Chapter 2 - The Pokemon Crusaders
The shadows had returned with Silver Thunder's body in tow. Furious Destruction saw the body and was pleased.
“Where is the crystal? Oh no, those fillies have it don't they?”
The shadows nodded but then showed a tiny piece of the crystal.
“Hmm... So it broke when you attacked him. I could use this.” Furious then used unicorn magic on the crystal and the crystal opened a portal, but it was a tiny one. “It's too small for me. Very well, you, shadow who killed Silver Thunder. Turn to shadow and go thru the tiny portal and chase them. I must have the full crystal!!!”
The shadow them quickly went thru the portal. Furious sat down on his throne and tapped his hoof up and down. “Now, let's see how this plays out.”
Meanwhile in the Pokemon World...
“Uh, okay, I don't know about you all but this is weird.” said Applebloom.
“Yeah, and why are you so tall Diamond?”asked Sweetie Belle.
“I don't know, we fell thru that portal thing and I just woke up with this weird body and these weird clothes I think and this bag.” said Diamond in a panic.
“What's in the bag?” asked Silver Spoon as pushed her top part up to see Diamond.
“Just some red and white balls and a weird metal red thing. Here Silver, maybe you can figure it out.”
She pulled out the red device and accidentally opened it up. “Pokedex on.” the device said suddenly.
“Ahhhhh! It talked.” squealed Diamond Tiara as she dropped the Pokedex.
“Whoa!” yelled Applebloom.
“Diamond, you have got to get guts, you are becoming Fluttershy more and more everyday.” said Silver Spoon.
“Sorry.” said Diamond.
Silver then realized as those she did not know what she was, she had no fingers. “Uh, Diamond maybe you should pick it up.”
“Oh, okay.” Diamond said as the pokedex suddenly spoke up. The pokedex flashed then showed a picture of the pokemon Ralts. The pokedex then spoke up:
'Ralts, the Feeling Pokemon. Psychic and Fairy Type.'
“Ralts?” asked the four that weren't looking at the pokedex.
“Yeah. I think that's what's what Silver turned into.” Diamond then showed the pokedex's screen to the others.
“Hey, maybe that thing  can tell us what we are?” suggested Applebloom.
“Okay.” said Diamond as she tried to make it work. A few minutes later the found out what they all were.
“Okay...” said Silver, “So we are different types of this species called Pokemon...but there is still one thing I don't get.”
“What?” asked Scootaloo.
“What has Diamond Tiara turned into? We tried using that pokedex thing on her but it didn't work.”
“Maybe she's not a pokemon.” suggested Sweetie.
“Hmmmm...just how did this happen? Why have we turned into these pokemon?”
At that moment, Diamond felt something in her hair. She quickly put her hand into her hair and pulled out what was in her hair. “Um...maybe this is why.”
“Hey! That's the crystal that Silver Thunder guy had! It was in your hair?”
“It must have got there when that shadow attacked him.”
“Huh, do you think we can use it?”
“Let me see it Diamond.”
“Okay Silver.”
Silver examined the crystal and spoke up, “This isn't good, its got cracks all over it and I think a piece of it has fallen off.”
“Search yer Diamond! See if the piece is there.” said Applebloom.
“Um...okay.” Diamond went thru her hair and found nothing. “I don't think its here.”
At that moment a flock of Pidgeys flew over them.
“Are those pokemon as well?”
“Must be. Maybe this whole place is filled with these pokemon.”
“Also, when you used that pokedex, it said we have types, what does that mean?”
Diamond looked at the pokedex again. “It's says you all have moves or something, like Applebloom has Ember, a fire breathing move.”
“Applebloom can breathe fire?! That's so cool! What can I do Diamond?” said Scootaloo.
“It says you have these fighting moves, one in particular is called Force Palm, its supposed to be good.”
“That's so awesome! I have cool karate moves now!”
“Hey! What can I do?!” asked Sweetie Belle.
“You have bubble and bubble beam.”
“Hahahaha!!! You just have bubbles!! What a lame power Sweetie Belle!” laughed Scootaloo.
“Oh shut up Scootaloo!”
“It's says Silver just has some psychic attack called Confusion.”
“I honestly don't care Diamond. I just want to know how we can get back to our normal pony selves.”
“Aw you're no fun Silver.” said Scootaloo.
At that moment the heard some rustling in the bushes nearby. Then a Grimer came out of the bush.
“What is that?!” screamed Sweetie Belle.
Diamond pointed the pokedex at it.
'Grimer, the Sludge pokemon, poison type.'
