The Justice League of Equsetria has always defend the law and brought Justice, however, when Mane-iac destroy Manehattan, She is kill by Super Mare. Super Mare then take control of the world and heroes and villains alike join her, but Batmare did not. With most of the heroes either dead or joining Super Mare, Batmare must stop her at what ever cost.

In another universe, the Justice League of Equestria was busy dealing with their enemies when they discover that Mane-iac got her hooves on a nuke. They try to stop her, but Green Lantern, Wonder Mare, Green Arrow, Aquamare, along with Mane-iac and Batmare, was then transported to the same universe. Now the group must figure out what going on and how to stop it.
