My Little Twilie

Chapter One

It was a stormy night in the middle of a mission to take down a man is guilty of mass murder. I, a lone and rogue Dragon Ninja, was tasked to kill him. On that mission I had a Kusari-gama [basically a chain-sickle] that Ryu Hayabusa, the ultimate ninja, gave to me a while back. In any case, I got the guy, no fuss, just a throwing knife to the heart. On my way to the LZ, I sensed magic in a dark ally. I drew my weapon, and walked slowly down the ally. I was spinning the chain end with the weight on it slowly with my right hand making circles with the weight and in my left, I held the sickle's handle at the ready. I thought I was about to fight fiends, aka demons, but I was wrong. I came up to a box and the magical force was stronger, much stronger. I put my weapon on my side and opened the box. I was shocked. Right there was a sleeping, filly Twilight Sparkle! I took my faceless mask off before she awoke; think of waking up with a faceless figure looking at you! When she saw me and smiled, my heart melted.

"Hey, there!" I said, softly. I picked the the little pony up out of the box and called HQ not to pick me up. It's not the first time. I held her close to me and wall jumped and got to the roof tops. Staying on the roof tops, I got home fast. The city I was in was Baltimore, odd eh? Anyway, when I got home I put the sleeping filly on my couch and got out of my ninja garb. I put the urban camo garb away and got into a more normal outfit. I just remember just looking at her! She is here! She is real! She's my little Twilie.

Three or four hours later, she awoke. I heard her yawn and I looked over to see her big eyes looking at me. She had a cute smile on her face.

"Hi, there. Are you ok?" I said to her.

"Mhm." She replied. At this point, I knew that she had no idea who I was or where she was or anything. She looked around the room, but it seemed that she didn't care about the weapons on the walls. Twilie looked at me again, eyes to mine.

"Who am I? Who are you?" She asked.

"Your name, I think is Twilight Sparkle. I'm....well...I have no name." I replied.

"Can I call you daddy?" She asked me.

"I.....uh....sure, Twilie." I said, stunned. She giggled.

"So....the weapons?" Twilie asked.

"Oh those. Yeah, well....you see...oh, never mind. I'll tell you later." I told her.

Two years later, I think she was around seven or eight years old when I told her who I was. The story of my life in the village where I was born is worth a novel itself.

"So, you are a rogue ninja?" Twilight asked me.

"Yes. Rogue, but not hated by my own clan." I replied.

"Oh, I see. So this Hayabusa, is your teacher?" She continued.

"Yeah, he's a good man. A bit scary, but good nonetheless." I said. Twilie is really smart and I didn't have to teach her much, but I did help her write. At first, she used her mouth, then as her magical abilities improved, she used her horn to move the pen. She loves to read, so I got her books, some of them I've enjoyed, like Winesburg, Ohio by Sherwood Anderson. All of my missions are put on hold for now, but I fear I'll be forced to help out. I keep telling them, get Hayabusa, or Ayane, they'll love to help.

"Twilie, I have something to tell you." I said to her.

"Oh, what?" She replied.

"I might have to go back out there one day soon." I continued.

"Say no more, I understand, dad. You love your clan and will do anything to help them." Twilie said to me. She is so understanding.

"So, you'll be fine by yourself for an hour or so?" I asked.

"Yup!" She squeaked.

An hour after that, I got a call from HQ. I was informed that fiends are about. I had to clear them out from the nearby docks.

"Daddy? Where are you going?" Twilie asked me, seeing me leaving in my ninja garb.

"Trouble at the docks. Stay in your room, don't answer the door and if you see those ugly things, hide." I said back. I grabbed Ryu's Dragon Sword off of one of the walls. He let me borrow it as a loaner. He promised me my own blade, some day. I walked out of the house and was picked up by a driver HQ sent me. There was no talk with him, I just wanted to get this over with and get home to Twilight. We arrived at the location and I got out of the car and he drove away. Then, the fiends appeared. I drew my sword and charged. Cutting them down was easy, and I did it quickly. I just started to walk away when a rather large werewolf appeared.

"Oh come on!" I said to myself. Then, the damn thing charged me. I teleported behind it and cut at it's legs. That only made him mad. He swung his scythe at me. I blocked it and I teleported behind him again, this time I severed an arm off of the fifteen foot tall fiend. I then jumped and spun and cut his head off. His body fell with a thud. I'm pretty sure that was an alpha wolf, but I didn't care. I called the driver back with my phone and got a ride back home.

As soon as I walked into the house, Twilie ran right up to me.

"You're back! Oh my gosh.....is that blood?" She asked, seeing me all bloody.

