T'was the night before Hearth's Warming Eve, and all through the tree, not a creature was stirring, neither dragon or pony.
Oh, scratch that... It does seem that at least one pony was awake...
Now, normally, this particular pony was always waiting patiently for Hearth's Warming, however, there was a certain thing bothering her today. She wasn't sure why but something felt... wrong.
There was some kind of... disturbance...
And a force of some kind...
It felt extremely jolly, though. One may say it felt almost too jolly!
And mayhaps, it was! For that very night, time and space was torn apart over that very same tree. And out of it came a festively colored blur. And it was gone almost as fast as it came... But that was before it shook the whole town awake as an explosion boomed from deep within the everfree forest.
After Twilight told everypony that she would take care of it, she ventured off, scarf, boots, and jacket protecting her from the cold.
She braved the dangers of the forest, as she made her way to the crash site. She was glad she was awake, for what she saw in the small clearing was enough to make every nueron that grouped itself under "Science" to overstimulate in joy.
It was a new creature. A creature that had only been fabled in legends.
It made it's way up from the floor, and onto it's feet. He stretched, and sighed, looking back at it's wrecked transportation vehicle. "Hmmm... The misses isn't going to be happy about that..."
