As Fluttershy trailed the tip of one delicately manicured hoof down Rarity's chest, Rarity squirmed and whimpered, testing the black ribbon that tied her and spread her in front of her mistress. Her chest heaved as she gasped for breath, not trying too hard, yet making a show of it in her usual dramatics. If she chose, she could use her magic to escape easily- but she knew better than that. That would just make her punishment better worse.
"Oh, Rarity. Please don't, you know you're just going to hurt yourself..." A hoof stroked across the angry red lines forming on her coat under the ribbons, poking and prodding at them and making her whine, straining towards the touches and pulling at her bonds. "You made this ribbon yourself, didn't you? It's lovely, and so strong... you're so good at making things... so you know you can't get out of it. Be a good girl and stop squirming for me?"
Well. If her mistress asked so nicely, of course she would comply. She laid back, arching her neck elegantly and splaying herself, arranging her limbs and coat to show herself to best advantage, red lines and black silk against soft white coat, and was rewarded with a gentle kiss on the forehead.
"Good girl. See, isn't it easier when you listen to me? If only you'd done that in the first place, you wouldn't be in this situation... I'm sorry I have to do this to you, but I have to teach you a lesson somehow, right...?" A sharp crack, and pain jolting through her barrel as she cried out, a new line forming where the riding crop had struck her. Fluttershy pressed a kiss to the forming bruise, and hit her again, this time on the flank, a jolt going to her nethers every time the crop struck her.
Every bruise was another opportunity for Fluttershy to kiss her, stroking the forming bruises and small amounts of blood from the hardest strikes away with a gentle hoof used to taking care of animals. She might deserve this punishment, but her mistress wasn't heartless- far from it. Rarity was a delicate flower, writhing and moaning under the pain-pleasure, tears leaking out of her eyes and quickly being kissed away.
"Oh, I'm sorry, was I moving too fast for you? You know you have to say the safe word if it hurts too much..."
Quite the opposite, in fact. A steady pulse throbbed to her heartbeat in her nethers, and she whined, arching her back up into the riding crop resting on her chest. "D-don't worry, mistress, I'm fine, please, don't stop." She would beg, if that was what if took, utterly debasing herself to lick the hooves of her mistress; all for the feeling she got when she was assured that yes, she was a good girl, she'd done good, and her mistress loved her, even if she had fucked up again, flirting with Spike for no reason other than her own boredom and his only too obvious crush on her. She was awful, and she deserved every bit of what Fluttershy was doing to her.
Fluttershy looked momentarily alarmed, but didn't stop, dragging the tip of the crop along the lines it had left on Rarity's coat, giving a shy smile at the reassurance. She enjoyed their sessions just as much as Rarity- they gave her good practice at being assertive, not to mention allowed her an outlet for the nastier parts of her personality left over from the cruel version of her that Discord brought to light. "Alright... tell me if I need to stop, okay?"
She snapped herself back into the character of the mistress by way of shaking her head, tossing the crop behind her to take a seat on Rarity's marked torso, legs spread and straddling the bound unicorn, one hoof making its way slowly but surely down to tap at the inside of Rarity's thigh as Fluttershy gave a faux innocent smile. "Oh, you don't seem to be learning at all! I would just feel so bad if I hurt you for no reason... that would be terribly ineffective training." And really, that was what she was trying to do here- training Rarity into the perfect pet pony, elegant and proud yet broken at the behest of her mistress, willing to do anything just for a pat on the head and a murmured, "Good girl..."
Squirming under the hoof working its way down her leg, she tossed her head, blowing a lock of mane out of her face and looking up at her mistress with tearful eyes in the style of a puppy. She'd been good, hadn't she? Did she not deserve a reward, after all that had been done to her and the ugly lines criss-crossing her beautiful coat? Why, she would have to wear a turtleneck and a long skirt simply to cover all these marks- a positive crime against fabulosity. "Perhaps a reward would serve as incentive for your pet to obey in the future...? After all, she would certainly appreciate it, and would do most anything in return, I'm sure. Even refraining from flirtations for the future to come?"
That had been the goal of the session, and Fluttershy nodded with a bright smile, stroking her pet's mane. "You'd do that for me? Then of course, you can have whatever you like... that's all I wanted to hear, you know..." She pulled Rarity into a harsh kiss, nipping at her lower lip with blunt teeth and smiling wide, pulling back only to look her pet up and down, almost feral, as she kissed her way down Rarity's body, stopping to lick and suck at every mark and bruise, finally stopping at her marehood, a small, pink tongue darting out to lick her lips before she delved in, tongue-fucking her lover and making her whine and squirm to the fullest extent she could while every limb was bound. After all the teasing and whipping, it didn't take long at all for Rarity to come, and Fluttershy leaned up, her smile turning gentle as she let her taste her own juices, cutting the ribbons with a single hoof and kissing her once more.

"I love you too, dearest. But these marks are going to be a bitch to cover while keeping up my style..."