"I'm ok. It's fiend blood. Were you ok by yourself?" I replied.

"Yeah. I'm glad you're back, daddy." She answered. I then put the sword on the wall and put my ninja garb in the laundry machine. I took a quick shower and got in my normal outfit: black jeans and a Rob Zombie t-shirt. I went downstairs to see Twilie watching TV. She was watching Loony Toons. I love how they are still funny to this day. I sat down next to her.

"So, daddy? Could you teach me more about magic?" She asked.

"You are a bit young. On your 13th birthday, I will. When I was your age, I was just starting to learn about Ninpo. That's the magical technique I use to channel Ki. Anyway, I promise you." I replied. She looked a bit upset, but at the same time understanding. I looked at the clock and it was getting late.

"Come on, time for bed." I said to her. Twilie walked upstairs to her room and I followed. She got into her bed and I tucked her in.

"Night, daddy. I love you." She said, yawning.

"I love you too, Twilie." I said, kissing her forehead good night. I walked downstairs and sat on my couch. I never thought I'd be a father, but I am. A sweet filly came into my life and gave me love and joy. And now, a daughter.

It's Twilight's 13th birthday, I think by my math anyway. We celebrated with cake and presents. I was happy to see her so happy and she was happy because I didn't have any missions on that day.

"Hey, dad? Could you teach me more magic?" Twilie asked.

"Sure, sweetie." I replied. Just before I was about to start the lesson, a knock on the door halted me.

"Go to your room!" I whispered to her. She went up to her room and I answered the door. I was shocked at who was right there.

"Master Ryu!? What are you doing here?" I asked him.

"I came for my sword. Also, I have a replacement blade..." He stopped there. "...What is that I'm sensing?" He continued calmly. I let him into my home and I gave him his Dragon Sword back.

"Ummm...you are sensing my daughter. Hold on." I said. "Twilight, it's ok, you can come down." I continued, yelling up the stairs. Ryu stood there, waiting. Once Ryu saw Twilie, he was shocked. "Twilie, this is Ryu Hayabusa, Ryu, this is my daughter, Twilight." I said, introducing them to each other.

"This is your daughter? Hello, Twilight." He said, taking off his mask and kneeling in front of her.

"Daddy told me all about you! And the Dragon Ninja Clan!" She replied, all excited.

"Is today your birthday?" He asked.

"Yup! I'm 13!" She squeaked.

"Ryu, you said you have a replacement blade?" I asked Ryu directly.

"Yeah. Here." He said handing me a sword I never wanted to see.

"The Blade of the Archfiend?! No! This blade is evil...it's wrong!" I exclaimed seeing it. I took it anyway, out of respect for Ryu. The blade glowed with a red ora and it felt oddly right in my hand. "I don't know where this thing came from, but I'll take it, I guess." I said, sheathing the blade.

"I must be going, ninja." Ryu said. He then left with out another word.

"Don't touch this blade, ok? It's pure evil!" I said to Twilie, putting the sword on the wall.

"That thing scares me, I won't touch it." She replied.

An hour after Ryu left, Twilie was begging me to teach her magic.

"Come on daddy! You promised!" She whined.

"Ok, ok! Calm down, you silly filly." I replied, laughing.

"Now, what do you want to learn first?" I asked her.

"Blink!" She replied quickly. Blink is teleportation with ninjas.

"Alright. Now, for this spell, think of a location near you, and focus your mana. For me, it's Ki, for you mana. Same thing." I said, before teleporting behind her. Then, she teleported behind me.

"That was too easy, daddy!" Twilie said. I then gave her a book on Ninpo spells, non-combatic.

"A book?" She said.

"Yeah, I'll give you a week, see how much you can teach yourself. After that, I'll teach you some spells I know, ok?" I said to her.

"Ok, dad." She said back.

It was a month after I saw Ryu that my little Twilie got her cutie mark! I had to explain to her what it means.

"So, my talent is magic?" She said to me.

"Yeah, I'm a super ninja and you are my daughter. My little Twilie, you are so gifted in magic. I'm so proud!" I said, hugging her. Then I got a call from HQ.

"Yes? Oh come on! Um, no, get Ryu to help. Because I...fine!" I said to HQ through my phone. I hung up on them.

"Twilie, I go to go." I said to her.

"Can I come with you this time?" She asked.

"No. It's far to dangerous." I explained. I got into my ninja garb and grabbed the evil blade. "Now, Twilie...." I said before she interrupted me.

"Daddy, I know. Just go and be back soon." She said. And with that, I left. I ran to the LZ and I saw Ryu waiting for me.

"So you came." He said.

"So I have." I replied.

