Elements of Fear

It is said that there are artifacts that are stronger than the elements of harmony. the artifacts are called...the Elements of Fear. Ponies who were to possess this kind of power is said to bring Equestria into a permanent period of fear and darkness...

Princess Celestia closes the story book, with fear in her eyes. It was four months since Tirek was defeated by Twilight Sparkle and the power of the elements. Equestria was in a period of peace and happiness. Even Discord, the former god of chaos, received the light of friendship and was currently behaving (with one or two cases of chaotic mischief here and there). However, Celestia could not shake the feeling that-

"Sister?"

Celestia turned to see her sister standing in front of the doorway to the sun monarchs room. "Yes, Luna?" she replied.

"Princess Twilight and Spike returned from the other dimension. shall I send them an invitation to Canterlot?" she asked.

"Yes." Celestia says, barely hiding the small tremor of fear in her voice. Luna does not hear the tremor, so she nods and heads to her room to write the invitation to Twilight. when she was sure she was gone, Celestia hid the book in a secret compartment in her bed, dimmed the lantern, closes the door, and decided that she needed sleep to calm her nerves. when she finally falls into a deep slumber, a breeze blows through her room, and blows out the lantern, even though bother windows and door were closed. on the breeze, a faint, but evil laugh can be heard, as Princess Celestia suffers a horrendous nightmare.
