Thunder Storm's mother is Soaring Eagle. Or, should I say, Crimson Blood. She's dangerous. How dangerous, you ask? She just escaped from Tartarus. That should tell you something. Only one hero stands between her and killing Princess Celestia.
Soaring Eagle is the queen of the zonies. Or, more accurately, was. Until she attacked Princess Celestia and earned herself a one-way trip to Tartarus. Well, it was supposed to be one-way. But Soaring Eagle, now Crimson Blood, has escaped. And boy does she hate Celestia. She will kill the princess if it's the last thing she does. In retrospect, it just might be the last thing she does.
