Princess Luna and I

Ester a 10 yr old girl on the ride home was upset as the students laugh and make fun of her. She thought about having true friends not like Mary who truly is just a bully like them all. The Bus driver told her it was her stop, she got off as she was hit with a rock which hurts her alot one of the kids said "Ugh one day." as the kids all giggled at her. She waited for them to leave so she could cry she spoke with her tears and said "I wish with all might so I could be better. I don't care whom my friend can be. I'll even accept anything and I will even be nice to him or her." She got off the front lawn and entered her home wiping her tears.

Her Mother greeted her and saw the lump and patched it up asking

"Who did this to you sweetie tell it's not those brats?"

"It's fine Mom. I'm alright lets just relax okay."

Ester ran upstairs to hop on her bed with homework 'n books and waited for the day to end as her Father peered in and said

"Hi angel its almost time for dinner so here some snacks to help you stimulate your mind. Also here's a book I bought for you."

Ester finished her homework and washed up her face and open the book it smelled like oak wood and felt leathery the book looked like it would hold a million pages but she didn't know what to write, then ran downstairs for her dinner and went upstairs saying goodnight to her parents. After she entered the room she said to herself "Someday I'll be happy once." she fell asleep at 9:00.

Suddenly a loud poof entered her room she awoke seeing an unfamiliar creature. Ester was frighten as she was going to scream it's hoof stopped she then asked "Who are you?"

"We Princess Luna and what about thou." said Princess Luna, "My name is Ester, last name Mchuffin."said Ester as she got off her bed to bow to her but was stop as Luna put her hoof on her shoulder as she gently shook her head. Ester climbed back on her bed wondering if this is was an illusion but fell asleep. Hours later she felt the sunshine on her face waking up thinking her meeting with Princess Luna was a dream.

"Morning." said Luna

"Morning Princess...I should probably feed you shouldn't I?" said Ester

"Thou doesn't have to fee-" She was cut off by her stomach growling and blushed a little "I'll take that as a yes."Ester giggled then her mother called her. "Time for school."

"Okay. We will try to poof some food."

"Well I could get you some french toast for you but for me I'll live so I better be quick  alright Princess." she bowed then raced downstairs grabbing breakfast for Luna, after she was done feeding royalty she was getting ready for another day in hell. She was ran outside and headed for the school bus. She sat in her seat, thinking about Luna ('Why did Luna come here if she stays something bad may happen to her or a different justification for this besides I don't think our moon would follow her commands probably something serious') her thought stop as Mary sat next to her asking her "Were still friends right?"

When Ester heard that question she was silent then responded "No were not friends." Ester hopped of the bus and ran into the school for class and sat quietly in her assigned seat, her teacher Mr.Eclipse was speaking about history but she was daydreaming. When Mr.Eclipse noticed she was daydreaming He asked her a question

"Ester can you tell me when did Christopher Columbus  sail?"

"In 1492, why?" she answered

"Never mind" said Mr.Eclipse deadpanned

The Hours went by of working until she got a note from classmates she ignored what they said for it wasn't important to her teachers would call on her whenever she was daydreaming or doing something else she outfox them so the school bell rang she got up and tried to catch up with the class but stopped she thought why rush for lunch so she walked to the cafeteria. She saw the mini burgers and fries with the pack of carrots and thought maybe Luna will like it.

She sat down with her food then Mary came up to her and she spoke

"So were no longer friends huh? Well I know that's not you, so you better tell me what's going on or else"

"Or else what." said Ester

"You get this." Mary sneered

she dumped her smoothie over her head all the children laughed at her, which Ester was furious she got and punched Mary in the eye, Mary screamed and was taken to the nurse while Ester went to see the principle.

"So you punched Marybelle Maxwell in the eye." said The Principle

"Ma'am she dumped a smoothie on my head." said Ester

"Why didn't you call supervisor?" said The Principle

"If you were in my shoes you would understand!" screamed Ester

"But I'm not, you will be given suspension for a week and I'll call your parents to let them know and to take you home okay." said The Principle

"Okay." said Ester flatly

"Now go get your stuff and wait the office." sneered The Principle

Ester's Mother and Father took her home her parents took turns driving and scolding her on the way home. After they reached the house she ran straight to her room and look the door she screamed in her pillow, she then felt a hoof on her back she saw Luna comfort her then asked

"Whats is troubling thou?"

"Nothing." said Ester.

A 5 minutes past and Luna's stern stare broke through Ester secretive self and spoke the truth

"Alright I'll explain my ex friend Mary stabbed me in the back when she lied to me about our first meet. It truly was just a dare and some how it moved me in the spot I'm in now because I punched her in the eye. She overreacted and screamed I was taken to the principle she suspended or in your case banishment. Also could you not use the royal language your not surrounded by snooty people so your free."

"Why are thou upset with We speaking?" asked Luna

"Well your not at where you were from so you can do whatever you please so be free." answered Ester

"Why didn't you say so." said Luna smiled

Ester was shocked that Luna can speak normal,she almost forgot to give Luna the carrots she brought from the school Luna the carrots then a spark hit Ester "Luna I have an idea." she got up and grabbed her book her father gave her "Were gonna right about our adventures

and lessons about our days or weeks. So what do you think."

Luna's response "I think that is a...fantastic idea!"

Ester smiled brightly as she opened the book for her writing
