Questions ran through their heads trying to explain this phenomenon in front of them. They all stood silent for five minutes when Galaxy decided to speak, "Uhhh......h-hi", those words caused Twilight's eyes to get a very curious gleam in them, she decided to walk to the human for a better look, Galaxy was backing up until he was up against the wall, "Don't worry. I'm not going to hurt you" Twilight said calmly and gently. Those words were said many times to Galaxy, but somehow he knew the unicorn meant it. "Sorry about startling you all, I'm just......kind of lost is all, I'm not sure where I am." he says. "Aww too bad", Fluttershy who was always the kind one, was by the Galaxy's side in an instant, comforting him, when she felt something hard by his hip, he looked down and forgot he had his iPod in his left pocket, he took it out and the rest of the mares instantly became worried. "What? You've never seen an iPod before?" He asked. Fearing he might have insulted them he sat on the ground, he then took out a pair of earbuds and explained, "An iPod and a pair of earbuds aren't dangerous you use the to listen to music, watch videos, and whatnot. Here let me show you." He then put some music on his iPod and the speaker began playing the song he listen to when alone, Simple Plan - Me Against the World, the six mares were immediately mesmerized by this technology he had and by the music that they wanted to hear more, so for the next half hour he showed them all the things one could do on an iPod, when he shut it off, Applejack asked him, "So who exactly are you?" This made him realize that he hadn't told them his name. "Galaxy" he said. "Nice name, sugarcube" Aj said, they all nodded in agreement. "So where is the closest town?" Galaxy asked, "Cause I kinda need a place to stay, and I hadn't really thought this place was occupied.", "Puh-lease Darling! This is not the place you want to be residing in." Rarity exclaimed, "You can stay in my boutique in Ponyville. I'll make sure you have an outfit for tomorrow as well, those clothes do not look dashing at all. Trust me." "Alright then if you say so miss....uh....what are your names?" He said dumbly, they were all astonished that they hadn't told him their names. So one by one they each stated their names. After that they all walked back to Ponyville, when Galaxy's stomach rumbled. "You're hungry aren't ya?" Dash asked, Galaxy could only nod. "Haven't eaten anything at all today, so I'm starving." He said. "Well don't worry I'll make sure you get some delicious cupcakes when we get back to Ponyville.", Pinkie Pie said. "Thanks Pinkie" Galaxy chirped. When they reached Ponyville the ponies their stared at him, Galaxy was so nervous, considering he wasn't used to this much attention, that he tripped and fell face first onto the ground, Twilight and the gang heard the thump he made and rushed to his side to help, when he stood up they gasped. "Galaxy...y-your nose!" Fluttershy exclaimed worriedly. "It's ok Fluttershy, I've been through worse incidents than a bloody nose" Galaxy reassured her. "WHAT?!" Twilight and the girls exclaimed all at once. That's when Galaxy knew he said something he shouldn't have, they shouldn't have know about bout his past and now he has to show the bruises to them, or so he thought. "Girls we should go somewhere more private for this, I don't want the folks around here to think badly of me." The Partial TruthThe Painful Truth Once they were inside Twilight's library, Galaxy opened up. "I'm....not the best with talking about things like this, so I'll try my best. I'm not as gentle as you girls think, where I'm from I got into fights a lot, that's why this", he indicates his nose, which has stopped bleeding by now, "wasn't that big of a deal, I've gotten worse, I've gotten a briused elbow, a concussion, broken bones in multiple areas, the list goes on. I gotten so many injuries from trying to stand up for my friends and it always turns out the same, I get beat up and I end up in trouble the last fight I got into was a few hours ago in my world that's how I got these bruises" he lifts his shirt and shows them the bruises this cause the girls' jaws to drop in sheer horror, they had seen some terrible sights but this topped them all having made a new friend and to see them go through so much of a beating just horrified them. Fluttershy cautiously walked to him as to not frighten him, when he spoke yet again. "You can try to comfort me but it won't heal the bruises." Galaxy spoke in an ashamed tone. He closes his eyes for a momen when he felt the six mares hold him in a group hug. "What happened to you is in the past, you can make a fresh start here" Pinkie Pie cooed. Galaxy wraped his arms around them and held them in his arms silently promising that no matter what happens he will protect them with his life. Later on in his time in Equestria he would be put to the test as to how far he will go to protect those close to him. But for the time being he would try to enjoy his time there. After they were done hugging Twilight said, "you need to wash up if you going to make a good impression here, no offense." Galaxy sniffed himself, "I guess I do kinda smell, say Rarity? Think you can make a pair of pants like the ones I've got on now? Only more stylish." Rarity could hardly believe what she was hearing she immediately thanked him and rushed to the Boutique to work on his outfit. "Well I suppose I should get cleaned up. You wouldn't happen to have a bathroom with a shower would you Twilight?" Galaxy chimed. "Downstairs second door on the right" Twilight replied. "Thanks" he said, he then went downstairs and found the second door on the right. He opened it and shut the door. "Ok, well let's get this over with" he though. He took his clothes off, stepped in the shower, closed the shower curtain, and turned the water on so that it was cool enough so it didn't burn him but warm enough so it didn't make him shiver. He took the soap and washed his arms, then his legs and later his back, neck, and face. He was just about to grab the shampoo when he heard a knock on the door. "Come in, the curtains closed", he said loud enough so he could be heard, but quiet enough so he wasn't mistaken for yelling. Twilight responded, "Oh I don't need to go in, I just wanted to let you know that Rarity has several pairs of pants and shorts and some T-shirts made for you as well. She'll stop by to put some clothes here for you when you finished." Galaxy was astonished at how fast Rarity made the outfits for him. "Ok, thanks Twilight" he said, "You're very welcome" she replied. She trotted back upstairs. Another five minutes or so passed before Galaxy finished his shower, he opened the curtain and grabbed the towel, dried himself off and put on the clothes Rarity dropped off for him, he looked in the mirror to check out the clothes the white unicorn made for him and to his surprise, they were just what he wanted, stylish. He emptied his pokets from