Step into Equestria

As confusion continue to fill the air around me, I waited for some response from one of the ponies... to only be given odd stares.

That Pegasus... what did Celestia call her... oh right... Serenity was starting to whisper to that silver unicorn that.. errrm.. huh... she (guessing the Pegasus is female due to the feminine voice) was with before.

As the thought of "talking intelligent ponies" came back into my mind, I started to ponder on the issue some more. Seeing as I have never came across a Pegasus or Unicorn before and only heard about them from legends/myths.... Hmmm... I believe that anything about them could be incorrect if I just base them like ponies that I had seen before on my world.

Wait... thats another thing to figure out... where the hell am I? Taking into account with everything that I notice and observed so far along with never hearing anything like this on Earth... uhh.. oh god.. that would mean... Fuck.....

Just the thought that I was no longer in the world I knew hit me hard. I begin to start to freak out due to being surround by a bunch of mythical creatures, ponies who also seem like ponies from Earth, but had the ability to talk and were intelligent. THEN there these two huge errrm.. ponies.. that had wings, a horn, and freaking tower over all the other creatures around them and meet my height. All of a sudden it just became too much and I guess my still sore injuries body along with all the "surprises"... I started to feel like passing out, but I was snap out of it when Celestia started to speak.

With a look of doubt and uncertainty still on her face, she snap out of her shock (from the look of it) and turn her attention back to her subjects. "It would seem that there will be no need to take him to the human shelter anymore, Sergeant Serenity. Guards, you may go return to your post. Serenity and Silver, you are coming with me." She turn her focus back on me and stare for a couple seconds before speaking. "It would seem we both have something to talk about, my dear human. Please, follow me."

As I made sure Serenity and... guessing the unicorn name is Silver... were not going to cause me any harm or troubles I waited for them to walk up the staircase and walk... wait or would it be trot.. meh, dont care atm... until they walked past. They both looked like they wanted to say something as they stop in front of me but I guess they decided against it as they went to follow Celestia and her sister. As I watch the group enter the palace, I took a step forward to follow them, but I started to hesitate as my head was yelling at me not to follow. My mind, however, was put at ease when I looked at Celestia who look behind her and flash me a smile. With a heavy sigh and one last glance at the courtyard and the city, I followed the ponies inside of the palace unsure of what the outcome to be.

I watch the human whom I had created and place into this world follow Celestia and Luna along with those two other ponies into the palace. I can not help but just grin as I awaited the result of how my little prank on Celestia would turn out. Just watching the other ponies react to a intelligent talking human was fun and all... but it was not what I wanted. The start of my masterpiece was just that simple look of shock and confusion on Celestia face. She most likely will figure out who is behind this but it will be worth it. Celestia... you have always been too easy to mess with. I can not wait until you summon on me so that I can see what you will decide to do with the human as my masterpiece continues.

As we walked the huge main hallway in silence, I was amazed at the artwork of paintings that were on the walls, the statues that had amazing detail to them, and just the beauty of the design of the walls... it made me wonder how the heck these ponies were able to construct all of this. We took a turn down a smaller hallway but big enough to have another huge pony that could fit in the space between the two huge ponies walking side by side as we walked down the hall. It was a bit nerve racking just watching the two sisters and the other two whispering between themselves as they would take a couple glances back at me.

Seeing I would have time to myself, I let my eyes wonder to whatever attracted my attention since they were not going to say anything to me until we got to our destination. There was this really nice garden outside the window that was a pretty decent size filled with all different type of plants and a decent amount of different animals living there. As we made a turn down another hallway which actual lead into the palace and with the garden no longer catching my attention, I try to take quick glances into the different rooms that had the door cracked or open enough to see in. There were a couple of what look like bedrooms with a huge king size bed with some furniture, decorations, and a fireplace in each of those. Each bedroom being pretty much the same as the one before it. There was another room that looked like a spa with a pool, hot spring, and other stuff... as I look I could not make out everything as there was a lot of steam filling the room up and I only got a couple second glance as we past it by. However, I took note of there was no steam escaping the room even though the door was wide open... but then again that seem minor when compared to the different mystical creatures in front of me that could talk and were intelligent.

