Technopony | A New Beginning
Chapter 1
Twilight’s focus was all upon the task she had at hand. Only a few months ago she’d been visited in her dreams by other worldly beings. They had taught her the most interesting of subjects that she’d ever heard of in her life. And like usual she was very obliged to learn new things, and from her visitors she’d derived new concepts such as electricity, internet, morph mutation, digital camouflage, and an major improvement to the Equestrian weapons arsenal. But with the coming of these new additions to the society a restraint has to be set.
Twilight right now was focusing on a great ordeal. A terrorist organization had broken out on the account of all of the new investments that she has introduced to Equestria. They call themselves the Alter-Societants and they didn’t seem to be pleased with Twilight’s ideas, in fact they had already attempted to assassinate her. That however is not all. a group of tyrants has even brought themselves to the light. They only tried to capture her, but sadly there are a few more groups of organizations that have surfaced. One of which has tried to take Twilight and get her to side with them unlike the tyrants that just want a ransom sum of money for her. Another group however is the most notorious of them and seems to have their interests set on more dire decisions and matters. They are considered the Future-Majority.
Twilight was now working on a way that she could possibly defeat all of these organizations. The most hard creation that she’d ever have to create in this decade or perhaps her whole lifetime. A machine capable of traveling through space and time, but this wasn’t of truly the creation that she was going to use to defeat the organizations. She was ordered by the Princess herself to handpick the most brave individual that she could find, and turn them into a figment of myth and dream. She was doing what she’d done to return to the human alternative of her universe, but transform it into a way that she could travel through space. The spirits had told her this was both wrong and impossible, but she didn’t think so she’d said that everything is possible. By now she was almost finished with the machine, and in fact she was just preparing it for transport. The task she was told may be deadly (considering the fact that the terrorist organizations were all the more focused on either capturing or destroying her.). Her friends had actually came and stopped by to say their goodbyes to her. And all the time they’d been crying until either their tear sacks were empty or they just busted.
She ran her fingers over the controls all the while typing on a keypad on her right. Her head twitched awkwardly to her left. She waved her finger over the enter key and took a deep breath. She heard the satisfying sound of a keystroke. Looking to her left she giggled playfully. She’d succeeded!
“Yes!”. Twilight yelled triumphantly. Her eyes set upon the black portal in the middle of the machine. Twilight stood up from her chair and picked up the morph she’d created all by herself and waved it in front of her own eyes. Her body changed from her luscious dark purple to a tan peach color equally as eye-catching as her original hue. She licked a finger and flicked through a few pages and stopped.
Twilight looked up and summoned a bubble waving her hand downward through the full length of her body. She had learned that to achieve the speeds at higher rates than that of light. She had to have her own universe otherwise there would be cataclysmic consequences upon their own dimensional plain. She also realized that at her age the attire for women was a bit strange, but she had to fit in in able to get close enough to examine one’s abilities. Even if she had to look like a complete and total whore to do it. She stepped forward and entered the portal.
Chapter 2
As Twilight opened her eyes she saw that she was stretched out on a bench. And more embarrassingly upside down. Her sneakers were at the top of the benches wooden boards and in ridiculous positions. Twilight flipped herself right side up and stood off the bench. She felt her center of gravity alleviate and began to observe her surroundings. A few girls walked by and one of them seemed to have snickered.
“Rude little.”. Twilight muttered under her breath.
One of the girls raised an eyebrow and gave her a thumbs up and winked.Twilight didn’t know what to think of that and shivered at all the possible explanations for it. She didn’t want to know what it meant, and she definitely didn’t have the time for it. Celestia had told Twilight that most of the people on Earth were violent, hypersexualized, and extremely intelligent. This seemed to fit to them for unknown reasons.
Twilight looked back and shook her head side to side. The girl gave a look of disappointment to her. Twilight pulled her phone out of her pocket and checked the reception and she had the most reception she could imagine out here. She dragged her finger upward through the contacts list and tapped on Celestia’s picture. She tapped on the call button and brought it up to her eat.
“Twilight It’s nice to know that you got there in one piece… I hope.”. Celestia’s voice made Twilight feel much more safe.
“Yeah, I’m pretty sure that I’m in one piece I think I would’ve noticed if I wasn’t buy now.”. Twilight joked.