his dirty pair of pants and puts his iPod, earbuds, his wallet, and something he thought he would've never guessed was in there, a necklace with a Triune star on it, the star had three crystals that were glowing in six colors, red, yellow, orange, green, blue, purple, and white. He put that in his pocket thinking nothing of it. He walked upstairs to join his new friends. When he got upstairs they were nowhere to be seen. "Well that's odd, where are they?", he wondered. The room was dark so he took out his iPod to check the time. "12:00 pm....noon....what could be going on at noon?", he thought. He decided to wander around downstairs and check to see if anything was out of place. He went back to the bathroom, grabbed his old dirty clothes, walked back upstairs and found a medium sized suitcase with a note on it. The note said, "Put you can keep you new clothes in here if you want to, oh and Rarity made the necklace so you think of us whenever we're not around." he looked to see who signed it but he knew who signed it cause it said who made the necklace. Which reminded him, he took the necklace out and put it around his neck which made it glow brighter illuminating the entire room. "Wow" he said, "this is just....stunning", he took out his iPod and recorded the whole thing for about three minutes, when he heard a knock on the door, he shut the iPod off, put it in his pocket, walked to the door opened it. "There your are darling" Rarity chirped, "we were wondering when you were going to join us for lunch at Surgarcube Corner. You didn't forget did you?" "That's where you girls were. I got caught up in the things you gave me it slipped my mind. I'm sorry Rarity." He responded. Rarity smiled, "It's quite alright dear, we kind of figured you would've taken awhile with your shower but I must say, you look smashing Galaxy." Galaxy couldn't hide his blush. But she didn't seem to mind. They walk to Sugarcube Corner, when they got there Twilight and the others were there waiting for them. "Hi girls, sorry for being late got caught up with my shower", he said. "It's fine Galaxy", they all said simultaneously. He sat down in the chair next to Fluttershy, when Galaxy remembered something, "Say, Rarity, is there anyway I can repay you for the clothes and necklace?" Rarity simply responded with, "Of course not dear, you don't owe me anything, it's just complementary, free of charge, I insist you don't worry about repaying me." he simply shrugs and says, "Alright then, if that's what you want then I'll respect your wishes, but I do have one question." Rarity says to him, "If you're wondering what gems are inside the star, they're very rare crystals that change colors, they also act as a light when it gets so dark you can't see, we all chipped in to make it for you." Galaxy was stunned, "What are the crystals named?", he asked. That's when Pinkie Pie came out with some cupcakes, cookies, and muffins and answered, "We don't know what they're known as so we thought we'd let you come up with the name." Galaxy could hardly think straight, they were gonna let him name the crystals they had picked out for his necklace. After several seconds he finally said, "I'll name the crystals....Pearlescense." They all sat there for a minute or two before Twilight said, "That name's perfect." They all agreed before digging in to eat. Quality TimeLater that day Twilight, Fluttershy, Rarity, Applejack, Rainbow Dash, Pinkie Pie, and Galaxy were sitting in the library in Ponyville, the six mares were chatting with one another about what to do for the night since it was something special, Galaxy on the other hand was clueless on tonight being Hearts Warming Eve, or as he knew it, Christmas. Twilight and the gang had everything planned out about how they were going to celebrate it with him, but he laid out on the couch with his earbuds playing some music in his ears low enough so that the ponies couldn't hear it but loud enough so he couldn't hear them. He was going through photos of him and his friends a few days before he came here. There was Louise, Patrick, Thomas, his best friend, Annabel, and of course Austin the friend who was special like him, he got into a fight for standing up for him. They had all been through so much together and he didn't even get to say goodbye to them. And yet the day he left he got into that fight and his friends were so mad at him they told him that the would never talk to him, and then his folks had abandoned him so he lived with his brother, Marcus. Galaxy was dozing of and just about to fall asleep when he felt a tap on his shoulder, he looked to see Fluttershy standing there looking at the photo of him and his friends. "Were they close to you?" She asked, he nods. "They were my best friends where I'm from. See that boy with the bracelet? That's the kid I fought for and ended up with bruises on my chest and face the day I came here" He explains. She notices a tear roll down his cheek and she nuzzles him, "It's ok, don't cry, we're here for you", she cooed. "Thanks Fluttershy." He said. Then he said something that touched her deeply. He said, "They were the closest I had to a family, but now I'm here ,and this......this is home here. What all seven of us have, it's more than friendship, it's family connection." She gasped as well as the other five ponies, this caused them all to tackle him in a massive group hug. They hugged for minutes when the Pearlescense crystals on his necklace started to glow. They noticed but didn't care because they knew that this was a special day, they all felt the magic of friendship flowing through each and every single one of them. When the glowing stopped, they all felt so happy, then Galaxy spoke, "I love you all so much." They all blushed like crazy, then Twilight, responded, "We love you too Galaxy." Then the lights went out. "What the", Galaxy said shocked. He the remember he was wearing the necklace, he then concentrated and the crystals lit up the room he looks at the light fixture. "Everyone ok?" He asked, they all nodded, "Ok. Well I'm gonna go outside and see what caused this." He starts walking for the door when he does the whole town is empty. "Umm is there anything going on today girls?", he asks. He turns to face them and they all shake their heads. "Then why is the town empty?", he insists. He looks back outside to see nothing but a present sitting on the doorstep addressed to the Ponyville library. He picks it up, closes the door and walks back to the group. "Must be another book or something cause there's no way it's Christmas yet, right?", he puts the present on the floor and sits down on the floor with the six ponies sitting in a circle. They all stare at it for awhile. "Well this is getting boring", Dash complained, "somepony just open the present already." "Easy Dashie" Galaxy told her, "I know you anxious but just try to keep it under control." Rainbow Dash was so stunned by his surprisingly calm and gentle tone that she just smiled and