My Unquiet Journey

by The Hybrid Changeling

When the blast hit me I thought I would die. Blown away by a gust of fate. An ant under a boot, seeing her last day.

But it can never that simple.

I now find myself alone and far from home, in a world where we're no longer safe, with return as my only option. The roads will be hard and long, the world rough and unfair. I will have no friends, no family, no help and no breaks. And yet I have no choice.

For the glory of my hive and for the glory of my Queen:

I must begin my unquiet journey.
