Just as Twilight Sparkle was performing a complicated spell, Pinkie Pie entered the room in her usual hyper manner. In doing so, she inadvertently altered the spell, thus taking Twilight Sparkle with her as she bounced on her way, just not to where she had imagined she was about to go.

As Twilight Sparkled was pushed on, the both of them soon met two unknown Ponies. What puzzled them first in meeting half way. Neither quite what they had been, neither going, where they had intended to end up.

Merely crossing the first intersection on their way to the meeting none had intended to attend. As Half Pony and half Human, they continued together towards a new destiny none could have foreseen.

Along the road, new friends and adventures awaited, ready to pounce, and discoveries to be made.
