I shall never know how this came to be... nor their strange ways....
A figure slinked in the shadows, watching the ponies in the small town Ponyville mill about. She looked around cautiously for the guards once more that had chased her out of the town already once with her unique half- slitted burnt orange eyes, peering through some bushes cleverly hidden out of sight.
"Did you see that freak anywhere?" Growled a Pegasus guard to another.
"No... thank Celestia. Whatever the hell it was, I hope it never comes back."
"Oh come on... it wasn't that scary." Said Daffodil in an unamused tone. "Very strange, but not scary."
"Did you see the fangs on it!? And it's bigger than any of us!" said an overweight grey unicorn named Greythorn.
"Stop being a coward Greythorn. Even Daffodil can be a better stallion than you... and she's a mare." Said Light Arrow coldly.
"Ouch." stated a Pegasus guard named Kurt. He was rather unique because he had his Pegasus wings and butterfly wings.
"But I don't want to become it's meal!" whined Greythorn.
"I'd be very surprised if it could eat you." wisecracked Turtle. "If it doesn't die of the fat content first."
There was a bit of chuckling from some of the guards.
A freak? ....And yet that one has two sets of wings..... And that one is overweight....... silently thought the hidden figure. She moved to get a better view, making a slight rustle in the bushes.
"....D..did you guys hear that?" said Greythorn uneasily.
"Hear what?" asked Daffodil curiously. "I don't hear anything."
"You're probably working too hard...." Began Kat, a green unicorn with a broken horn and a dark blue mane. "Would it hurt if you took a break Greythorn?"
They're terrified of me.... I could have some fun here.
She silently snook up behind Greythorn while his back was turned to him.
"I'm serious guys.... I thought I heard some-- why are you guys looking at me like that?"
Daffodill only pointed a stunned hoof to the figure that was behind Greythorn, and he whirled around in shock. But instead of hurting him, the figure stuck out her forked tongue, and licked his cheek with a soft purr.