blushed. Then the box moved. Their heads snapped in its direction, and they all decided someone should open it. Presents and ChallengesAll eyes were on the box. "Someone should open it", Fluttershy, "It's starting to scare me." Soon Galaxy went to grab the box and it jumped into his hand, "Well that just happened", he thought. He opens the box and finds a bracelet in it. "What's in it?", Applejack asks. "A bracelet, of some kind", he answered, he looked at it closely, put it on his wrist, then looked in the box to find a letter in it he picked the letter up and read it aloud, "Dear Twilight Sparkle, we sent this bracelet to the human who resides with you as a Hearts Warming Eve present. We would be honored if you seven would join us in Canterlot for the Celebration. We shall be there personally to accompany you all for the train ride here. Our regards, Princess Celestia and Princess Luna." After he read the letter he looked at his friends who were already trying to get ready for Princess Celestia's and Luna's visit, Galaxy was looking at the bracelet and found his name etched into it. A knock was heard on the door and Galaxy stood up and opened the door and saw Princess Celestia and Princess Luna, he bowed respectfully, "Good evening your highnesses", he said as he rose, "it is an honor to meet you both on such a extraordinary occasion, forgive us for not being prepared, we got your message but did not have enough time, please come in." He holds the door open for them and closes it when they're both inside. "We thank thee for such a gentlemanly gesture, and it is mine and my sister's honor to finally meet you in person" Luna replied. "You're both very welcome you're highnesses, thank you for the bracelet. I shall treasure it and the necklace Twilight and her friends made for me." He replied. "You want to see?" They both nodded, took the necklace off and showed them the star with the Pearlescense crystals, when they saw it the were immediately astounded. "They picked the rarest of the rare" Celestia said, "however nopony was able to come up with a name as none have discovered it until now. All over Equestria we have searched for those who have this crystal to come up with a name but when they try to the stone would disintegrate. So now that we are here we ask you, have you come up with a name?" Galaxy knew the crystal was rare but not that rare, but he knew the name . "I gave these crystals the name, Pearlescense", he replied. When he spoke the crystals started glowing, causing the the room to be illuminated, causing jaws to drop, and eyes to widen. "Marvelous, simply marvelous", Luna said with her eyes closed. When the glowing died down the two princesses look at him. "Is something wrong your highnesses?" He asked them, "I hope I have not insulted you two in any way." They all stood there in silence when Celestia broke it, "Pearlescense, you have started a legacy, Galaxy, a very important one at that. Are you wearing the bracelet we sent you?" He nods and shows them that he is. "Follow us. You girls you can do the same, to witness this of course." Luna instructed. They all walked outside, when they did Luna told him to stick his hand out and imagine something, he did and the necklace began to glow, as he did he closed his eyes and opened them causing a bright flash and in front of them all appeared a car that would produce zero emissions, but sounded like the cars he would listen to before he came here. "Everyone I present to you, the Ford Mustang GT with no emissions, this car is what I used to have before I came here", he said, "anyone wanna go for a ride?" He looks around for a volunteer sadly none of the did. "Ok how bout this, you can take the train and I'll race ya to Canterlot in the Mustang?" He asks, they instantly became interested, so they nodded. "Well let's do this, I'll give you all a ride to the train station and we'll see who get there first, sound good?" "Certainly", the two Princess sisters said in unison. "Ok then, everyone in." He said. They all got in, when they did Fluttershy asked, "mind if I sit in front, Galaxy?" He looked at Princess Celestia for her approval, she nods. "Sure Fluttershy", he said. She got in and they all buckled up, he took out a key and put it in the ignition and started it up, he reved the engine up to get them comfortable to what they'd listen to for the race. The Race To CanterlotGalaxy was driving his friends to the Ponyville train station in his Mustang GT. They were almost there when Rainbow Dash asked, "So, exactly what makes this car so special?" He smiled and replied, "It built with a supercharger for increased torque and power, I added some extra upgrades to make it faster and look stylish? The hoodscoops add increased air flow which helps it accelerate faster, plus it looks nice. I put a bigger turbo in for more torque and horsepower." They all got out when they arrived at the station, "So how much horsepower is in it", Twilight asked. He thought about an answer, "I haven't had the chance to find out exactly how much, but if I had to estimate, I'd say about....900 horsepower with 850 ft lbs of torque. And for a eight cylinder engine that's a lot of horsepower and torque for that motor. Plus I added nitrous oxide in there to", he replied. Twilight's eyes twinkled with impressment. "I have an idea", he takes out his iPod and hands it to her with it on the video camera ready to record, "just hit the big red button when I tell you to record, ok?" She nods. "Good. I'll honk the cars horn three times to start the race, make sure the iPod is recording before I do", he instructs her. She nod confidently, she and the other ponies board the train while he gets in his car. When she she pushes the button to record he puts some music on to help him zone in. 'Ok they know all the specs for this car, except for one important piece of data, its top speed of 236 miles per hour. The train will top out before my Mustang, but I'll accelerate slower so by the time it's topped out I'll be at the half way point of the train, but when I'm about pass it'll hit a tunnel, that's where I'll make my own using the necklace', he thought. He looks at the train then straight ahead he puts the car in first gear, then honks once, twice, then three times. That's when the train takes off. He tears off after them, they come to the first corner and he starts to drift all the way through it, but in doing so caused him to fall behind when he noticed something about the trains cornering. 