“I assume that you’re done talking Twilight?”. Celestia asked rhetorically.
“Yes, I think I’m done talking I still can’t get used to these phones though I guess I’ll be on my way then.” Twilight answered.
Twilight observed the stores and many other places in the city. What she really needed was a place to stay for the remainder of time she was staying on Earth.
She noticed a motel on her right beside a fast food restaurant. She was hungry, but she did not want fake trans fat filled food. She pulled out her wallet and strung out a few hundred fifty dollar bills. She had to come prepared so she took the time to create a perfect mimic of money from multiple different regions on Earth. She was probably a trillionaire in this world, but in her world she was only a billionaire.
As Twilight made her way into the building she watched as she got a few winks and a whistle from a group of guys sitting on a bench. Twilight blushed hard and looked away. She sped up her pace and opened the door to the building. She only noticed that a few were trying to flag her down and get her to come over, but what she hadn’t seen was that one had shaken his head gotten up and followed her in.
When Twilight got to the counter she was greeted by a young girl possibly in her early to mid twenties.
“Hi do you need a room and if that’s true what type or do you already have a room scheduled for you on the waiting list?”. The girl spoke fast and straight to the point.
“Yes I want a room, and do you have room service?”. Twilight asked.
“Yes we do have room service, and your room number is 119.” The woman answered.
“Oh and by the if you want room service just dial 8143.”. The lady said.
When the man who’d followed Twilight in got to the counter the woman smiled.
“Back again Artimer.”. The girl rubbed her finger against the counter.
Twilight looked back and saw the two together talking and continued up the stairs.
“Get me my usual room Julie.”. Artimer said.
“Oh okay here’s your key.”. Julie responded delayed by her starring.
Artimere slipped a fifty under the counter and pressed it against her skirt making her blush partially excited.
Chapter 3
As Twilight made her way up the stairs she stopped when she found the third floor sign. She slipped through the door and found room 119. From the looks of it Twilight guessed the building was about ten floors at the least. She opened the door to the room and quickly noticed that the people who owned the motel were obviously charging the right amount maybe less than what they should be.
She flopped on the bed in the room. It was amazingly comfortable and would’ve been nice if she had the some one in her own house back in Equestria. She kicked off her shoes and stretched out. Flopping over she stripped off her socks and stretched once more. Just when she was getting relaxed she heard knocking at her door. Twilight grunted as she got off her bed.
“Do you need something?”. Twilight muttered while opening the door.
As she opened it she was quite surprised to see a man around her own age at the door.
“Let me guess you’re here to flirt with me like all the other guys on that bench?”. Twilight asked already losing interest in the coming conversation.
“No.”. Artimer said all too familiar with the sentence.
“Then what are you here for?”.Twilight asked rolling her eyes.
“To say sorry.”. Artimer rubbed the back of his neck.
Twilight raised an eyebrow and placed a hand on her hip.
“I suppose you’ve come to do something else.?”.
“No that’s all.”.Twilight noticed that he’d began to look away from her he seemed to sound unsure.
“You’re sure about that?”. Twilight questioned still with her eyebrow in the same position.
As Artimer left the room Twilight pulled out her phone and found Celestia in her contacts again. Twilight tapped her foot and listened to her phone ring.
“Hello Twilight did you find a place to stay yet?”. Celestia asked.
“Yes, and I think I’ve found what I’m looking for.”. Twilight answered.
“Well you work fast for your age you know that right.”. Celestia remarked.
“So I should come back when I convince him to go…. somehow.”. Twilight said deep in thought.
“Wait, the person you found was a guy. Ha ha ha Twilight what else are you going to use him for other than what we need now. Your boy toy.”. Celestia giggled.
“Wait...What...No that’s not what I was going to use him for. Why’d you even ask that you know my plans are to adopt a child right?”. Twilight tried to sooth the conflict.
“That doesn’t necessarily mean that you can’t have your fun with him!”. Celestia laughed hoarsely.
“Oh and by the way I can’t wait to tell your friends about your new “assistant”.”. Celestia began to laugh even harder and Twilight could’ve sworn that she heard Celestia fall over on the phone.
Chapter 4
Twilight knocked on Artimer’s door.
“What do you need….Oh hi.”. He seemed to be surprised.
“We need to talk as in now.”. She demanded.
“Uhm okay miss.”. He answered confusedly.
