Celestia loathed mornings, if she had her way both mornings, and whatever was on her chest waking her up at this ungodly hour would be banished.
"Tiaaaaaaaa wake up!"
...okay, she decided, opening her eyes and seeing the pony who was jumping on her to wake her up, maybe  the this pony  would get a free pass just this once. She could never stay mad at Sparkler...  however she wasn't above tackling her best friend and noogying her.
"Tia st-stop!" Sparkler laughed as her best friend continued her assault on her poor mane.
"Sorry but you know how I hate to wake up this early. Nothing can be done about it." Came the as ever sage reply from her usual tormentor.
"I-I'll buy you a cake! Please- just stop!" Well... she is my best friend...
"Deal." Celestia said stopping her assault only to grab the other pony into a hug. "What are you doing here this early Spark?" Celestia asked her friend as she near crushed her. "Gates to the keep open at 10."
"I came to wake you up, you have court today!" But...that made no sense, she wasn't old enough to go to court yet, her parents did that.
"Wake up Celestia!" Only this time, Sparkler's mouth hadn't moved, in fact, she was gone and so was Celestia's bedroom.
"WAKE UP-"
Celestia threw her head off the pillow and frantically searched the room for whomever just shouted at her, finding only the second most annoying pony on the planet sheepishly grinning at her. "What Luna?" Celestia asked, glaring enough daggers at her sister to kill her, even with their enhanced durability.
"You... uhh... have court sister..."