The mission was not important, but it was nice to fight along side with Ryu again. At one point, we were surrounded. We stood back to back and cut the demons down. After all that, I went home. When I walked into my house, Twilie greeted me.

"Daddy! You're home!" She said, excited. I put my blade on the wall and got out of my ninja garb. I showered and changed. I was pretty tired, and I went to bed.

"Dad? Are you ok?" Twilie asked, coming into my room.

"Yeah, I'm fine. Daddy's just tried." I replied, with a yawn.

"Well, I'll let you rest. If only...if only I could come with you." She said, with a sigh. She left my room and I heard her walk into her room. I know she is very bold, but her out in battle? No way. Just before I feel asleep, she walked back into my room.

"Dad? Are you awake?" She whispered. I rolled over to look at her.

"What is it?" I replied.

"What does it mean if you don't come home?" She asked.

"Twilie, I will always come home! Why ask such a question?" I replied to her.

"Because....you're my dad and you are the only person I know that I know I can trust." She answered. "Well, good night dad." She continued. And with that, she left my room.

It was four years later that my little Twilie went through a big change. She is fully grown, around four feet. She was working on her own magic and got wings! She woke me up to show me and looked a bit shocked.

"This is normal, Twilie." I told her.

"This is normal? I have wings!" She exclaimed. I hugged her and she calmed down.

"So, can you help me fly?" She asked.

"Ninjas glide, but I think I can." I answered. The time it took for her to master flying was about three weeks. She fell many times, but she was not going to quit. But at last, she got it down. I was so proud!

"That's my girl!" I said, hugging her.

"Can you do that falcon dive for me?" She asked me.

"Why do you want to see me fall with style?" I replied.

"Because I want to see it." She said. Twilie made a cute face at me.

"Ok, kid. You won." I said, she smiled with glee. I got on top of my home's roof and did a back-flip off. I spread my arms and legs out and glided to the ground. I landed with a roll.

"That was it, Twilie." I said, standing up.

"I thought it was cool, dad." She said. Her and I walked back into the house and sat on the couch.

"Hey dad? Don't you have to go to the store?" Twilie said, reminding me.

"Dammit, I forgot! Silly me! I'll be back soon." I replied. I went to the store and got back as fast as I could. When I got back, I saw Twilie hiding behind the couch, scared. Then I saw them, fiends. I put my things down and grabbed a Lunar Staff off the wall. I ran outside and protected my home. I killed them all, taking arms off and breaking them in half. The last one I hit into the air and jabbed it apart. I got the blood off the staff and walked back into the house.

"Damn things. You ok?" I asked Twilie. She looked horrified.

"I'm...ok." She replied as I put the staff on the wall.

"I didn't scare you did I?" I asked her.

"I'll be ok. It's just so much violence. But...they were demons...so thanks dad." She said with a sigh.

Two weeks after that the worst thing happened. I just got back from a mission when I saw Twilie watching My Little Pony. My heart stopped. It was the one where she gave the CMC Twilight Time. I turned off the TV and explained everything.

"How long? How long did you know about this? How long were you going to wait to tell me?" She said, before leaving with a huff. She ran up to her room and slammed the door. I followed. When I opened the door, I saw her fly out of the window.

"Twilight!!" I yelled. I ran back down stairs and grabbed the Blade of the Archfiend off of the wall and ran outside to follow her. I tried to keep up, but I couldn't. Baltimore was dangerous with the demons about, not to mention the Black Spider Clan, the Dragon Clan's enemy. I continued running and found myself in a park. I sat down on a bench, sword next to me, and started to cry.

"I'm so sorry. Gods, I'm so sorry." I cried to myself. I looked up and saw a friendly face. It was Ayane.

"Rogue. Why are you crying?" She asked me.

"My daughter found out. Have you seen her?" I said.

"No, I haven't. But she'll come back to you. I have to go now. Take care. Oh, and Ryu has your sword." She said, before vanishing. Then, I heard hoof steps.

"I heard you." Twilie said, as she got on the bench with me. "Do you still love me?" She asked. I hugged her.

"Yes! I still love you! You're my little Twilie. You are my daughter. Nothing will ever change that! Shit, I'm so sorry! I should've told you!" I said, crying as I hugged her. We then walked home in the dark of night, Black Spider Ninjas attack out of nowhere.

"Why was the blade given to you?" One asked, rather calmly. My response, cutting his head off. The rest attacked and I killed them fast. The last few I got with a Ninpo spell called Wind Blades. The blades of wind cut them apart. I got the blood off the blade and we walked home.

Just before we got home, Ryu appeared out of the shadows, holding a sword.

"Ninja, here is your sword." He said, giving me the new blade.