What the two didn’t know was that the alter-societants had followed Twilight to the human world.
“No matter what happens don’t leave.”. Twilight commanded.
“Uhm okay, but why are you so tense right now?”. Artimer asked.
“Stay in here I have to go do something.”. Twilight commanded once again.
“Is it okay if I feel like you’re I don’t know confusing me you know A LOT?”. Artimer yelled out the question.
“Like I said stay in here no matter what happens, and no matter how curious you get!”. Twilight yelled softly at him trying to keep her anger toward him untainted.
Twilight entered the bathroom and locked the door. A few minutes later a flash of light came out in a ray under the locked bathroom door.
When Twilight came out her appearance first put Artimer in a sense of awestruck confusion. Then he became more wary and flipped himself backwards and behind the right side of his bed.
“What the hell are you?”. Artimer yelled out the question.
“Your savior now come with me.”. Twilight spoke uncontrollably.
“I guess if I resisted you’d probably electrocute me.”. Artimer assumed.
Twilight didn’t notice the confusing factors in his sentence and just went on to talk again.
“Just follow me. NOW!”. Twilight demanded making Artimer’s ears ring.
As soon as the two got to the portal she’d opened a long while ago they’d already gotten a lot of confused looks often ending in faints.
“Get in now!”. She yelled and shoved Artimer towards the portal.
Just then a strange blue streak of uncontrolled energy struck into Artimer sending him flying into a tree. Twilight turned to the source already in battle stance.
“Ah Twilight I see you’ve already found what you needed. Too bad this just makes it easier to eliminate the both of you.”. His eyes grew a dark blue and his dragon like horns produced random like colors and were finally narrowed down to a green. The energy then began its flight out of the center of all of his horns and struck Twilight. When the dust cleared however a purple bubble was surrounding her.
“I see like usual you’re always prepared though.”. He said annoyed.
The stallion turned his attention to the already downed Artimer.
“Now however it’s your turn.”. He said.
With a wave of his head light streamed and struck Artimer throwing him farther than he’d already been. With one quick move the stallion appeared behind Twilight and blasted her. Twilight was sent flying straight into a car and she heard a snap in the lower portion of her body.
Just then Artimer felt something click in him. He’d lost so much and he never realized that other people had it worse than him. It didn’t make sense he’d lost something near and important to him, but something in him told him that there was more to her than just being a live and practically kidnapping him. He had to save her if she died maybe someone back where she lived would miss her like he’d missed his own parents when they passed. Now him losing his whole family didn’t matter anymore. He had to save her.
The stallion brought his attention back to Artimer who was already back on his feet with new found courage.
“Well at least I can say I tried, but that isn’t acceptable at all.”. The stallion joked.
His horns went alight and a green and blue stream of magic struck Artimer. Artimer fell to the ground almost unconscious.
“Ha ha ha they really want to use you give me a break.”. The stallion joked once more.
He shot burst after burst at Artimer.
“Well get up and fight back like you’re supposed to.”. The stallion said laughing hard.
Whenever Artimer stood up he was shot back down mercilessly.
“Haven’t you ever heard of the old saying don’t kick a man when he’s down?”. Artimer asked rhetorically.
“Yes, and I assure you I’m not kicking you that’s for sure. And if I have to keep doing this for centuries I’ll be damned I will.”. The stallion yelled back in anger.
“I always wanted to be something more, but now that I am….I want my old life back!”. Artimer yelled back with tears streaming down his cheeks.
“Stop, or I’ll make you!”. Artimer demanded.
“And how will you go about doing that?”. The stallion asked.
“Like this!”. Artimer yelled.
Just as he said that a orb of irregular colorful magic enveloped him slowly.
“What!”. The stallion yelled confusedly.
The orb of light began to radiate around Artimer. His eyes began to change color shining so brightly it blinded everyone around him. As the orb grew from the center of his heart he began to fall to his knees. The energy was so powerful he was too weak to hold the power stably. Then the ball instantly expanded and consumed his whole body raging outwards and taking down everything in his path.
The whole city was beginning to tumble down to Earth. The explosion was so cataclysmic that it would incinerate anything weak enough in its path of destruction.
Artimer watched as everyone around him began to cower away. He stared around searching for Twilight. When he found her she was propped up against a car and bleeding all over in multiple areas on her body.
