Chapter One: Maud's Coming For A Visit

"TWIIIILLLIIIIGGGHHHT!!!!!!!" Twilight heard as her door burst open and a pink blurry shape darted through it excitedly. Twilight looked up to see her friend Pinkie Pie, face-to-face with her, breathing hard, eyes wide with excitement as her body shook.

"Yes, Pinkie?" She giggled.

"Guess what, guess what, guess whaaat!!!" Pinkie bounced around the room in excitement, knocking over books.

"Wh-!" Twilight started, and Pinkie cut her off.

"MAUD IS COMING TO VISIT!!!!" Pinkie shouted. Twilight smiled.

"That's great, Pinkie!" Twilight said, following Pinkie as she bounced, her sparkling pink magic returning the knocked over books to their places. "When will she be here?" Twilight asked as Pinkie stopped to watch her put away the books.

"Ouuhhhhh!" Pinkie squealed, excited all over again. "Tonight! I'm planning a welcome party for her! Will you come, Twi?" Pinkie hopped up and down in front of the bewildered Alicorn.

"Yes, of course Pinkie! I'd love to." She said, laughing at the pink party ponies' antics.

"Then I'll see you there! I'm going to go setup the party!" Pinkie squealed and bounced out the door, leaving Twilight to shake her head with a smile, and continue putting books in their places.

Pinkie giggled to herself as she galloped through Ponyville towards Sugarcube corner, slowing down when she got to the middle of town. She stopped for a moment, taking in the sights and sounds and smells of her home. She looked beside her and saw the schoolhouse, a cute little red brick building, with a bell tower, which held a blue-green colored bell, and a weather-vane on the top of it, in the shape of an arrow with a heart on one end. It had a small playground for the young fillies and colts of Ponyville to play on, and a bronze flagposty, bearing a red flag, at full mast. Pinkie trotted on for a few minutes and stopped when she saw Ponyville's train station. The train station had been in Ponyville since it had been founded. It was not too big, and it had a straw roof, like most buildings in Ponyville. On the roof, there was a small yellow sign with white trim that had a picture of a train on it.

"Hey Pinkie!" A beige, blue-eyed stallion appeared beside her, he had a short brow, spiky mane and tail, and a hourglass for a cutie mark. He smiled at her. "What are you up to?" He asked.

"Oh, hi there, Time Turner! I'm going to set up a party! My big sister, Maud Pie, is coming to visit!" Pinkie smiled big and bounced up and down.

"That sounds like fun, Pinkie!" He laughed and smiled at her.

"Of course!!! Would you like to come?" Pinkie asked, face to face with the startled pony.

"I'd love to, but I've got some... Errands to run!" Time Turner said nervously. "I'll see if I can drop by tomorrow, though!" He said, as he turned away.

"Alright, Time Turner! Have fun with that magic blue box of yours! And tell Rose I said hi!" Pinkie called and bounced away, leaving Time Turner standing there, confused.

"How does she know about the TARDIS and Rose?" He scratched his head with his hoof and then shrugged. "Oh well." He said, galloping away. "That's Pinkie for you, I guess!"

~Later That Night at Pinkie's....~

"Bye everypony! Thanks for coming!!" Pinkie called after her group of friends as they left Sugarcube Corner.

"Bye! Thanks for the great party!" They called back, Rarity heading for the Carousel Boutique, where her and her little sister, Sweetie Belle, lived. Fluttershy headed to her cottage, where the shy Pegasus lived with her animal friends. Twilight and her baby dragon, Spike, headed home to the library. Apple Jack headed home to Sweet Apple Acres, where the hard working Earth Pony lived with the Apples, one of the oldest families in Ponyville, and Rainbow Dash zoomed away to her home in the clouds.

Pinkie turned to Maud after they could no longer see her friends. "Maud! Finally, some alone time!" She closed the door behind her and locked it behind her, pulling the blinds and heading towards her sister.

I'm redoing the beginning of this chapter a bit, because of advice I've recieved, so sorry that it keeps changing and stuff, I'll be doing the same to the other chapters, too. Hope you like it!
