Briam is new to town and loves to bake, so why not open a stand in Ponyville? The only thing is that they might have a less than positive view on dragons (and if you've watched the show you know why). But the ponies of Ponyville have learned from Zecora not to judge a book by it's cover, though they still are a tad nervous about the eight foot dragon walking around selling tasty goods!