'It slows down to take those turns so it doesn't derail itself. If I can get back to where I was in the next turn Then I can make my move in the mountain tunnel', he thinks to himself. As they approach the next turn he starts gaining on the train, as they exit the turn he starts getting passed by train cars and starts feeling like its no use. "This isn't the first time I've lost a race but I will not lose this one" he claims. When he sees the tunnel just a few miles ahead, he thinks of another tunnel next to it, when he does it becomes a reality in an instant. "Ok that's done, time to end this", he says. The mares on the train see the second tunnel, Twilight keeps the camera on his Ford, with her being in the first train car behind the train engine while he's halfway to it, she keeps the camera on him, watching him, waiting for him to make his move. When they enter the tunnels Galaxy patiently wait for the right time to activate the nitrous. As he gets closer to the front of the train, Twilight catches a glimpse of the speedometer to see what his speed is with the camera. Galaxy then shifts to sixth gear, causing the blowoff valve for the turbo to sound off, as they exit the tunnels he keeps the accelerator pinned to the floorboard, activates the nitrous, emitting blue flames from the tailpipes, and passes the train reaching Canterlot first. Celebration or Terrorization? (Part 1)While Galaxy waits for his friends, he pops the trunk open and grabs an energy drink from a cooler inside. As he is about to take a sip of it he hears, "Galaxy! That race was soooo awesome!", it was Rainbow Dash. "Thanks Rainbow, y'all had me thinking I'd lose till we went through the mountain tunnels." He responded. Twilight handed the iPod back to him. He takes it and puts back in his pocket. "You were fast going through there, darling." Rarity said. He simply nods and notices Pinkie looking at the energy drink in his hand. "Ooooh, what's that", she asks. "Energy drink. I've got some more in the trunk. But I ain't sharing any. I don't need you six bouncing bouncing off the walls. Ok", he said. They nodded. They continued walking to the castle, as they did two royal guards opened the doors for them. They continued walking around when they got to the section of the castle where the celebration was at, Galaxy, who was behind the rest, looked to his left and saw door with a some kind of weird symbol on it. He thought nothing of it when bumped into a wall, the others looked in his direction to see him with his hand on his forehead. "You alright", Applejack asked. He nods and they continue to the ball room where the celebration was being held. When they did a guard approached Galaxy and offered to heal his forehead injury. He nods and feels relaxing pulses around his head, when the injury heals the guard goes to and opens the door for them. As the group enters Galaxy looks around at everything going on. "Feel free to chat with others Galaxy. If you need anything talk to one of the royal guards", Luna says. He nods and they walk off to do their own thing. He looks to his left then his right, and puts his earbuds in and listens to some music on his iPod, he cranks the volume up to its maximum causing it to be heard by others, who really didn't mind it, within a 2 foot radius. While he's listening to his music he notices some of the ponies looking at him, he turns down the volume 4 clicks. They still stared at him. He shuts the iPod off and looks around, not sure what to do about it. "Dont mind them, they'll get used to seeing you around Equestria", a voice said behind him. He turns to find yet another alicorn before him, and she was accompanied with a white unicorn stallion. When he went to bow the alicorn responded, "That wont be necessary, as you a guest of a higher caliber." He smiled politely, kissed her hoof out of respect, when suddenly he heard a rumble and then the room went dark, as everyone grew worried, Galaxy illuminated with the necklace and bracelet causing all the other guests to wonder who this was and what was happening. As Celestia and Luna approached him he said, "Take me to the armory, now." As they got closer to the door, his concern for what happened grew greater and greater, when the reached the door with the stranger symbol. "Before I open the door, I must warn you both, the things I did in my world will happen here tonight, you must never speak of what happens tonight, and if you do, don't say it was me", was the only thing he said while he gathered the most powerful of the weapons in there. he had enough in the backpack he made from the bracelet and necklace, when he saw a sniper rifle in a case, he looked at it long enough to where one would think his eyes would water from him not blinking, but instead he walked over to it and reached for the rifle, and in doing so his hand slid through the glass like it wasn't even glass. when he took it out of its case he examined it closely to find it wasn't any ordinary sniper rifle, but a.57 caliber SRS99-S5 Antimaterial sniper rifle. All were asleep except for four ponies in Canterlot inside the throne room they were Princess Cadence, her husband Shining Armor, and the two Princess sisters Luna and Celestia . "Are you sure this is a good idea?", Cadence asked. Luna and Celestia both agreed while Shining stays silent. "Even though you're skeptical about this, it may be for the best of both worlds in a way.", Celestia states. "She may be skeptical about bringing a different species here but it's not going to be that bad", Shining chimes, "after all he could be The One." Luna gasps as though she feels the he presence of some kind of entity. "Sister are you ok?" Celestia asks with concern, Luna nods and they all agree that bring in a human being would be an excellent idea. Meanwhile in another dimension a human known as Galaxy sits in his room listening to music. He sighs and looks at the time, then closes his eyes unaware that his life will change forever. The Day of ArrivalGalaxy was a normal human with a not-so-normal life. He was walking home from school one cold winter day after he had gotten into a fight over one of his friends being picked on for being special like him, he started thinking of a way to explain why he had gotten bruises on his face and chest when he slipped on some glare ice and fell on his back, he prepared for some serious pain when he felt himself being submerged in water, he swam to the surface to find out he was nowhere near his home. He got out and tried to get his bearings. He looks around and sees nothing familiar. "Where am I?" He asks, he takes out his iPod a checks to see if it shorted out and to his surprise, it didn't. He puts it back in his pocket and looks around some more before he decides to walk east towards the rising sun. He thought nothing of it and came across some castle ruins. "Better than nothing, may as well stay here for a while till I can see better", He says. He heads for the castle when he hears some commotion coming from inside it. He hides behind a tree and squints to make out something rather odd by his standards, six ponies, their names were Twilight Sparkle, Rarity, Fluttershy, Pinkie Pie, Applejack, and Rainbow Dash, all of which were talking with one another. "What in the world" he thought, "how is it I can understand what they're saying?" That's when he steps on a small twig snapping it causing the ponies to look in his direction. The only words Galaxy could say were "Uh-oh".

