My first attempt at getting back into fanfiction writing for My Little Pony: Friendship Is Magic, in which you're put into the perspective of an unnamed messenger Griffon. After a chance meeting while delivering a package, horrible weather conditions force the griffon to bed down for the night until the storm ends. As thanks for delivering the package under such circumstances, the musical mare offers him a spare room for the night, on the condition that he deliver another package for her by the time morning swings around.

But living in Canterlot has some unfortunate detriments. Gain any recognition, and the many ponies there will look for something new to turn into gossip about you. So when the recognized musician is seen with an unfamiliar griffon of the opposite gender, the two suddenly face a great deal of unwanted attention from the royal city's populace. In an effort to try and dissolve the rapidly spreading rumors, the two engage in all number of ridiculous escapades, most of which only end up bringing more attention to themselves. Spending a great deal of time trying to give the impression that they have nothing to do with each other, they inadvertently learn a great deal about one another.
