord is in fact innocent and that Princess Celestia has taken on a terminal illness. Discord and Luna rally the Mane 6 and Spike to embark on an epic adventure to save the Princess of the Sun and find the real perpetrator behind the bizarre skies.
