Homeroom Hopes

Homeroom was full of students, and everyone was waiting for the teacher to arrive. This gave them the advantage to engage in conversation, which involved splitting up into their individual groups; Rockers, Fashionistas, Eco Kids, and Techies were divided.

In the Rockers' corner, only three people formed it. Flash Sentry (pop punk), Rainbow Dash (punk), and Crashie Tunez (Unknown) were the only members. They began talking.
"So Flash, why'd you stay behind on Tuesday night?" Rainbow asked with a little smile, leaning on one side against the wall and crossing her arms.
Flash smiled as well. "Well.....just thought I'd give Fluttershy some help, she did feel left out the whole time."
Rainbow responded with a nod. "Yeah, she's a bit of a downer if you ask me. Overall, She's alright."

Crashie Tunez leaned against the other wall beside Flash, smiling at the comment. "Yeah, she seems sweet....."
Why did I say that? He thought after looking away from them, turning to the other side. Then, before his eyes, there she was.
Crashie saw that Fluttershy was right next to him, probably hearing his every word. "H-hi F-Fluttershy...." He said softly, examining her beauty once more.

"H-hi Crashie umm.....t-thank you for the compliment...." She blushes a hint of pink and scoots a little closer. "C-can I ask you something?"

Crashie nods, also blushing by how close she was. "O-of course...."

"Will you g-"

"Fluttershy! Hi!" Flash interrupts. "We still up for the pool party tonight?

Right when Crashie heard this, his heart began to sink into an abyss. Oh no... He thought. She's taken? By Flash? He then put both hands in his pockets and let his head drop, turning away from everyone and facing the floor. He tried not to care about what her response would be.

"I-I'd love to but...umm....I've got some studying to do tonight, the weekend work and all.....but don't worry, I'll be sure to get it done before it starts."

Rainbow Dash, now paying attention, overhears. "A pool party!? Aww man! Awesome!" She then turns to Crashie and smirks, not acknowledging the fact he wasn't in the mood. "Oh Crashie~. What do you say bud? You up for a pool party?" She nudges his shoulder playfully.

The boy finally looks up and sees Rainbow Dash's smiling face and responds, "ok...I guess I could come along...."

This was the perfect moment for Rainbow to glomp him and exclaim 'on my gosh, oh my gosh, oh my gosh!'. This caused Crashie to blush hard, and Fluttershy let out a soft "yayyyyy".
