Chapters Blackness..... That is all there was an either realm of nothingness, that is how it could be discribed. Although, as he looked down, he was standing in the empty void even though it was indeed truly empty, or so he thought.

He snapped to attention, curious and startled by the thunderous voice
"sorry for being that loud, but I wanted to get you attention
"Where are you? Who are you?"
A dark black figure soon formed I front of him, somehow managing to out darken the void he was in.
"I am the shadow before you to ask but a simple question.
"Alright, this is some place and you are.... something, but alright. What question?"
The shadow then smiled and began to speak again.
"let us say if the world was ended all but for you and one other person, who would that other person be? And, if you do not want to answer the question, feel free.
Raul thought hard on the question, should it be one in his family, he could not care for his sisters and he could not imagine one parent without the other, he loved them to much to let one of the four have to carry on. Should it be one of his friend, then again, in an end of the world scenario what could he do with that friend in witch is the reason he is his friend, besides positive reanforcement and good conversations. He would definitely not bring any of the many jackasses that were just there to make him feel bad. As it seemed that forever had gone by, he considered not answering, but then he thought of something, even though he did indeed think it would still be sad for the two of them, he gave an answer.
"I would choose Illiana, Illiana Vasquez, the one I like."
The shadow simply grinned and said "intresting choice, well... WAKE UP!
Raul was then shaken awake by his father who was telling him to wake up and get ready for school.
Raul, being himself, got up, and already forgot he even had a dream, and began to get ready for school.

New places to go, new things to see, not that there was any lack of that
Chirping. Birds' chirping filled the air with noise but he kept his eyes closed, he didn't know why but he stayed down with closed eyes and listened to the song in the air.
Who knows how long he laid there in peace, however, he felt somthing poke at his arm. He emeaditly opened his eyes and shot up taking a deep inhale, startled even though it was but a touch on his arm, but squinted very fast as he was looking right at the sun when he was up.

He quickly turned to the noise but still could hardly see with the brightness of things, but saw a big yellow form in front of him. His eyes soon adjusted, but did not matter as he couldn't belive what he saw, everything was a bright pastel color, like something straight from a cartoon. Yet in front of him, was accually a small yellow pony, with wings!
"OK, this is weirding me out."
The yellow pony just slowly crawled, wait ponys can do that, wow, slowly crawled away, trembling. Raul also slowly scoots back until he ran into something, he turned and lying there was Illiana. He then turned back to the pony, that was no longer there and had simply, vanished to put it. He turned back to Illiana and shook her to wake her up.
She soon opened her eyes halfway and got up slowly, stretching. Then her eyes shot fully open and she showed signs of both fear and confusion, basically exactly what Raul was feeling.
"Where am I?" She stuttered.
"I honestly don't know" Raul replied.
She then grabbed both his shoulders with her hands and shook him.
"I was in English class, then I passed out, then I was alone and dusty in English class, then you came, and now where are here. What is going on!"
"Really, I don't kn"No kidding, they are strange Fluttershy."
Both Illiana and Raul looked up to see a cyan blue pegasus with a rainbow colored mane and tail. And the Yellow pegasus Raul saw earlier.
"Did you just, talk? "
"My god it's a pegasus."
"Yes I did just talk and yes I am a pegasus, now what are you"
"People." Raul said plainly.
"Yes that was a great answer to my question can you answer it a bit more informitive maybe?"
Illiana and Raul just stared blankly at the pegasus, just in shock.
"Welp this is something for Twilight to handle, fluttershy you stay here and watch them, I'll be back."
"But." rainbow was already off, "OK."
And the three just stared blankly at each other, exept Fluttershy, she seemed terrified.
"Jake, I don't care if Death Company got nerfed in 7th edition, I will still hate them"
"Aww, come on, I want to see them in action"
"Never again, not after that first game. I still can't believe you didn't let me know that I was walking into a suicidal blood bath"
"Hay, I didn't know that you could possibly role so bad"
As the two friends continued their conversation at the back of a bright yellow school bus, the surrounding occupants heard the conversation and tried to ingnore it as the bus drove on. It was four months into the school year and the student were on the final week of school before winter brake, at least as soon as there bus got to the school.
When the bus finnaly reached the school, the students left the bus one by one each being told by, and telling the bus driver to have a good day. The last two off, Raul and Jake, walked on to the school as the first bell rang and hurried to there lockers.
As the day went on, Raul was going through the same classes with the same people. Though there was some eventfulness, such as in math the class got into a whole debate that Jurrasic park wasn't made interesting solely because there was dinosaurs killing people, and therefore not the whole point of Jurrasic World, indeed a fire-war. But as the day went on, fith period came and Raul sat down near a girl named Illianna, the only one his heart was set on for nearly a year now.
"So Illi, did you finnaly finish that essay that was do?"
"No, I can't find anything on Polish government"
"You see, that's why I picked Switerland"
"Oh, whatever, I can still wri"
She was cut of by the bell and class started.
As school finnaly came to a close Raul boarded his bus which had three times as many kids in the afternoon, but instead of sitting with Jake, he noticed that Illiana was riding the bus back today, and sat next to her instead.
On the drive back they brought up different topics, an anime show she liked, how he said she should watch Star Wars, stupid school work. But as they talked on, Raul has again wondered as he had in the past "does she like me as much as I her" and he longed to hug and kiss her but the bus came to her stop and she left. Raul simply walked back to the end of the bus and talked with Jake.
When he arrived home it the same, little to no homework, play video games, watch YouTube, and eat dinner, it was a lazania his mom cooked and he simply talked with his two sisters and parents, witch he only a few years ago found surprising that dispite their age at marriage and his birth, his parents were younger than all his friends' were and remained undivorsed.
He soon went of to bed as an end to just another day.
As it went on, the day was simply a variation of the one the day before. This morning on the bus, he finally got his friend to start watching "The Dark Knight" with a little pursuation. The bus got at the school earlier so he dicided to have a second breakfeast since he was still hungry. Today in math getting into a whole discussion/argument over the deal with Cuba that happened recently instead of doing any math, and the day went on.
Each class went by, first period math, second period choir, third history, fourth yearbook. And as the bell rang to let him know his fourth period was over, he got his work and walked on to fith. It was the same people same route to the class, but as the door to the room came in site, everything went black.
"Just remember that I gave you a choice.
Slowly, very slowly, Raul opened his eyes, he was on the floor of the school, the door to the English room ahead of him, but there was not a single sound, nothing. As he got up, he did however notice that there was a slight grey haze in the air. He soon had a tickle in his nose and let out a sneeze causing dust to go everywhere.
"That's odd, I'm coated in this shit."
He then shook his heade and body back and fourth to get the dust off causing it to go everywhere.
"hello? "
It was quite and faint, but he heard it and a cough after it, it was in the English room. He weakly limped, being very sore, over to the door, leaning on the wall next to it. He waited, not knowing why, but after a bit, grabbed the nob and opened the door,
He walked in the room, it was the same as it was the past months, but empty, no, empty for all but one.
"Illiana?"
"Raul? What happened?"
She coughed again, and he walked towards her, but she fell asleep. As he reached her, his eyes slowly closed, and he to began to slumber.