This made him realize that he hadn't told them his name. "Galaxy" he said. "Nice name, sugarcube" Aj said, they all nodded in agreement. "So where is the closest town?" Galaxy asked, "Cause I kinda need a place to stay, and I hadn't really thought this place was occupied.", "Puh-lease Darling! This is not the place you want to be residing in." Rarity exclaimed, "You can stay in my boutique in Ponyville. I'll make sure you have an outfit for tomorrow as well, those clothes do not look dashing at all. Trust me." "Alright then if you say so miss....uh....what are your names?" He said dumbly, they were all astonished that they hadn't told him their names. So one by one they each stated their names. After that they all walked back to Ponyville, when Galaxy's stomach rumbled. "You're hungry aren't ya?" Dash asked, Galaxy could only nod. "Haven't eaten anything at all today, so I'm starving." He said. "Well don't worry I'll make sure you get some delicious cupcakes when we get back to Ponyville.", Pinkie Pie said. "Thanks Pinkie" Galaxy chirped. When they reached Ponyville the ponies their stared at him, Galaxy was so nervous, considering he wasn't used to this much attention, that he tripped and fell face first onto the ground, Twilight and the gang heard the thump he made and rushed to his side to help, when he stood up they gasped. "Galaxy...y-your nose!" Fluttershy exclaimed worriedly. "It's ok Fluttershy, I've been through worse incidents than a bloody nose" Galaxy reassured her. "WHAT?!" Twilight and the girls exclaimed all at once. That's when Galaxy knew he said something he shouldn't have, they shouldn't have know about bout his past and now he has to show the bruises to them, or so he thought. "Girls we should go somewhere more private for this, I don't want the folks around here to think badly of me."
The Partial TruthThe Painful Truth Once they were inside Twilight's library, Galaxy opened up. "I'm....not the best with talking about things like this, so I'll try my best. I'm not as gentle as you girls think, where I'm from I got into fights a lot, that's why this", he indicates his nose, which has stopped bleeding by now, "wasn't that big of a deal, I've gotten worse, I've gotten a briused elbow, a concussion, broken bones in multiple areas, the list goes on. I gotten so many injuries from trying to stand up for my friends and it always turns out the same, I get beat up and I end up in trouble the last fight I got into was a few hours ago in my world that's how I got these bruises" he lifts his shirt and shows them the bruises this cause the girls' jaws to drop in sheer horror, they had seen some terrible sights but this topped them all having made a new friend and to see them go through so much of a beating just horrified them. Fluttershy cautiously walked to him as to not frighten him, when he spoke yet again. "You can try to comfort me but it won't heal the bruises." Galaxy spoke in an ashamed tone. He closes his eyes for a momen when he felt the six mares hold him in a group hug. "What happened to you is in the past, you can make a fresh start here" Pinkie Pie cooed. Galaxy wraped his arms around them and held them in his arms silently promising that no matter what happens he will protect them with his life. Later on in his time in Equestria he would be put to the test as to how far he will go to protect those close to him. But for the time being he would try to enjoy his time there. After they were done hugging Twilight said, "you need to wash up if you going to make a good impression here, no offense." Galaxy sniffed himself, "I guess I do kinda smell, say Rarity? Think you can make a pair of pants like the ones I've got on now? Only more stylish." Rarity could hardly believe what she was hearing she immediately thanked him and rushed to the Boutique to work on his outfit. "Well I suppose I should get cleaned up. You wouldn't happen to have a bathroom with a shower would you Twilight?" Galaxy chimed. "Downstairs second door on the right" Twilight replied. "Thanks" he said, he then went downstairs and found the second door on the right. He opened it and shut the door. "Ok, well let's get this over with" he though. He took his clothes off, stepped in the shower, closed the shower curtain, and turned the water on so that it was cool enough so it didn't burn him but warm enough so it didn't make him shiver. He took the soap and washed his arms, then his legs and later his back, neck, and face. He was just about to grab the shampoo when he heard a knock on the door. "Come in, the curtains closed", he said loud enough so he could be heard, but quiet enough so he wasn't mistaken for yelling. Twilight responded, "Oh I don't need to go in, I just wanted to let you know that Rarity has several pairs of pants and shorts and some T-shirts made for you as well. She'll stop by to put some clothes here for you when you finished." Galaxy was astonished at how fast Rarity made the outfits for him. "Ok, thanks Twilight" he said, "You're very welcome" she replied. She trotted back upstairs. Another five minutes or so passed before Galaxy finished his shower, he opened the curtain and grabbed the towel, dried himself off and put on the clothes Rarity dropped off for him, he looked in the mirror to check out the clothes the white unicorn made for him and to his surprise, they were just what he wanted, stylish. He emptied his pokets from his dirty pair of pants and puts his iPod, earbuds, his wallet, and something he thought he would've never guessed was in there, a necklace with a Triune star on it, the star had three crystals that were glowing in six colors, red, yellow, orange, green, blue, purple, and white. He put that in his pocket thinking nothing of it. He walked upstairs to join his new friends. When he got upstairs they were nowhere to be seen. "Well that's odd, where are they?", he wondered. The room was dark so he took out his iPod to check the time. "12:00 pm....noon....what could be going on at noon?", he thought. He decided to wander around downstairs and check to see if anything was out of place. He went back to the bathroom, grabbed his old dirty clothes, walked back upstairs and found a medium sized suitcase with a note on it. The note said, "Put you