The Return Of Evil

They ran into the castle, out of breath. Twilight looked by her throne and Spike wasn't there anymore.

"Spike? Spike!" Twilight called.

She got no response.

"Spike!!! Are you here?!?!" Twilight called again.

Once again, no response.

"Oh no. You don't think he could've gone into Ponyville, looking for us do you?" Rarity asked.

"I think so." Twilight answered.

"Then let's get going." AppleJack said.

Twilight nodded and they all ran out of the castle.

"Wait, wait, wait." Twilight said.

She turned around and ran into the castle. She came back out with a book.

"What's that?" Rarity asked.

"A book holding the Elements Of Harmony inside of it." Twilight replied.

Rarity nodded and they continued running towards Ponyville. When they ran into they heard Spike screaming.

"Everyone!!! Find where that scream came from!!!" Twilight exclaimed.

Everyone nodded and kept running. Soon enough, they found Spike. He was being help up by Trixie.

"TRIXIE!!!" Don't you lay a hoof on him!!!" Twilight screamed.

Trixie turned around and smirked when she saw who it was.

"Oh. Is this your little helper?" She asked.

"Why are you doing this? What did I ever do to you?" Twilight asked.

"You humiliated me!!!" Trixie yelled. "It's time to get my revenge!!!" She yelled.

Suddenly, a cracking sound could be heard. Spike started screaming in pain. At that moment, his chest exploded and he fell to the ground. Being held in the air by Trixie's magic, was Spike's heart.

Twilight ran up to Spike and embraced him.

"Tw-Twilight. Please... Help... Me..." Spike choked out.

"No Spike. No no no!!!" Twilight yelled.

"Rarity..." Spike said.

Rarity walked up to Spike.

"Yes Spike?" She asked.

"I-I've always... Loved... You...." He choked out but then he stopped.

Rarity had a surprised look. Her surprised look turned into a face of anger.

"YOU BEAST!!!" She yelled.

Her horn lit up and Trixie was levitated in the air and was slammed hard back onto the ground.

"Take that you ruffian!!!" Rarity screamed. "Quickly everyone back to the castle." She said as she levitated Spike's body. She knew that it would be right to bring him with her.

"Today... A best friend of mine... Has been killed..." She muttered under her breath.
