The Silver Eagle set out of Batlimare nearly six weeks ago with a cargo hold full of food, maps, an other such goods. Now she is in the northern seas plagued by the cold, a lack of food, and worst of all pursuers who would see her plundered and sunk. Her captain must now lead his cold and starving crew onward to find the hidden treasure palace of Galaticus, an an exiled emperor who took his wealth and his loyal troops and tried to build a kingdom on the North Pole.
