"Raindrops! We gotta go, now!!"
"Derpy? What's up sis?"
"They're coming!"
It didn't take anything else to get me off my yellow rump and packing a saddlebag. Because low and behold, the Celestia guard had been spotted approaching. I crammed bits into the bag, putting it on then checking that my switchblade was secured on its little strap too. "Derpy! Pack up resources! I got bits covered!"
"Clothes and foods been packed Raindrops!" Came the reply from my twin downstairs. No, we didn't look alike besides our manes, but we are twins. Thieves, and twins.
"Then lets go." I said calmly as I jumped down the stairs and out the door. Derpy followed, looking side to side as we ran through the streets of Cloudsdale. "So, they finally caught up?" I was answered with a laugh and a nod.
"Took them long enough but yes. And they have some serious equines with them. Brought all they would need for the big break and enter."
"Ah. Well, good thing that's not happening." We approached the edge of the city, standing for a moment. Just long enough to sweep Derpy's yellow mane out of her eyes. "You ready?"
"Yup. Lets get going." She took the lead, jumping forwards and beginning to fly towards the Ponyville train station. I followed behind her, keeping a careful eye on our surroundings.

After an hour's flight with only a spotting of the guards up in the city, we trotted into the station. I sent Derpy to get our tickets, those eyes give her some cute feature and she can get discounts for disability too. Plus, it gave me time to plan.
"So.. Crystal empire is a definite no. Applelosa, maybe. Manehattan or Fillydephia would be good, but they'd end up putting some bounty on us. Los Pegasus seems like somewhere they would check first. Just moving to another cloud city is not smart. Applelosa would be best then." I looked up as Derpy tapped me with a hoof.
"Standard tickets, you know, they any destination stuff. Picked one yet?" Alright. Sis is cute. Her yellow mane and grey-blue coat go perfectly together, and her amber wall eyes are just adorable. Plus, bubbles or a cutie mark. There is no way you cannot love her.
"Oh, yeah. Applelosa. We're staying there for now. Also, did you get discount?"
"Two for one. Yup!" She chirped happily. I nodded. Looking up at the clock for the next train time. Four minutes. Okay.
"We have a bit of time. Pickpocket race?"
"Your on. First to 3 go back under the clock."
"3, 2, 1, go!" We both walked off, choosing targets swiftly. I walked up behind a green stallion, pretending to land as I walked past. I furled my wings back, picking up a few bits from his bags and holding hem beneath my wings. Once clear, I shoved them into my own saddlebag. now, new target.
"Hey there Raindrops!" 'Oh, shit!' I froze dead in my tracks as a pink earth pony bounced over to me. "Where are ya going?"
"Pinkie, it's just business. Okay?"
"Oh, well, I thought you looked to serious soooooo..." She pulled a few muffins out if a saddlebag and have them to me. "I brought you some muffins!"
"... Thanks. Thank you, Pinkie." I was actually happy, as much as I didn't show it. Pinkie just smiled and bounced along to go talk with Fluttershy, who was apparently waiting at the station. Checking the clock with only two minutes left, I picked up the pace.
"Now, who's next." Looking around as I spoke, I spotted a Pegasus wearing a couple if the new rings for around wings. Sneaking up, I noticed he was looking through the magazines for limited edition versions. He had quite he obsession, wearing 4 on each wing! I swiftly lifted the one closest to the end of his wing off, making it seems like a brush by with my shoulder as I walked on. He didn't even notice. Stallions and their comics. Tsk tsk.
I trotted back to beneath the clock, where Derpy awaited me.
"Beat you!" She said, showing me a hoof band with small gold stripes, and two hooffuls of bits. I pulled out my bits, the wing ring, and the muffins, passing one to Derpy. "Score!" She exclaimed as she downed a muffin in seconds. I pointed up to the clock.
"Train will be here any minute. Best be waiting." Derpy nodded and we walked to the edge of the platform with our goods stashed in saddlebags. The train only took the next thirty seconds to arrive. Right on time. We boarded, finding seats and siting down.
"Now we just have to hope this doesn't end badly."
"Derpy, knowing who we are, this will backfire by tomorrow." It was a joke, and Derpy laughed. The train began to rattle forwards, and I couldn't help but wonder what it would be like in Applelosa. Of course there would be apple trees, and I knew there were buffalo in the area, but how would all the earth ponies react to two Pegasi moving in alongside them? As Ponyville passed and turned to the grassy hills between there and Canterlot, I realized I would have a LOT of time to time it over. At least Derpy seemed content watching the hills ad clouds roll by.
"... Sis?" She broke me out of my thoughts.
"Yeah?"
"We'll be fine Raindrops. Don't rustle your feathers about it."
"Okay, I won't. I'll try not to." Little sis smiled happily, but I couldn't get my aqua mane to stop feeling itchy. Something was definitely going to go wrong.