“Poison?! Does that mean if we get close to that thing it could kill us?!”
“No.” said Silver quickly, “The plants behind it aren't affected by it going over it.”
“Hey, yer right.”
The grimer then stared at them for a second and suddenly yelled. “GRIMER!!!” and then charged at the Crusaders.
“Ahhhh!!! It's headed right for us!!”
“Quick Applebloom! Breathe fire or something!”
Applebloom quickly opened her mouth and fire came blazing out hitting the grimer. He fell backward but then got back up and charged at them again.
“It's still coming!!”
At that moment, Silver's horns on her head lit up and the grimer suddenly glowed. He then began hitting himself.
“Wait, why's he doing that? Is he dumb or something?”
“No, I used confusion on him. Now, let's leave this place.”
“Agreed.” they all said.
They ran up a hill and then saw a building in the distance. It was a Pokemon Center though they didn't know that.
“Oh, a building! Let's go there, maybe we can learn more about where we are.”
“Yeah, and some food.” said Scootaloo as the other crusaders looked at her. “What? I'm hungry!”
They quickly ran down the hill, trying to get there as soon as possible.
Meanwhile...
A couple of miles from where the Crusaders were. A small portal opened and like liquid, a small shadow came out. At that moment the shadow changed, into a Zorua, the Tricky Fox Pokemon. It then looked at its body and looked around. The shadow than began searching for the crusaders.

Chapter 3 - The Pokemon Crusaders 2
The five entered the Pokemon Center only to be greeted by Nurse Joy.
“Welcome to the Pokemon Center. How may I help you?”
“Pokemon Center?” asked Diamond.
“Yes, are you a new trainer?”
“Uh, I'm, uh, just a traveler. I think...”
“Oh, well here at the Pokemon Center, we heal any injured pokemon. Are your four pokemon injured?”
“Um, no.”
“Hey, she doesn't own us!” yelled Applebloom. However, all Nurse Joy heard was, “Growlithe, growl!”
“Seems your growlithe is a little angry.”
“Um, yeah. Um, do you know a place to stay the night and get food?”
“Oh we have that here, we help any travelers.”
“Really?! Thank you!”
Nurse Joy then went to the back of the Pokemon Center.
“Ah can't believe that lady, thinking Diamond owns us or something.”
“I don't think she understood you Applebloom.” remarked Silver, “Then again, she's one of things like Diamond is.”
“You mean these tall, two legged things?”
“Yeah...”
Nurse Joy came out and they ate and went to the reserve rooms where they began talking.
“Wow, I had no idea that little feed stuff would taste so good.” said Scootaloo.
“Yeah, still not as good as apples.” smirked Applebloom.
“Whatever, alright girls we need to find out what to do tomorrow.” said Silver.
“Yawn, could we talk about it tomorrow? I'm tired.” suggested Sweetie Belle.
“Yeah Silver, I'm tired too.” said Scootaloo.
Silver paused, sighed and then said, “Fine let's sleep.”
The five got into the beds and slowly fell asleep. Then in the middle of the night, the zorua slowly sneaked into the Pokemon Center. He slowly looked around in the Pokemon Center. He then creaked in the room the five were sleeping. At that moment, Scootaloo heard the zorua sneak in and immediately spoke up.
“Hey! Who are you?!”
The other four immediately got up and saw the zorua.
“What is that? A fox?”
The zorua claws shined, preparing Fury Swipes. He then attacked Scootaloo who was the closest to him. “Augh!” yelled Scootaloo in pain.
“Get him!” yelled Applebloom.
Silver Spoon's horns glowed as she tried to use Confusion. But nothing happened. “Confusion isn't working?!”
Zorua then used Pursuit and hit Silver, knocking her out. He then looked at Diamond who has the crystal. Smoke then slowly grew from its eyes.
“Oh no, um, its one of those shadows!” screamed Diamond Tiara.
Zorua's mouth opens and prepares Shadow Ball. Diamond Tiara then moves back and hits the wall. The crystal flies out of her clothes as soon as the Shadow Ball flies at her. The Shadow Ball hits the crystal, splitting it into five pieces. The pieces fall on the five and the crystal suddenly started glowing. Then five portals appeared and immediately sucked in the portal before they can even react. As Diamond Tiara fell thru the portal she fell out onto a wasteland. She then got up and saw she was a pony again.
“I'm back to normal? Wait, where did everypony go? Oh no, Did we all get split to different worlds or something?! Will I never see them again?! Aaaaaaahhhhhh!!!” panicked Diamond Tiara.
Then the shadow that turned into a shadow appeared behind her. “Crystal....”
