When Don Alberto García learns that his friend from the United Kingdom, Lord Jonathan Jackson of North Yorkshire, has been falsely accused, he decides that he must go and rescue him. Around the same time, the Water Chip, a magical water generator specially concealed in Outer Equestria, has been stolen by super-thief Giacomo Cassozza!

Alberto and eight of his top ponies — Big McIntosh, Braeburn, Derpy, Dumbbell, Rainbow Dash, Shining Armour, Soarin, Thunderlane — and the bison Guilderoy Strongheart, go to the hardware store to conduct investigations, where eventually they learn that both cases are actually connected. A tornado suddenly brews up and carries away the entire Hardware Store to a vast wilderness which is completely unfamiliar territory to everypony present.

Eventually they discover that Jackson’s being falsely accused was actually part of two bigger plans: to distract our friends so that the forces of evil could steal the Outer Equestrian Water Chip and use it to make monsters out of unwilling humans and set up a socialist megaempire on Earth and in Equestria!

All evidence points to megavillain Sean Brink and his network of Peronistas. Can Alberto and his pony friends save the Water Chip and bring Sean Brink and company to justice?
