Apple in Wonderland

The Orange Mare stood upon the hill as she watched the bright orb of light rise up into the sky.  It was finally apple bucking season.  This was the best season of the year in her opinion.

Applejack and her brother went off to buck their halves of Sweet Apple Acres to prepare the apples for selling.  As she was walking, Applejack came across a tree that looked different than all the others.  She couldn't quite put her hoof on what was different though.  She bucked it once.  Nothing.  Twice.  Still nothing.  She turned around to she if there were any apples in the tree but when moving her head around, she saw Fluttershy wearing a blue waistcoat and rabbit ears. She was dressed just like a white rabbit.  Fluttershy was muttering something about being late for something.

Applejack went over to Fluttershy to investigate but when Fluttershy saw her she squeaked and ran away as fast as she could  "Fluttershy wait!" yelled Applejack.  She was gasping for air chasing Fluttershy deep into the orchard.  Suddenly, Fluttershy disappeared down a small hole at the base of one of sweet apple acres biggest trees!

Applejack was just about to go back to bucking trees when she slipped on the soft earth around the hole and fell into a deep pit of oddly arranged things like pianos and shelves.  Finally, Applejack landed on a black and white checked floor with a chandelier hanging from the floor.  Applejack soon realized she was sitting on the roof!

With a sudden and unexpected return of the forces of gravity, Applejack fell to the real floor and saw that she was in a circular room surrounded by doors of many sizes.  All of which were locked.

In the center of the room there was a round table with a violet colored liquid in a bottle with a label on it saying "Drink Me".  There was a small key beside the bottle.

The Orange Mare picked up the key and unlocked the smallest door in the room but she was too large to fit through it.  The bottle!  As a test she drank some of the liquid from the bottle and the second she did she began to shrink until she was only as big as a bucket of apples.

Galloping over to the door Applejack tried to open it but it was yet again locked.  She went over to the table and found a small box with some sort of cake inside labeled "Eat Me".  The Orange Mare did just that and she grew, and grew, and grew until her head hit the ceiling.  "What in tarnation is goin' on here?" Applejack thought aloud.  She then realized what she had to do so she grabbed the key, drank the liquid and galloped over to the door stepping over the threshold into an even stranger and more mysterious world.

Once stepping through the door she was immediately snatched up by Snips and Snails.  They were wearing brown and white striped overalls with red suspenders but they were a lot fatter than usual.  "Let go o' me!" shouted Applejack but the two nincompoops completely ignored her and kept dragging her along the ground.

After a minute or so they reached a garden filled with giant talking roses and other strange creatures.  There was a mouse that looked like Sweetie Belle, a chicken thing that looked like Scootaloo and a rabbit just like Fluttershy that she chased through the orchard.

"Were in Equestria am ah?", asked Applejack.  As soon as Applejack said that she immediately regretted it because now all eyes were on her.

"Flutter Twist!" said an extremely squeaky and annoying voice that came from the mouse like Sweetie Belle.  "You brought the wrong Applejack again!"  The expression on her face was very grumpy an annoyed.  "I'm sorry" said Flutter Twist.

Everyone turned around to face Applejack.  "She's smaller than what I imagined" said The Chicken like Scootaloo.  On that note everyone nodded in agreement.  "Sweetie Belle whats goin' on 'ere" asked the tiny mare.  "I'm not called Sweetie Belle.  I'm MaliumpBelle!"  The annoying voice was back squeakier than ever.

"You are the wrong Applejack so unless Twabslam has something to say about it, you're the wrong Applejack!!"

"Who's Twabslam and how how can I be the wrong Applejack?  I'm the only Applejack in Equestria!" screamed Applejack.  "I don't know whats goin' on with everypony but it sure ain't normal so if you don't mind me askin', why the buck am I here?!".  Everything fell silent and the only thing you could hear was the the orange mare's heavy breathing.  All eyes looked at her with stone expressions.  Applejack had never been so confused in all her life.

"Take her to Twabslam"!

The walk was long and boring.  The fact that Applejack was tiny meant that one of her steps only equaled one quarter of her normal steps.  They stopped at smoky area covered in massive blue flowers.  Two of the flowers suddenly moved on their own to the side, revealing a purple caterpillar with the head of Twilight!  The caterpillar was smoking out of an old wooden pipe and was wearing a monocle.  "What brings you here?" inquired the caterpillar.  Applejack realized that this must be Twabslam!

"Flutter Twist brought back another Applejack from Equestria.  We have come to see if she is the right one" said Maliump Belle.

Twabslam lent over Applejack, taking in every single detail of her tiny body.  "Do you remember us?" asked Twabslam, determined to to get answers.

"I have no clue who any of y'all are or were ah am", replied Applejack.  Twabslam chuckled.  "She's not hardly Applejack", she said while disappearing back into the smoke.

"I knew it!" shouted Maliump Belle.  "She doesn't even look like her!"

Applejack was truly puzzled and a little bit frightened.  She opened her mouth to speak but before she could utter one word, a terrifying roar came from the distance...
