"Pinkie's Pizza Wonderland is now hiring! We're looking for ponies who take the nightshift. It doesn't matter if your a mare or a stallion,but we prefer more stallions. Pinkie Pie Entertainment is not responsible for death/disarment."
"I'm not sure...but I have no option left...I need the money ever since Princess Cadence fired me from being a royal guard. And...did it say not responible for death?!?! Might be because sometimes burglars can come in kill you or something." Flash thought as he was getting ready to go to the wonderland."Well, I don't want to be late for first day on the job!" Flash said as he galloped from his house to Pinkies Pizza Wonderland. As he entered, the whole place was filled of drawings of fillies and colts. There were stars,clouds,and balloons all over the wonderland. Then he saw the three main ponies onstage. Rarity,Twillight,and Pinkie Pie. As he looked once more,he saw curtians with a sign that says "Out of Order."
"Why welcome to Pinkies Pizza Wonderland!" A young stallion had told him when he was looking around for a staff member.
"I'm here for the nightshift!" Flash said.
"Then you'll have to meet the manager. So, right this way!"
After a while, the young stallion had showed Flash's way to the managers office. Once they had gotten there, the young stallion left.
"Hello manager......Dash!" Flash said slowly as he was trying to see what her tag had.
"Um..hi. So, are you here for the nightshift job?" Manager Dash had questioned.
"Actually...yeah. How did you know I was here for the job?" Flash questioned.
"Well, most stallion's here are just here for the nightshift. So I guess that i'm used to it when a stallion just comes and the first thing I tell them is job." Manager Dash had answered. " Oh, and one thing......oh yeah. Don't call me Manager Dash. Just call me Rainbow Dash.
I know it has Manager Dash on the tag but just call me Rainbow Dash." So are you gonna stay around and look because a nightshift needs to know it's way around. Or you could just go home and get some rest. So what's it gonna be?" Rainbow Dash questioned.
"I will stay around and look." Flash had answered." Oh and my name is Flash Sentry too." Flash also said." Oh I remember the joy being here when I was little...now getting to work here? This will be fun." Flash thought.
"Yo Flash.....Equestria to Flash?" Rainbow said waving her hoof infront of him. " Flash...your gazing off. If your doing this one the nightshift then your fir-...." Rainbow told him. But Flash had already left.
"Wow...this was so fun when I was a colt. I used to play around with Pinkie and maybe hangout with Fluttershy at Fluttershy's Cottage." Flash thought walking around. "Wait a minute....where's Fluttershy's Cottage actually? It must've been the curtains with the "Out of Order Sign" Flash thought. "Oh I remember why now. There was "The Yay of '87." Flash had answered his own question. It was getting late and the wonderland was about to close. When Flash looked at the showstage once more, the animatronics had said something.
"It's us."
"That's weird. It must have been a bug that they do everytime." Flash thought. As he galloped home, he became tired. He took of his clothes and went to bed.
" It's 11:50 already?" Flash thought waking up from his annoying clock. "Well I better get going." When Flash had gotten to his office he noticed that animatronics look more scary in the dark." Creepy.." Flash thought. As he got in the room, he got a phonecall. "Oh my Celestia! That scared the living Luna out of me!" Flash said scaredly. The phone rang a few more minutes.
"Uh hello, hello, hello. Um if you're hearing this then that means you got the nightshift! Congratulations! Anyways these messages are prerecored to um, guide you through the nights. I used to work in that office ya know? So mah name is Applejack. Anyways keep guard on the animatronics. For some reason they want to stuff you in suit. Also use those doors if they get to close. I have to read this guide thingy to ya. So blah,blah,blah,blah. There. Anyways have you heard of the Yay of '87? You might've heard of it anyways. Its amazing a how a pony could have a yay in their frontal lobe huh? Anyways goodnight and see ya tommorow!
"I'm offically scared now...." Flash thought. He checked the showstage. "Ok! Rarity is out...keep calm...keep calm.." Flash said heavily. "She's in the closet ok...." Flash said. When he checked the hallway light, he got a nasty surprise. "What the buck! Go away Twillight!" Flash shouted. He kept on checking the cameras, especially on Pinkie and he was down to 10%. "Buck, buck,buck,buck,buck! What am I going to do.....please be 6:00 A.M....." Flash prayed. "5%..." Then....a miracle had happened. "YES! 6:00 A.M. suckers! I'm out of here". Flash yelled victoriously. When he was about to unlock the door he heard somrthing.
"It's me."
"The buck....?" Flash thought.
When he met Rainbow Dash just outside, he asked if he could tell her something.
"Just that...these animatronics are coming for us. Please believe me." Flash begged.
"No...I want to believe in you, but it's just that...I need to keep this place up and running and can't fire you. I'm sorry." Rainbow answered.
After that, Flash galloped away to his house and went to bed.
