Before Shining Armor can claim the coveted title of Captain of the Royal Guard, he must pass an initiation test. Be Princess Luna's guard. What seemed like a boring assignment at first soon becomes a bit more interesting. Especially in the dark.
Shining Armor has finally achieved his life's dream of becoming Captain of the Royal Guards. Now he can prove himself to be a competent Captain of the Guards and protect Equestria and her citizens... that is, if he can survive his initiation test. A test that involves him being stuck on guard duty to the former Queen of the Night and returned royal crown to Equestria, Princess Luna.
As far as tests go, Shining's pretty sure he can ace this one.