can keep you new clothes in here if you want to, oh and Rarity made the necklace so you think of us whenever we're not around." he looked to see who signed it but he knew who signed it cause it said who made the necklace. Which reminded him, he took the necklace out and put it around his neck which made it glow brighter illuminating the entire room. "Wow" he said, "this is just....stunning", he took out his iPod and recorded the whole thing for about three minutes, when he heard a knock on the door, he shut the iPod off, put it in his pocket, walked to the door opened it. "There your are darling" Rarity chirped, "we were wondering when you were going to join us for lunch at Surgarcube Corner. You didn't forget did you?" "That's where you girls were. I got caught up in the things you gave me it slipped my mind. I'm sorry Rarity." He responded. Rarity smiled, "It's quite alright dear, we kind of figured you would've taken awhile with your shower but I must say, you look smashing Galaxy." Galaxy couldn't hide his blush. But she didn't seem to mind. They walk to Sugarcube Corner, when they got there Twilight and the others were there waiting for them. "Hi girls, sorry for being late got caught up with my shower", he said. "It's fine Galaxy", they all said simultaneously. He sat down in the chair next to Fluttershy, when Galaxy remembered something, "Say, Rarity, is there anyway I can repay you for the clothes and necklace?" Rarity simply responded with, "Of course not dear, you don't owe me anything, it's just complementary, free of charge, I insist you don't worry about repaying me." he simply shrugs and says, "Alright then, if that's what you want then I'll respect your wishes, but I do have one question." Rarity says to him, "If you're wondering what gems are inside the star, they're very rare crystals that change colors, they also act as a light when it gets so dark you can't see, we all chipped in to make it for you." Galaxy was stunned, "What are the crystals named?", he asked. That's when Pinkie Pie came out with some cupcakes, cookies, and muffins and answered, "We don't know what they're known as so we thought we'd let you come up with the name." Galaxy could hardly think straight, they were gonna let him name the crystals they had picked out for his necklace. After several seconds he finally said, "I'll name the crystals....Pearlescense." They all sat there for a minute or two before Twilight said, "That name's perfect." They all agreed before digging in to eat.
Quality TimeLater that day Twilight, Fluttershy, Rarity, Applejack, Rainbow Dash, Pinkie Pie, and Galaxy were sitting in the library in Ponyville, the six mares were chatting with one another about what to do for the night since it was something special, Galaxy on the other hand was clueless on tonight being Hearts Warming Eve, or as he knew it, Christmas. Twilight and the gang had everything planned out about how they were going to celebrate it with him, but he laid out on the couch with his earbuds playing some music in his ears low enough so that the ponies couldn't hear it but loud enough so he couldn't hear them. He was going through photos of him and his friends a few days before he came here. There was Louise, Patrick, Thomas, his best friend, Annabel, and of course Austin the friend who was special like him, he got into a fight for standing up for him. They had all been through so much together and he didn't even get to say goodbye to them. And yet the day he left he got into that fight and his friends were so mad at him they told him that the would never talk to him, and then his folks had abandoned him so he lived with his brother, Marcus. Galaxy was dozing of and just about to fall asleep when he felt a tap on his shoulder, he looked to see Fluttershy standing there looking at the photo of him and his friends. "Were they close to you?" She asked, he nods. "They were my best friends where I'm from. See that boy with the bracelet? That's the kid I fought for and ended up with bruises on my chest and face the day I came here" He explains. She notices a tear roll down his cheek and she nuzzles him, "It's ok, don't cry, we're here for you", she cooed. "Thanks Fluttershy." He said. Then he said something that touched her deeply. He said, "They were the closest I had to a family, but now I'm here ,and this......this is home here. What all seven of us have, it's more than friendship, it's family connection." She gasped as well as the other five ponies, this caused them all to tackle him in a massive group hug. They hugged for minutes when the Pearlescense crystals on his necklace started to glow. They noticed but didn't care because they knew that this was a special day, they all felt the magic of friendship flowing through each and every single one of them. When the glowing stopped, they all felt so happy, then Galaxy spoke, "I love you all so much." They all blushed like crazy, then Twilight, responded, "We love you too Galaxy." Then the lights went out. "What the", Galaxy said shocked. He the remember he was wearing the necklace, he then concentrated and the crystals lit up the room he looks at the light fixture. "Everyone ok?" He asked, they all nodded, "Ok. Well I'm gonna go outside and see what caused this." He starts walking for the door when he does the whole town is empty. "Umm is there anything going on today girls?", he asks. He turns to face them and they all shake their heads. "Then why is the town empty?", he insists. He looks back outside to see nothing but a present sitting on the doorstep addressed to the Ponyville library. He picks it up, closes the door and walks back to the group. "Must be another book or something cause there's no way it's Christmas yet, right?", he puts the present on the floor and sits down on the floor with the six ponies sitting in a circle. They all stare at it for awhile. "Well this is getting boring", Dash complained, "somepony just open the present already." "Easy Dashie" Galaxy told her, "I know you anxious but just try to keep it under control." Rainbow Dash was so stunned by his surprisingly calm and gentle tone that she just smiled and blushed. Then the box moved. Their heads snapped in its direction, and they all decided someone should open it.
