Sweetie Belle bit her lip worriedly," Girls, are you sure you want to do this? Wouldn't our sister's get worried?"
"Yeah, if my sister knew I was going to a party without her permission. She's gonna whoop me till' next year!" Applebloom yelled out, filled with excitement and the rush of adrenaline the risk they were taking gave her.
"Keep it down, Applebloom! Someone might hear us," Scootaloo hushed her, scolding her lightly as she looked around the room cautiously.
"Oh yeah, sorry,” Applebloom said sheepishly.
Scootaloo groaned, not bothering to tell her to quiet down, taking out a flier that she got from a random colt that was advertising it earlier that day at school. She spread it out on the table in the clubhouse. Scootaloo looked around to make sure no adults were lurking around and about outside.
"Okay, how about this. We leave at eight since the party starts at eight thirty and our sisters won’t be suspicious of us, thinking we're inside our rooms sleeping,” Scootaloo stated, making eye contact with each of her friends.
"We stuff our beds before we leave though, then when when the party is over, we run home, get in our beds, and call it a night, alright? No one will know," She finished telling the two her simply thought-out plan.
"I don't know Scoots. What happens if one of us gets hurt?" Sweetie Belle bit her lip worriedly.
"Oh come on girls! We can be like the cool kids for once! No more getting bullied from Diamond Tiara! It's time to take her off her pedestal and be part of the higher class in school!" Applebloom whispered excitedly, grinning to show off her white teeth.
"I guess, I mean, if our sister doesn't find out then it's all good... right?" Sweetie Belle muttered.
"Yup! Everything is good if they don't know. What they don’t know can’t hurt them," Scootaloo smiled.
"Alright then, tonight at 8:00 right Scoots?" said Applebloom, confirming the details.
"Mhm! It's settled then!" said Scootaloo happily.
Sweetie Belle looked at the clock, "Well I have to go home now. It's almost time for dinner,” she sighed.
"Yeah, me too,” Applebloom said dejectedly.
"Alright, but remember, tonight at 8:00. I'll go get both of you when i'm outside. And don’t forget to dress up nicely," Scootaloo winked.
The CMC left the club house and went home, eating dinner and going to ‘sleep’, setting their phone alarms all at 8:00 PM, making sure they were put on low volume.
8:15 PM… Later that night
"Sweetie Belle! Wa- wake up!" Scootaloo whisper-yelled throwing small pebbles at Sweetie Belle's window.
"I'm up, I’m up! You know how Rarity is! If she heard any noise from my room, she'll lock into a protective sister mode and barged in here karate kick the hell out of that pony or colt!" Sweetie Belle whispered back angrily, opening her window to get out.
"Sorry, but we need to hurry up if we want to go to the party on time," said Scootaloo.
"Alright but wait, Applebloom doesn't know where the party is," said Sweetie Belle.
"Yeah I know, I picked her up before coming here," said Scootaloo pointing at Applebloom that was dressed in a blue and white striped party dress who grinned up at her and waved.
"Nice!” She paused for a moment before speaking,” Wait, how am I gonna get down?"
"Jump! We'll catch you!" said Scootaloo putting out her hooves along with Applebloom who was smiling cheekily at her now,” No promises, but I’ll try to catch you."
"O-okay fine, since there doesn’t seem to be another way-but, you better catch me or you'll be expecting my sister karate kicking the both of you," said Sweetie Belle putting her hooves outside the window frame.
"We'll catch you but don't scream, Rarity might hear us," said Scootaloo quickly before Applebottom could make another comment to make Sweetie Belle hesitant and nervous.
Sweetie Belle brought her body up to sit on the window frame. She took a deep breath, and she jumped off, using all of her will not to scream from how terrifying it was falling from such a high height, eyes wide as she landed in both her friends arms… er, hooves.
"See? I told you we would catch you," said Scootaloo with a smile.
Sweetie Belle sighed exasperatedly before whispering. "Alright let's go to that party.”
The trio walked quietly on to the way to the party, but for some reason, the streets were bustling with ponies that night and the CMC knew these people. If they saw them, they would be suspicious and call their sisters! The CMC walked quickly, trying to ignore the others that gave them a second glance. The CMC made it through the crowd after around fifteen minutes and now were only a block away.
"Girls, i'm getting a bad feeling about this. Maybe we should head back?" said Sweetie Belle nervously.
"How the hell are we going to get you back into your house!? We came this far just to head back? No, we have to at least go in there for a couple minutes and then we could leave if you want," said Applebloom, Scootaloo agreeing with the nod of her head.
"Fi-fine but I swear if we get in trouble for this I am going to say it wasn’t my idea, alright?" Sweetie Belle said firmly.
"Fine. If one of us get caught blame it on me," said Scootaloo rolling her eyes.
“Or me,” Applebloom said, not wanting Scootaloo to get the blame.
The CMC walked to the block that was having the party and turned the corner to see the large house hosting the party. Scootaloo and Applebloom were grinning beams of excitement while Sweetie Belle was scared out of her mind.
"Girls! There it is! All we have to do now is walk in and party hard!" said Scootaloo excitedly, squealing.
"Let's go then, I guess," said Sweetie Belle, making sure her vibrant colored party dress didn’t have a seam out of place, becoming self-conscious.
"Yeah alright," Applebloom agreed, making sure the jewelry she wore was looking good and in good shape.
The CMC trio ran towards the hosting house and crossed the street, walking in the house to hear loud speakers boom out remixes of the hottest songs, their nostrils flaring at the smell of alcohol. There was mares and colts older than them passed out on the floor, passed out from the drinks they had, but many guests still dancing in a drunken stupor. A ping pong table that had many cups on top of it as ponies tried to throw ping pong balls into them in another side of the room. They even saw people in their age group, classmates even, drinking and playing spin the bottle on another side of the room. Sweetie Belle, Applebloom, and Scootaloo grinned, knowing they were about to have the best times of their lives that night.
Time to be like the 'cool' kids....