A couple minutes later we were passing by what look to be a dinning room with this huge dinning table taking center stage of the room on top of a blue carpet with a nice red velvet cloth on top as it had candle lights and different plants decorating the table. There was a fireplace on the other side of the room with a huge picture of some pony with torches lining the walls. What struck me as odd and made me stop to look at the room more was the dinning chairs that look like chairs from my world.

Ok, seriously? Now that is just odd since I cannot picture any of these ponies being comfortable sitting in it like a human. I just stared into the room as I attempt to figure out how they would be comfortable in those seats. Well, maybe if they just sat on their butts they would be.... I was cut off my train of thought when I heard a voice speak behind me.

"Are thou enjoying the views?"

I let out a gasp as I jumped forward a bit and turned around to see what scared me half to death to see the younger sister looking at me. I let out a sigh of relief as I put a hand over my chest as I saw her seem to giggle a bit. "Yes, you all have a beautiful palace here."

"Yes, it is very beautiful... Does thou have a name or shall we keep referring to you as Human?" She said as she looked around herself. She had a small smile as she finished her question as she brought her attention back on me.

"Heh, yes I have a name which is Austin. Seeing as I gave you mine... may I inquire yours Princess?" She motion us to continue walking to keep up with the others while staying with me.

"Our name is, Luna. Nice to meet you, Austin."

"Nice to meet you as well, Princess Luna." She gave me a smile as we kept on walking in silence following the others who were whispering among their selves though I paid them little of my attention as I was fascinated by the mane of Luna. After staring at it for a couple minutes as we walk, she seemed to take notice as she looked at me with an eyebrow raise in confusion.

"What are thou staring at, Austin?"

"Oh sorry my bad, Princess Luna but I was kinda of memorized by your mane looking like a calm brightly star night. Is this normal for ponies to have their mane looking like this?"

She gave me this confused look at me for a minute before bursting out with laughter. The others took notice at her laughing but kept on going with their own conversation as we kept on walking. I was completely confused on why she found it so funny.

"What is so funny about what I said?"

"Oh, sorry we do not mean to laugh but to answer your question, no it is not normal. My mane is like this as we are the Princess of the night." she said as she try to calm herself down from her laughter.

I just gave her a blank stare as we were walking. .......Wait what...Princess of the night......what? Though before I could give it any more thought, we all enter into a decent size room with a round table with 12 seats with some furniture filling the side of the room with some art and plants decorating the room along with a fireplace. As I notice everyone taking a seat at the table, I went ahead and took one as well.

I look at the four ponies who sat on the other side of me. I just sat in silence as Luna and Celestia were whispering with each other. Serenity and Silver just kept their eyes on me as I guess were just waiting on the the sisters to start the conversation. I looked at Luna while trying to figure out how what her title meant. To be honest, an image (out of no where) of a girl being princess of the night as some goth wearing all black with black eye liner, lipstick, and even black nails who enjoy being awake only during the night and being a very anti-social person. I took another look at Luna and as I picture her as this... I had to quickly cover my mouth and tired my best not to start laughing at the image that was currently in my mind. I received strange looks from both Serenity and Silver though the two sisters seem to not notice at all.

Calm down, Austin. You are in front of royalty and its best not to make yourself look bad. Heck, who knows what these ponies are going to do with you. They seem to be like honorable folks but this seems to be a different culture, for sure, and could be a different world for all I know. Who knows what could be consider as an insult or what might set them off. They seem to be interested in me... though I am not sure why. If what I saw correctly there are humans here...

The image of seeing humans being completely naked as others being dressed while being walked around with collars and leaches by these ponies came back into my mind.

Yeah.. what was up with the way those humans walked? They seem to either walk on their hands and feet or if they walked on their two feet they were slouching over to the point it they looked like how the the character from 'Hunchback of Norte Dame' walk. To be honest they almost remind of what humans look like as caveman. They were really hairy and none of them spoke or seem to communicated in any way. So, I guess that would explain all of those looks I got when I spoke earlier assuming that humans here are dumb and unable to speak. Course, why were they being treated like pets or slaves...

That was an odd sight to behold. Though how would a pony be able to even hold those leaches... wait.. no.... that is not right... the end was not being hold by the ponies but there was some sort of odd color aura around it that seem to be holding it. There seem to be something odd with those unicorns as well... their horns seem to be the same color aura around it as the end of the leaches. Can that be some sort of magic? If I recall correctly when I came back to I was completely surrounded by an aura like that as well and before I knocked silver over her horn seemed to be lighting up with that same color aura. I was snap out of my thoughts as I heard Celestia clear her throat.