Presents and ChallengesAll eyes were on the box. "Someone should open it", Fluttershy, "It's starting to scare me." Soon Galaxy went to grab the box and it jumped into his hand, "Well that just happened", he thought. He opens the box and finds a bracelet in it. "What's in it?", Applejack asks. "A bracelet, of some kind", he answered, he looked at it closely, put it on his wrist, then looked in the box to find a letter in it he picked the letter up and read it aloud, "Dear Twilight Sparkle, we sent this bracelet to the human who resides with you as a Hearts Warming Eve present. We would be honored if you seven would join us in Canterlot for the Celebration. We shall be there personally to accompany you all for the train ride here. Our regards, Princess Celestia and Princess Luna." After he read the letter he looked at his friends who were already trying to get ready for Princess Celestia's and Luna's visit, Galaxy was looking at the bracelet and found his name etched into it. A knock was heard on the door and Galaxy stood up and opened the door and saw Princess Celestia and Princess Luna, he bowed respectfully, "Good evening your highnesses", he said as he rose, "it is an honor to meet you both on such a extraordinary occasion, forgive us for not being prepared, we got your message but did not have enough time, please come in." He holds the door open for them and closes it when they're both inside. "We thank thee for such a gentlemanly gesture, and it is mine and my sister's honor to finally meet you in person" Luna replied. "You're both very welcome you're highnesses, thank you for the bracelet. I shall treasure it and the necklace Twilight and her friends made for me." He replied. "You want to see?" They both nodded, took the necklace off and showed them the star with the Pearlescense crystals, when they saw it the were immediately astounded. "They picked the rarest of the rare" Celestia said, "however nopony was able to come up with a name as none have discovered it until now. All over Equestria we have searched for those who have this crystal to come up with a name but when they try to the stone would disintegrate. So now that we are here we ask you, have you come up with a name?" Galaxy knew the crystal was rare but not that rare, but he knew the name . "I gave these crystals the name, Pearlescense", he replied. When he spoke the crystals started glowing, causing the the room to be illuminated, causing jaws to drop, and eyes to widen. "Marvelous, simply marvelous", Luna said with her eyes closed. When the glowing died down the two princesses look at him. "Is something wrong your highnesses?" He asked them, "I hope I have not insulted you two in any way." They all stood there in silence when Celestia broke it, "Pearlescense, you have started a legacy, Galaxy, a very important one at that. Are you wearing the bracelet we sent you?" He nods and shows them that he is. "Follow us. You girls you can do the same, to witness this of course." Luna instructed. They all walked outside, when they did Luna told him to stick his hand out and imagine something, he did and the necklace began to glow, as he did he closed his eyes and opened them causing a bright flash and in front of them all appeared a car that would produce zero emissions, but sounded like the cars he would listen to before he came here. "Everyone I present to you, the Ford Mustang GT with no emissions, this car is what I used to have before I came here", he said, "anyone wanna go for a ride?" He looks around for a volunteer sadly none of the did. "Ok how bout this, you can take the train and I'll race ya to Canterlot in the Mustang?" He asks, they instantly became interested, so they nodded. "Well let's do this, I'll give you all a ride to the train station and we'll see who get there first, sound good?" "Certainly", the two Princess sisters said in unison. "Ok then, everyone in." He said. They all got in, when they did Fluttershy asked, "mind if I sit in front, Galaxy?" He looked at Princess Celestia for her approval, she nods. "Sure Fluttershy", he said. She got in and they all buckled up, he took out a key and put it in the ignition and started it up, he reved the engine up to get them comfortable to what they'd listen to for the race.
The Race To CanterlotGalaxy was driving his friends to the Ponyville train station in his Mustang GT. They were almost there when Rainbow Dash asked, "So, exactly what makes this car so special?" He smiled and replied, "It built with a supercharger for increased torque and power, I added some extra upgrades to make it faster and look stylish? The hoodscoops add increased air flow which helps it accelerate faster, plus it looks nice. I put a bigger turbo in for more torque and horsepower." They all got out when they arrived at the station, "So how much horsepower is in it", Twilight asked. He thought about an answer, "I haven't had the chance to find out exactly how much, but if I had to estimate, I'd say about....900 horsepower with 850 ft lbs of torque. And for a eight cylinder engine that's a lot of horsepower and torque for that motor. Plus I added nitrous oxide in there to", he replied. Twilight's eyes twinkled with impressment. "I have an idea", he takes out his iPod and hands it to her with it on the video camera ready to record, "just hit the big red button when I tell you to record, ok?" She nods. "Good. I'll honk the cars horn three times to start the race, make sure the iPod is recording before I do", he instructs her. She nod confidently, she and the other ponies board the train while he gets in his car. When she she pushes the button to record he puts some music on to help him zone in. 'Ok they know all the specs for this car, except for one important piece of data, its top speed of 236 miles per hour. The train will top out before my Mustang, but I'll accelerate slower so by the time it's topped out I'll be at the half way point of the train, but when I'm about pass it'll hit a tunnel, that's where I'll make my own using the necklace', he thought. He looks at the train then straight ahead he puts the car in first gear, then honks once, twice, then three times. That's when the train takes off. He tears off after them, they come to the first corner and he starts to drift all the way through it, but in doing so caused him to fall behind when he noticed something about the trains cornering. 'It slows down to take those turns so it doesn't derail itself. If I can get back to where I was in the next turn Then I can make my move in the mountain tunnel', he thinks to himself. As they approach the next turn he starts gaining on the train, as they exit the turn he starts getting passed by train cars and starts feeling like its no use. "This isn't the first time I've lost a race but I will not lose this one" he claims. When he sees the tunnel just a few miles ahead, he thinks of another tunnel next to it, when he does it becomes a reality in an instant. "Ok that's done, time to end this", he says. The mares on the train see the second tunnel, Twilight keeps the camera on his Ford, with her being in the first train car behind the train engine while he's halfway to it, she keeps the camera on him, watching him, waiting for him to make his move. When they enter the tunnels Galaxy patiently wait for the right time to activate the nitrous. As he gets closer to the front of the train, Twilight catches a glimpse of the speedometer to see what his speed is with the camera. Galaxy then shifts to sixth gear, causing the blowoff valve for the turbo to sound off, as they exit the tunnels he keeps the accelerator pinned to the floorboard, activates the nitrous, emitting blue flames from the tailpipes, and passes the train reaching Canterlot first.