She turned around in fear. The shadow towered over her. She just shivered in fear, unable to speak. The shadow then grabbed her and she lost consciousness. The shadow put her on his back and grabbed the crystal piece she had and put his and her pieces together. He then used magic and put them together. He then looked around. He knew that he had accidentally ended back at his home. He then looked around and looked for landmarks. After finding one, he headed to his master's castle. Soon he arrived there as other shadows greeted him. He then entered Furious Destruction's throne room.
“Ahhh, my loyal shadow, you have returned.” Furious said with glee. “Is that one of the fillies on your back? Hold still for a second.”
Furious's horn glowed and the shadow's body glowed the same color. He then spoke up, “I have scanned your memories shadow. So that's what happened, you have part of the crystal and accidentally ended up back here.”
He then sat back down on his throne and cricked his neck back and forth. “Put the filly down shadow. Now what do I do with you....Aaaahhh... I know!”
He then got up and his horn began to glow again. “Shadow, you have done very well. Your job is done.”
Diamond Tiara's body glowed the color of the glow of Furious's horn. “You, filly, wake up.”
“....” said as Diamond Tiara stirred.
“What is your name?”
“Diamond Tiara.”
“Diamond Tiara, you at this very moment will now serve me.”
“Yes Master.”
“Now, this magic I have cast on you will make you obey my every command.”
“Yes Master, your word is law.”
“Oh yes it is. Now, you will go and deceive your four other friends and retrieve my crystal. However, you are an earth pony. So I will give a way to use my magic.”
His horn glowed and its light shines into Diamond.
“Okay, I will give you two spells, one to use the crystal to be able to chase your little friends and two, a spell to fix the crystal. Now, where do you come from?”
“Equestira, master.”
“Equestria....So that is where Silver Thunder brought you from. Then when you get me my crystal, I will conquer Equestria first.”
The portal then opened from the crystal.
“Now remember, the portal is still very small but you can fit through. You will not betray me. Now get my crystal, my little pawn!”
“Yes master.” and then she walked into the portal.

Chapter 1 - The Crusaders and the portal
Diamond Tiara was waiting anxiously for the school bell to ring. She knew that once school was over, her day would truly start. She was part of the 'Filly Crusaders', a group of five including herself. They were her best friends, and she couldn't wait to have fun with them. They all had cutie marks and had got them before the fillies ad even went to their first year of school. There was Applebloom who had a apple tree as her mark, Sweetie Belle, who had a music bell as her mark and Scootaloo with a scooter and flames around it. The other two members were Diamond Tiara and Silver Spoon respectfully. They had helped Diamond Tiara thru a dark period where before school had started, her parents had died from disease, causing the once snotty brat to become a shy meek little filly. Then the bell rang and she flew out of class. She ran to the treehouse and saw that everyone had just got there. “Hello everyone!”
“Hey Diamond! We just started!”
“Hooray! What are we doing today?”
“What else? More crusading!” said Scootaloo excited as much as she could be.
They then had a meeting deciding what to do and decided to climb a mountain. They went to the nearest mountain from Ponyville and began their climb gossiping and talking their way up. Then they found a damp dark cave midway to the top. As the five fillies peeked into the cave they saw a hooded pony with a rainbow glowing object. The hooded pony had not noticed them an began chanting loudly.
“Lagusan! Lagusan! Palabas sa akin isang bago mundo! Palabas sa akin ang lampas! Palabas sa akin lahat ng bahay!”
“What's that pony saying?” said Applebloom softly.
“I don't know, its some weird chant.” said Scootaloo quietly.
Then suddenly a portal appeared for the hooded pony it immediately began sucking in everything around it. The hooded pony immediately jumped into the portal. The portal's pull began to increase.
“Uh girls? I think its trying to pull us in.” said Diamond Tiara as she began holding onto the side of the cave.
“No kidding!” yelled Silver Spoon.
And then is was too late, all five were sucked into the portal.
“AAAAAHHHHHH!!!!” yelled the five but it was too late.
They then fell into a wasteland. The five, completely scared, began looking around with frightened faces. “Wha, Where are we?” said Diamond.
“Um, I don't know.” said Silver, shivering.
“Uh, okay, let's stop for a second girls.” said Sweetie Belle. “Okay, let's think about this.”
“Think about what Sweetie?! We got sucked into some circle thing into this uh, dead land place!” yelled Scootaloo.
“Stop yelling!” yelled Silver. “Okay, let's just calm down for a second okay?”
