They were excitedly chattering among themselves, as Big Mac loaded the last package in the back. “I simply cannot believe we are going to the Manehatten Melody and Music Festival!” Rarity said, with admiration. “It’ll be simply divine!” “Yea, it’ll be pretty awesome!” Rainbow said, cooly. “I am SO EXCITED!” Pinkie Pie squealed. “You are pretty right on, sugar cube.” Apple Jack said, tilting her hat. “Yay!” Fluttershy said, quietly. “This time can we sing my song?” “Maybe.” Rainbow said, letting the question roll aside. Fluttershy pouted, and sighed. Sunset Shimmer walked outside with a summer dress on. It was black with her sun symbol on it. “OH! Sunset Shimmer! I am LOVING your Dress!” Rarity rushed over examining it with admiration. “All it need is an accessory! or two..” The teenager chuckled, and ran off. She came back with three plastic bracelets. One was black, one was red and one was yellow. “It matches your outfit, darling.” She smiled and handed the jewelry to Sunset. Sunset put it on and smiled t the fashionista. “It’s beautiful!” She smiled. “Thank you, darling.” Rarity gave Sunset a genuine smile. “Are ya ready, Big Mac?” AJ called to her brother. “Yup.” He said and got into the drivers seat. “I call shotgun!” Rainbow Dash called and, well, dashed over to the van door. The Rainbooms filed into the Volkswagen van. Before Sunset shut the door, she saw Vinyl Scratch running towards them. She was waving. She pointed to the van, as if asking if she could come. “You wanna come?” Sunset asked. The DJ-Pon3 nodded. Sunset looked at the Rainbooms for approval. They all nodded. “Well, come on in.” Sunset smiled. Vinyl smiled back. Rainbow sat at the shotgun seat. Rarity, Fluttershy and Pinkie Pie were talking about outfit ideas, while AJ and Sunset asked Vinyl if she could be the DJ for the Rainbooms. Vinyl nodded, smiling really wide. They were about to drive off but PInkie Pie jumped up. “STOP THE VEHICLE!” she screamed. The vehicle jammed to a stop. Pinkie hopped out of the van and grabbed a spraypaint can out of her hair. She spray painted “The RAINBOOMS!” on the side of the truck in rainbow colors and drew their logo. A horseshoe with a rainbow flying out. She smiled at her work and hopped back in the van. Once all was settled, the Rainbooms plus Sunset and Big Mac and DJ-PON3 drove off towards Manehatten. Author's Note Sorry that it was short. Will update ASAP. Ch. 2: The Integrity GirlsView OnlineMLPEG: Melody and Music FestivalCh. 2: The Integrity Girls Lavender Treasure Harmonic Bass Blue Ember Ch. 2: The Integrity Girls: At the Manehatten Melody and Music Festival… A group of three girls were talking in a circle. “Are you sure we won’t be humiliated?” A grey-skinned girl asked moving her black bangs from her turquoise eyes. “Yes, I’m sure!” a purple girl said, full of cheer. “Anyway, if one of us messes up, another one will cover up for her.” A blue-skinned girl with stunning orange and black hair smiled at the shy girl, with amber eyes shining. The grey girl nodded, slowly. “Harmonic, it’s okay. We won’t mess up. I promise.” The amber girl smiled placing a hand on Harmonic’s Shoulder. “Thanks Blue Ember.” Harmonic said. “NOW LET’S ROCK ON!” the lavender girl said with a big smile. “Calm down Lavender.” Blue Ember chuckled slightly, picking up her black guitar. Lavender picked up a portable keyboard, and Harmonic picked up a bass. “Up next is The Integrity Girls.” Someone said over the speaker. “Come on, we’re up.” Lavender said rushing to the stage. “Remember, not as cool as usual. Save it for the last song..” They all nodded and went to the stage. They all got ready, and set up on the stage. Blue Ember walked up to the middle microphone. “Hey, wassup?” She said. “I’m Blue Ember, and I am the lead guitar player in the Integrity Girls. That-” She said pointing to Lavender. “is Lavender Treasure on the keyboard.” Lavender waved. “And that is Harmonic bass on the- well- bass.” people in the audience laughed. “We are gonna sing a song called, ‘Not anymore’.” She said and stepped a bit back. She tapped her foot in a beat. Lavender played some organ keys, and Ember played guitar. Harmonic did a simple yet cool beat. “A long time ago, We were afraid of everything. Once in the past, we were so scared to make some friends.” The music intensified. “Until we met eachother, We were ready to face anything. No matter what the weather, We will stay side-by-side!” They headed to the chorus. “Nothing will stand in our way, Our friendship is as bright as the day. They all group hugged and walked off. “Up next is the Chaotic Dreams!” The intercom said. If you listened closely you would of heard evil laughter. No one heard it… except for Harmonic Bass. Then three girls walked onto the stage. The one on the left was yellow and had orange hair. Her red eyes looked blood-thirsty. She wore a red tank-top with a green striped over-shirt and a denim skirt over green leggings. Her orange hair was in curled pigtails and she had orange rain-boots. The one on the right was blue with dark blue hair and black highlights. She also had red eyes, but they looked scary. She wore a long sleeved striped seaweed color top and a black skirt. She also wore knee-high black boots. The one in the middle was yellow with purple hair and blue highlights. She also had red eyes, but they looked spazzy and out of control. She wore a blue turtleneck and a black skirt. And she wore black highheels. The middle one walked up and spoke. “I am Melody Rock and these are my friends, Dark Arrow and Copper Rhythm.” She said. Scary eyes is Dark Arrow and Miss Blood-thirsty was Copper. “And we are singing, The Power of Discord.” Melody started. “What’s wrong with a little chaos? Without it your life is incomplete. wouldn’t it be a little boring, If life was so serene.” Sunset looked at the Rainbooms and raised an eyebrow. The rainbooms shrugged. “Chaos must stick together.” The others joined in. And chaos started. “to form an evil plan. i don’t care if we are wrong. As long as we make despair!” people were crying, screaming and fighting. “hold on tight, It’s gonna be a wild ride. You can never fight.