Celebration or Terrorization? (Part 1)While Galaxy waits for his friends, he pops the trunk open and grabs an energy drink from a cooler inside. As he is about to take a sip of it he hears, "Galaxy! That race was soooo awesome!", it was Rainbow Dash. "Thanks Rainbow, y'all had me thinking I'd lose till we went through the mountain tunnels." He responded. Twilight handed the iPod back to him. He takes it and puts back in his pocket. "You were fast going through there, darling." Rarity said. He simply nods and notices Pinkie looking at the energy drink in his hand. "Ooooh, what's that", she asks. "Energy drink. I've got some more in the trunk. But I ain't sharing any. I don't need you six bouncing bouncing off the walls. Ok", he said. They nodded. They continued walking to the castle, as they did two royal guards opened the doors for them. They continued walking around when they got to the section of the castle where the celebration was at, Galaxy, who was behind the rest, looked to his left and saw door with a some kind of weird symbol on it. He thought nothing of it when bumped into a wall, the others looked in his direction to see him with his hand on his forehead. "You alright", Applejack asked. He nods and they continue to the ball room where the celebration was being held. When they did a guard approached Galaxy and offered to heal his forehead injury. He nods and feels relaxing pulses around his head, when the injury heals the guard goes to and opens the door for them. As the group enters Galaxy looks around at everything going on. "Feel free to chat with others Galaxy. If you need anything talk to one of the royal guards", Luna says. He nods and they walk off to do their own thing. He looks to his left then his right, and puts his earbuds in and listens to some music on his iPod, he cranks the volume up to its maximum causing it to be heard by others, who really didn't mind it, within a 2 foot radius. While he's listening to his music he notices some of the ponies looking at him, he turns down the volume 4 clicks. They still stared at him. He shuts the iPod off and looks around, not sure what to do about it. "Dont mind them, they'll get used to seeing you around Equestria", a voice said behind him. He turns to find yet another alicorn before him, and she was accompanied with a white unicorn stallion. When he went to bow the alicorn responded, "That wont be necessary, as you a guest of a higher caliber." He smiled politely, kissed her hoof out of respect, when suddenly he heard a rumble and then the room went dark, as everyone grew worried, Galaxy illuminated with the necklace and bracelet causing all the other guests to wonder who this was and what was happening. As Celestia and Luna approached him he said, "Take me to the armory, now." As they got closer to the door, his concern for what happened grew greater and greater, when the reached the door with the stranger symbol. "Before I open the door, I must warn you both, the things I did in my world will happen here tonight, you must never speak of what happens tonight, and if you do, don't say it was me", was the only thing he said while he gathered the most powerful of the weapons in there. he had enough in the backpack he made from the bracelet and necklace, when he saw a sniper rifle in a case, he looked at it long enough to where one would think his eyes would water from him not blinking, but instead he walked over to it and reached for the rifle, and in doing so his hand slid through the glass like it wasn't even glass. when he took it out of its case he examined it closely to find it wasn't any ordinary sniper rifle, but a.57 caliber SRS99-S5 Antimaterial sniper rifle.

PrologueIt was midnight in the magical world of Equestria. All were asleep except for four ponies in Canterlot inside the throne room they were Princess Cadence, her husband Shining Armor, and the two Princess sisters Luna and Celestia . "Are you sure this is a good idea?", Cadence asked. Luna and Celestia both agreed while Shining stays silent. "Even though you're skeptical about this, it may be for the best of both worlds in a way.", Celestia states. "She may be skeptical about bringing a different species here but it's not going to be that bad", Shining chimes, "after all he could be The One." Luna gasps as though she feels the he presence of some kind of entity. "Sister are you ok?" Celestia asks with concern, Luna nods and they all agree that bring in a human being would be an excellent idea. Meanwhile in another dimension a human known as Galaxy sits in his room listening to music. He sighs and looks at the time, then closes his eyes unaware that his life will change forever.
The Day of ArrivalGalaxy was a normal human with a not-so-normal life. He was walking home from school one cold winter day after he had gotten into a fight over one of his friends being picked on for being special like him, he started thinking of a way to explain why he had gotten bruises on his face and chest when he slipped on some glare ice and fell on his back, he prepared for some serious pain when he felt himself being submerged in water, he swam to the surface to find out he was nowhere near his home. He got out and tried to get his bearings. He looks around and sees nothing familiar. "Where am I?" He asks, he takes out his iPod a checks to see if it shorted out and to his surprise, it didn't. He puts it back in his pocket and looks around some more before he decides to walk east towards the rising sun. He thought nothing of it and came across some castle ruins. "Better than nothing, may as well stay here for a while till I can see better", He says. He heads for the castle when he hears some commotion coming from inside it. He hides behind a tree and squints to make out something rather odd by his standards, six ponies, their names were Twilight Sparkle, Rarity, Fluttershy, Pinkie Pie, Applejack, and Rainbow Dash, all of which were talking with one another. "What in the world" he thought, "how is it I can understand what they're saying?" That's when he steps on a small twig snapping it causing the ponies to look in his direction. The only words Galaxy could say were "Uh-oh".
