Equestria are no strangers to powerful entities invading the land and its citizens. Nightmare moon, Discord, Chrysalis, King Sombra, all of them have fallen to love and friendship. But it would seem that some are harder to get rid of than others. Nightmares spread and and blood is shed, and the threat reveals itself to the princesses of night and day. Will they be able to make it turn away from the path of darkness or are they simply pawns in its game?
