Pupa looked at the scene before her and sighed, for what she saw was not a pretty site, ponies fighting with her race, changelings, and she was in the middle of it. A pony rammed into her and shrieked at the site of her. She just glared-Pupa hates it when ponies do that.- and walked away and joined her friend in battle, fighting next to her in side-by-side combat with ponies.
She glanced over at her friend and asked, "Why do we need to fight them? Why can't we just, I dunno, disguise ourselves among them and feed off of friend love or even boyfriend love?" Her friend replied, "Because that's not what the queen ordered, and if you don't like it, then you can leave. It's not like anyone will miss you anyways. Plus, you and you're weirdness might be welcomed in other places.But,you are one of the Queen's highly ranked commanders- She even gave you the name 'General Pupa' but that's all you'll really be leaving behind." "Oh OK then..." Pupa didn't know whether to take that as an option or an insult. "Hmm, I guess I could just leave..."
Pupa went to a area were no battle was taking place, sat down and thought to herself. should I stay or should I go, she pondered. I guess I wouldn't be leaving anything behind besides my job. "But," She said aloud,"I like my job and my friends-well, friend- but i sure don't like what were doing..." with that, she got up and left her alleyway and went to the train station.
Some Canterlot guards were battling changelings and did not notice a very peculiar looking, new pony walking by them. "I wonder if I can get on the train during these times." Pupa wondered. Pupa had a very quick-not thought out- disguise on that was just a grey pegasus with blue hair and blue eyes. She went over were the train was and tried to buy a ticket to go to Manehattan but, was stopped by the ticket pony saying, "How do I know your'e not one of those accursed changelings out their.HUH?!" She then said, "I'll pay you triple the amount of bits if you get me out of here!" He could tell she was very desperate, and let her and a few other ponies onto the train to Manehattan.
At Manehattan, Pupa was off the train in a second. "HEY YOU DIDN'T PAY COME BACK!" the conductor screeched. "Sorry, I'll pay you back later!" Pupa observed her surroundings. Looks like a very pish-posh place. Better change to be accepted in society! Pupa thought to herself. So she did change and she was very pretty. Pupa looked around and and saw two ponies gossiping. She galloped over there and pretended to do her make up while she listened in. "Did you hear? Canterlot is being attacked by,like, these horribly ugly beasts!" "OMG I did! I am,like, actually glad! They haven't seen action for at least a month." "Like OMG is Jessica actually talking with Brad!" "Let's go stop the-" Pupa walked away, she doesn't actually like gossip very much.
"So ponies have heard of the invasion..." Pupa said under her breath, "I need to find a way to make some money so I can maybe get some friends or, even a boyfriend!" With that she headed off to find a job in the news paper.