"So....your name is Austin, correct?"

"Yes it is, Princess Celestia." Though as I responded, she seem to in a bit of a shock again.

"So, where exactly am I currently? Are we on Earth still?" All I got was a bunch of confused looks. "Well, with those looks that you are all giving me... that would be a no if I ever knew it." With it being confirmed that I was gone from my world, I look down and a feeling of lost and depression took over my body. I do not know why I felt this way as I pretty much knew this fact already and I really had nothing precious back on Earth anyways besides worldly processions as I was a bit of a loner. I just let the feeling pass as I let out a sigh as I looked back at the ponies who were staring at me with a mixture of shock and concern. "So, where am I then?"

"Well, you are in the country of Equestria." Celestia spoke up. "With what you are saying, I am going to guess that you are not from this world?"

"No, I would guess not after all that I have seen of your world and those who inhabit it."

"What is it that you have seen that would make you believe that you are not from this so called "Earth"?" Celestia asked with some curiosity behind her voice.

"Well, for starters we do not have actual magic like spells and stuff on our world as it only exist in made up fantasy. Unicorns and Pegasus are things of fairy tales, myths, and legends as well. Also, there is a pretty noticeable difference in how I look and how humans look here." I stop for a second and spoke up again to "as well as how humans here... are treated like some sort of.... pet.... or slave..." With the last part that I said, they all were taken back by it and none of them could look at me directly as they had guilty expression on their faces. "Also, with how you all reacted when I first spoke, it would seem that you never heard a human talk before or dealt with a human that was intelligent?"

"No, you are correct as you are the first intelligent human that could talk that we have dealt with. It also seems like you have seen and notice a lot. As to do with the humans here in Equestria and the rest of the world, they have been here since the start of our world. Over time they have had been use or treated differently by the different races on our world. For example, Griffins use humans are a source of food. Here in Equestria on the other hoof, ponies keep humans as pets mostly but we also use them for different jobs or task. It has been this way for thousands of years. Which is why you saw them like you did."

"Oh well, that would explain that then.. but you said there are griffins here as well? Gez, next thing you know you will say there are minotaurs, dragons, and other mythical creatures as well..." I sarcastically spoke as I took a mental note to stay away from griffins. Celestia seem to be taken back a bit by my sarcasm. The room feel silent for a couple minutes.

"Actually, yes, there are minotaurs and dragons here on this world." Luna spoke up.

"Oh well, I guess, I better assume any sort of creature that I know to be mythical or from legends to exist here..." I said with some fear behind it.

"I guess that would be a good idea. Anyways... I would like to know more about how it is that you ended up here, Austin." Celestia said as they all lean in on the edge of their seat as they waited for my answer with bated breath.

"Well, I am not sure how I got here... all I remember was at one moment I was on my world trying to get into my car after just finishing college. I locked myself out of the car by leaving the key inside of it so I tried to call the police to help me out and before I realized it I was being surround by darkness. When I completely pulled into the darkness.. I heard a voice say something to me but I forget what it was but I remember seeing these yellow eyes with red pupils looking at me before I passed out and next thing I knew it I was in this world found by these two here.. I think." I pointed at Serenity and Silver but Celestia and Luna were staring at each other with what seem like pissed off look and in unison they both said "Discord!".

"Uh, who is Discord?" I asked scared as I looked at the two pissed off sisters. Celestia did not answer as I saw her starting to cast a spell it seemed like. Silver and Serenity both jump out of their seats and seem to prepare for something to appear.

Luna look at me as she calm down and responded "He is a creature of chaos, a Draconequus and the only creature we know to have yellow eyes with red pupils who would have the ability to pull something like this off." As she finish a flash filled the room to eventually reveal a creature that appear as the flash vanished. Before I could react more, the strange creature was floating above us appearing to be wearing sunglasses and reading a book. I jump back as I freaked out by the sight of the creature which ended up making me fall out of my seat onto my ass while my eyes never let the sight of this creature out of sight.

WHAT.... in the fucking hell..... is that thing?
