One young colt is given a new location to his regular paper route where he must travel to deliver a set of newspapers. What he finds is a town in desperate need of repair. The ponies live in poverty and filth, and out of them all, he will meet one young filly who's story will send him on a mission to bring a glimmer of light into the village.