At that moment, all five froze as they saw something they had never seen before. There were walking shadows shaped like ponies and they had chains. They had glowing red eyes as the looked at five, who were still frozen. One of them then spoke up, “You are now prisoners to our master.”
“Huh?” said Diamond slowly.
The shadows quickly tackled the five and chained them together. “Now walk!”
“Augh, why are you doing this to us?” the five yelled, screaming questions but the shadows just pulled them more and more silently. They soon saw a large dark castle in which they were pulled into. They were then thrown into a throne room where the saw nothing but shadows and a single unicorn, sitting on the throne. He a huge grin on his face and then he spoke, “Well, what do we have here?”
“Are you the guy who told these shadow guys to be so mean?!” Sweetie Belle yelled.
“Yes, I am.”
“Who, who are you?” said Diamond.
“Ah, of course, where are my manners? I am Furious Destruction. I am the ruler of this world.”
“Ruler?”
“Yes, nothing can defy me. My existence is defined by my right to rule this world.”
“Um...”
“I won't expect you to understand, your fillies.”
“Hey!” the five yelled.
“Don't get angry, you should be honored. You are the last living ponies in this world.”
“Last living? Where are we?”
“Yes, and that is my one question for you five.”
“Question?”
“Yes, and you need to give me a good answer or well, in all actually I was probably going to kill you anyways.”
“Kill us?!”
“Yes, so, how did you get here? There are no ponies left in this world, I've killed all of them in this world.”
“We, um, was climbing a mountain and uh, we saw this hooded pony in a cave with a rainbow thing, I guess, and then he chanted something and this big circle  thing appeared and sucked us in!”
“Sucked you in? So a kind of portal?”
The five just looked at him as he just sat there, thinking.
“Well, so he's finally back.”
“You know the hooded pony?”
“Yes, yes I do. It's been a long time but I know him. His name is Silver Thunder, he's been trying to end my reign over this dead world for a long time.”
Silver looked at him sternly at realized in an instant. “You want that portal thing don't you?”
“Ah, the one with the glasses is smart, yes I do, I want it really badly. Silver Thunder has caused me problems using that portal.”
“How does he make the portals?”
“He has a certain object that-” and at that moment he was interrupted by the pony he was talking about. Silver Thunder, still hooded threw a smoke bomb into the room covering it in smoke and grabbed the chains holding the five. He then jumped out of the window and spread his pegasus wings and took flight with the five in tow, still in chains.
“Argh! #$%&@#&$*& you Silver Thunder!!” yelled Furious Destruction as Silver Thunder escaped.
Silver Thunder flew for a miles and dropped the fillies off. He then broke their chains.
“I'm sorry you got caught up in this.”
The five were still shivering in fear from what had just happened, unable to even talk due to the fear that had taken them over.
“I'll get you home.” he said as he pulled out a strange rainbow colored crystal. “Hope this works, we may have to go thru more than one portal.”
He then began chanting, “Lagusan! Lagusan! Palabas sa akin isang bago mundo! Palabas sa akin ang lampas! Palabas sa akin lahat ng bahay!”
The portal then appeared before them, but at that moment a blade from a shadow impaled thru Silver Thunder's heart. The crystal in his hand fell onto Diamond Tiara's hair. The five were shocked at the scene they had just saw as the portal sucked them to another world. The five then fell down again, but this time it was grassy field.
“Um, where are we?” asked Applebloom as she got up.
“I don't think we're in that creepy shadow kingdom place.” replied Diamond.
“Oh good.” said Sweetie.
“But, I don't think this is Equestria either.” said Silver Spoon.
“Oh no.” said Scootaloo.
The five looked around them as it was filled with all sorts of strange creatures they had never seen before and than they looked at each other. “Um, something is really wrong here...”
“Yeah, you guys are really tiny.” said Diamond Tiara as she got up, on two legs. “Wait a minute, why am I so tall? What am I?”
Diamond Tiara had been turned into a human. As for the rest...
“Um, could you all say your names so I know who's who?”
The other four said their names to Diamond Tiara and then she spoke up, “Okay, Applebloom has been turned into a orange red dog, Sweetie Belle is a penguin, Silver Spoon is a white sheet thing with a green helmet and Scootaloo is small blue standing dog. And I'm some giant creature.”
What Diamond Tiara did not realize is that they had turned into pokemon. Applebloom was a Growlithe, Sweetie Belle was a Piplup, Silver Spoon was a Ralts and Scootaloo was a Riolu. She then pulled the crystal out of her hair and they all looked at it.
“Well, what do we do now?” asked Diamond.
“I have no idea.” said the others.
