(This story is a noncanon derivation of the Evening Sonata universe. It is not necessary to read the Evening Sonata to understand this story, although it is recommended.)

Traveling from the Capital with Fancy Pants to view a new selection of art from the local populace, Fleur Dis Lis makes the acquaintance of a delightful young woman named Sunset Shimmer. The only problem is that she has a girlfriend, and Sonata Dusk is not about to give her girlfriend up that easily.
But high society life has taught Fleur that "No!" simply means "Try another way," and she thinks that she has just the thing to get what she wants. With a certain goal in mind, she makes a rather startling proposal.
