"Rainbow Dash!"
I chuckled in my hiding spot. I watched as Rainbow latest prank activate on Twilight. Boy these ponies are interesting! I climb down the tree I was on and headed home. Motion trackers are detecting nothing near by. Good. I eventually come across a cave. I enter it and walk to the left wall.
Scanning. Tech. Welcome home.
I watched as the wall slid open and I walk inside. The wall goes back into place while. I walk down the stares until I reach the end. I enter the room to see only darkness. "Awake!" Lights flick on as my base/home comes to life. "System check."
Scanning. Scanning. 100%
"Good." I walk down the hallway and enter a room. "What was I working on again?"
Updating your gloves.
"Ah right." I walk over to my workbench and take off my gloves. I call over my tools and watch as they fly into my hands. "Power over metal and technology is awesome!"
I'm sooo bored. I was watching the ponies again. I had finish updating my gloves and had came back outside. "We sorry." I watch as the Cutie Mark Crusaders learned their lesson...again. They had tried to become 'Cutie Mark Crusaders fire ponies' and well...half of Ponyvillie was burnt.
"But we now know we should leave it to fire ponies!" Applebloom said.
They hug the elements. "At least we have friends and family to help us!" Sweetie Bell cried.
I felt a tear roll down my cheek. They had friends and families. I curl up into a ball. I'm so alone. If only I had I had friends and family like them. Like them...Like them... An idea clicked into my head. I jump off the tree. Why haven't I thought of this! I rush into my home. I run to my workbench. I tap the computer screen to awaken it. Which pony? The elements? No... Alicorns? No... Start simple. A filly? Yes I know! I start drawing the blueprint.
Hmm she need defences in case I'm not here. Voice box. Ohh must remember to not add a Cutie mark. She need a power source...I look around. Ah...A fire gem should last for a very long time. I look at the blue print. I shall name her Sweetie Bot! "Check for supplies."
Will need a DNA sample of Sweetie Bell.
"Shoot! Ok. Ok. I'm on it!" I quickly test my cloak. "Works good." I keep the cloak on and run towards Ponyvillie. I skid to a halt once I'm about to enter Ponyvillie. Calm down! I slap myself! No calm down! I watch the pony past by me without looking at me. Good cloak is on and working. Just need to get a sample of Sweetie Bell. I slap myself again. No dirty mind! I continue to run. Luckily my shoes were made to make no sound. I arrived at the Crystal boutique. Walk in front door? No... Window? No... Walk through the wall? I need to invent that.
Screw it! I walk in through the front door. "Welcome to the...Hello?" I see Rarity come into the lobby. "Oh I swear I heard somepony come in." She walks back out. I need to invent the 'that was easy' button. I walk up stairs. Two doors. I press my ear on the right door. I could hear Rarity singing. Nope! I check the left door. Quite. I look in the keyhole. Looks like her room. I test the doorknob. Not locked. I enter the room and look around. DNA. DNA. I check her pillow. Nope. I check her clothes. Nope. I notice a brush sitting near a mirror. I look closer to notice a single hair of her mane. Perfect. I hope over and pluck the hair. I turn to the door and... I stood still as Sweetie Bell entered the room.
"Sweetie Bell is that you?" Rarity asks.
"Yeah! I forgot my Cutie Mark Crusaders cape!" She picks it up and walks out off the room. Wow. Ahem. That was easy. I leave the Crystal Boutique before anything can happen. I rush back home. "Scan DNA."
Scanning. DNA. Done.
Good. I turn back to my workbench. Crap...the hard part.
I took a step back and wipe the sweat off my forehead. I look at the digital clock. It took me 1 hour to almost finish working. Good thing I'm good at this. I look at my creation. Laying on my workbench was a lifeless Sweetie Bot. I pick up the fire gem and walk closer. I open her chest and stick it inside. As soon as my hands are out cables latch onto the gem. Her chest shut. "Awaken." Her eyes flick alive and grey. "Check for problems."
"Scanning. 1 problem found. Voice box is broken."
"That why you sound like Applejack. Shut down." Her eyes become lifeless. I open her chest and detach the voice box. "Ah this is the problem." After a little screwing around. Get it? Sorry... I put the voice box back. "Awaken. Check for problems." Her eyes turn grey.
"Scanning. Fine."
"Ok here we go. Awaken..." It was tricky saying this. "Ahem. Awaken daughter." Her eyes slowly turn green. She gets up and looks around. "H-hello?"
She stares at me. "H-hello." His face is serious. Did I do something wrong? "Daddy." She smiles at me. I couldn't help but let a tear roll down my cheek. "Are you ok daddy?" Her eyes turn to blue showing her sadness.
I bring her into a hug. "I'm fine." I bring her up to my eye level. "I'm happiest man in the world with you around." She lick my nose and let's out a cute giggle. It was weird when she licked me with her smooth metal tongue. "Why don't I show you around?"
She jumps around my feet. "No need. I scanned the area!" I rub her metal mane.
"Clever girl!" I let out a yawn. "Oh boy! That made me sleepy!" I turn around and walk towards my bedroom. I hear little hooves following me.
"Aw! I just woke up!" I pick her up and place her on my shoulders.
"I promise when I wake up. We shall have fun!"
"Yeah!" I enter my bedroom and let myself fall onto my bed. I feel my daughter slid off my head and curl next to me. I can feel I'm being watched. I lift my head out of my pillow and look at Sweetie Bot. She was watching me with blue eyes. "You won't leave me?"
I smile at the little filly while I rub her mane. "Never."
"But what if someone takes me?"
"You know what will happen."
"What?"
"Don't you know of file Z?"
"No. I don't have access."
"Oh." I bring the filly closer. "Don't tell anypony." She does the Pinkie promise. "How do you know that?"
She lets out a giggle. "I have my ways."
"Oh...Well file Z contains info on what happens if anyone takes my daughter. My monster drive will activate. It's will turn me in a monster that will try everything in it's power to get you back."
"Oh." Her eyes turn green. Love you!" She nuzzles me.
"I love you too." I pop my head back into the pillow and slowly fall asleep.