"Thanks, Ryu." I replied, taking it. He then vanished into the shadows. On the sheath of the sword it read "Sharlotte." I laughed at the name of the sword.

"Hey, look. It's name is Sharlotte." I said to Twilie, showing her the sheath. She giggled a bit. We walked into the house and I put the two swords on the wall, right next to each other. Then, a knock on my door. Twilie ran up to her room and I answered the door. It was a little old man named Marumasa.

"Rogue, it has been awhile. Do you wish to keep that evil blade?" He asked.

"No. I don't trust it. Will you take it?" I asked him.

"Hmmm...yes." He replied. The little man then took the blade and left. Marumasa my look old and weak, but he can hold his own in a fight, plus, he's a great sword smith, world famous in fact.

A month after that, I woke up to knocking on the door. I got out of bed and went down stairs to see who the heck was at the door. I opened the door and was shocked to see Luna right there. Behind her was Celestia, and all of Twilie's friends from the show. I let them into my home. Rainbow got in my face.

"So, what did you do with Twilight, huh?" She said, looking to start a fight.

"Get the fuck outta my face." I said back. She backed off. "Ok, what are all of you doing here?" I asked them.

"We know she is here. Is she?" Celestia asked calmly.

"Dad, is everything ok?" I heard Twilie yell from her room.

"Uh, did she just call you dad?" Luna asked.

"Wow! Twilight has a human for a dad!" Pinkie added.

"Twilight, come on down here." I yelled up the stairs. She walked down and was warmly greeted.

"Who are all of you?" She asked.

"How come she doesn't remember us?" Rarity asked.

"I found her all alone in a box in a dark ally. She was just a filly, no more then five years old." I answered.

"So, you raised her from a filly? I'm sensing very powerful magic off of you. Are you a Dragon Ninja like Ryu?" Luna asked me.

"Wait, ya'll saw Ryu?" I asked.

"Sure did. Such a nice guy." Apple Jack said.

"Yeah, he's sweet." Fluttershy added.

"You're here to take her away, aren't you?" I asked, starting to cry. Then, Ryu walked into my home.

"Princesses, do not separate these two." He said.

"I raised her for fifteen years! I tought her magic. She got her cutie mark because of me! She is an Alicorn because of me!" I added.

"Well, this changes things." Celestia said, pondering.

"Ryu, is he needed here?" Luna asked him.

"Well, no. Rogue is powerful, the next Ultimate Ninja after me, but he is a rogue." He replied.

"Just gotta say, love the outfit Ryu! So form fitting! So much inspiration!" Rarity said, out of the blue. Ryu laughed.

"But we must return to Equestria." Luna said.

"I'm not going with out my dad!" Twilie said, boldly.

"Then it's settled. The Rogue will come with us, as will Twilight. Get your things, ninja." Celestia said. I got into my camo garb and grabbed a few weapons. I took Sharlotte, my Kusari-gama, a Lunar Staff, and the very heavy and big Eclipse Scythe that Ryu gave me. The scythe and staff were on my back and the sword and chain-sickle were on my left and right side.

"Ryu, you can have the house and my mask." I said to him. He didn't respond. I looked behind me to see Rarity fixing her hair using the scythe's blade as a mirror. I just giggled at her.

"Ninja, have the Eye of the Dragon." Ryu said, giving me the purple gem. I took out my sword and attached it to the sword's hilt. The blade glowed with white flames and I felt the raw power.

"Oh, pretty!" Rarity said.

"That blade has immense power!" Celestia said.

"Now, to the portal!" Luna exclaimed.

The walk didn't take very long, but I didn't see the portal.

"So, do we have to open it?" I asked. Luna and Celestia nodded. They crossed horns and I helped too. Once the portal opened, everyone went right in. I took one last look at my world and I wished Ryu Hayabusa luck. Then, I stepped through it. The next thing I knew I was in Equestria!

"Now that you are here, will you protect us?" Luna asked me.

"Of course! If there are any enemies that want ya'll dead, they'll have to deal with me! I swear loyalty to all of you!" I exclaimed. I then looked around and knew where I was, the castle in Canterlot. A guard lead me to a room that was for guests.

"Sir, do you need anything?" The guard asked.

"Nah, I'm good." I replied. I put my weapons on the bed and relaxed. Twilie walked into the room with a smile on her face.

"I like this place! I'm a princess and have great friends and I still have my dad! Well, I'm going to go with them to Ponyville." She said to me before running off.

It has been two months after Rogue stepped into Equestria and everypony loves him. There has been no conflict yet, but who knows what might happen. But whatever happens we know we can trust the only human in Equestria!
