I can feel a surge of dark energy surrounding everything, it seems familiar almost like- she's back nightmare moon is back, that's why celestia hasn't come down today nightmare moon will take over and free me from this place. Wait I feel another surge of energy but it is of a magic not figured out yet, it can't be the elements how. Nightmare moon has been over throne, we lost and now I'm still stuck here but I just hope celestia will take mercy on Luna. Celestia came down looking pissed as I shrank back in fear. "You probably figured out what happened." She said" but I will tell you this, Luna is on our side now." My eyes widened no it can't be they reformed her, now I have no one. I mustered up the strength to look celestia dead in the eye and say " go to Tartarus celestia!" She just laughed and said " not before I make sure your there too" I looked with wide eyes as she turned the torture machines on. "Good now get ready you need to look at least presentable." //-------------------------------------------------------// Reunion //-------------------------------------------------------// Reunion As I put my make-up and dyes on my body, bones and skin ached from the harsh punishment I received from celestia and the quickly done healing spell. Once I was finished I headed for the streets sneaking past the reformed nightmare moon now known once again as Luna. I walked through the crowded streets of canterlot, I remember when it was just a small town struggling to survive and looking at it now surprises me. I made it to the restaurant about 10 minutes earlier then the reservation called for but I was sat down none the less. I ordered a simple water and waited for them to come..... And waited...... And waited. Strange they were 20 minutes late, maybe they forgot about the dinner. As I got up to leave all of them rushed through the door of the restaurant all looking nice except rarity who was wearing a weird looking hat with a nice dress. I sat back down and waited for them to come over and they did. "Sorry we're late," twilight apologized "rarity insisted on dressing up in her new outfit that took forever to get on." "Beauty takes time darling, not like you would know anything about it." Twilight's jaw dropped and you could tell that a fight was going to go on, fluttershy tried to calm the down but her small voice went unheard, luckily Rainbow dash told them to stop and sit and enjoy the meal. After the fight was averted me and twilight caught up on what happened over the years, mostly her telling her life at the castle after magic kindergarten and me making up stories or telling about my life long ago as if it happened recently. "So you know Luna?" Twilight asked. I was surprised to say the least I never told her that. "Why would you say that?" I asked back. "Luna talks highly about you but she makes it sound like you're a friend from long ago. "Well I did know Luna, she was the best, she practically raised me but we haven't talked in a long time." I was happy that she still talked about me but sad that I haven't talked to my friend in such a long time. The girls all shared a knowing look that sort of frightened me but they wouldn't do anything weird right? "Uhh crim,"fluttershy said"you wouldn't mind putting on this blindfold right?" Ok they would do stuff weird but it wouldn't harm me in anyway right? "Uhh ok?" I said unsure. They put a blindfold I me and walked me through a familiar path but my warrior senses have been dulled so I couldn't really make heads or tails of where I was going. Once we arrived they unblinded me. And to my ultimate horror there stood before me was Luna. She looked like she did before she became nightmare moon but why did they take me too her? "We decided if you guys haven't talked I a long time maybe you guys to catch up."pinkie said hopefully. "Children when I said me and crim haven't talked in a long time I meant we haven't talked for 1000 years." Luna stated. "WHAT?! How is that possible? The crim shouldn't be alive!" All of a sudden I was picked up in a bright glowing aura. "I think I can shed some 'light' on the situation AFTER my prisoner gets punished." Celestia declared. //-------------------------------------------------------// Truth Revealed //-------------------------------------------------------// Truth Revealed "Sister, what do you mean your prisoner," Luna asked. "And how is she still alive?" "Well it's a long story so let me set dear crim here, to a machine and we can talk." With that said celestia walked me back to the torture room with the mane six and Luna behind her. As we walked there twilight suddenly asked "isn't this the way to the room you were making me in the castle?" "Why yes it is twilight, I was going to clean up the place, remove the machines, and create an underground bunker to store it all INCLUDING crim!" She yelled. "Dear sister but what has crim done to you?" Luna asked. "She betrayed me and joined forces with you when you were nightmare moon." "But sister isn't this going a bit to far?" Luna asked worried. "Nothing is to far when it comes to a traitor who turns those I care for against me!" Celestia exclaimed. As they reached the torture chamber celestia opened the door and everyone but me and celestia recoiled from the smell. They stepped inside and celestia put me into the torture machine ,leaving the room with the others, and locking the door. //-------------------------------------------------------// Awaken //-------------------------------------------------------// Awaken Crim's POV: My eyes open to stare at a wooden ceiling and I look around to find that I am in a cottage. All of a sudden I see a white bunny stare at me and then run away. "Weird" I thought and attempted to get up, but I was unsuccessful. "Ow ow ow owowowow" I said. How can I be this weak, I mean I've been tortured for over a thousand years...... What happened? Why am I not in the chamber? Where am I? Is this a trick? I then see fluttershy with the white bunny on her back, she smiles at me warmly but I stay uneasy. "Glad you are awake, Discord will be happy." She said. "Discord?" I question. Then I remember that he was there when I passed out at the chamber. "He saved you from the chamber and brought you here he convinced me to let you stay, he was also telling me earlier of some of your history but he had to go somewhere." She explained. I gave a little nod and asked her how much of the story did discord tell her. "He got to the part of the war, but he was called by celestia for something." She answered. "Hmmm well I'll explain the rest for you." I decided. She sat next to me on the couch and started explaining the war and my part in it. //-------------------------------------------------------// A Blood War //-------------------------------------------------------// A Blood War Crim's POV: I ran to Discords statue because I thought it would be the last time I would see it. "D-discord! It happened, the sisters are fighting, I-I'm going on Lu- I mean nightmare moon's side" I exclaimed. I was scared yet exhilarated for the war, like there is a deep primal bloodthirsty feeling inside of me. That's what scared me and even that added to the thrill. After paying respects and final goodbyes I left the statue and walked back to the secret base. Nightmare Moon's POV: We sensed our soon to be successor enter the base, she seemed off, like as if changes took place that would benefit the equality of everyone and help overthrow our ssssssister, the word tasted like soot in our mouth. As she entered the room we said "You feel a primal rage in you don't you. You just want to let it out." I sensed her surprise but she nodded. It was time. Crim's POV: She knows me quite well and if she knows what I feel then I must be feeling it. I noticed the moon changing, turning color, it became a blood crimson and she hit me with a blast if magic. I felt myself changing, becoming stronger, better, faster, stealthier, and my favorite deadlier. She sent me out to destroy targeted bases and I did, the moon only lasted two hours before I felt my powers seceding from me but I had destroyed enemy installations in a matter of minutes. I was reborn into crimson, I became a well respected general and had my own soldiers called the crimson regiment.(hey btw my school's band is actually called the crimson regiment) I am merciless and a cold blooded killer. Chaos will always be with me and so will the night. //-------------------------------------------------------// An Old Enemy //-------------------------------------------------------// An Old Enemy My regiment and I were preparing for a battle at a major installment that if conquered would leave the castle vulnerable and the end battle would rage on. But I sensed that something was off, the plan was perfect to perfect there wasn't a flaw or a possibility of defeat which scares me. What is going to happen in that place? As always I had to carry on, or else I would be executed as a traitor. My regiment would attack the front and ambush the building and I would sneak in from behind and pick off those inside. Contrary to most beliefs I actually had the more dangerous job, I couldn't risk my comrades life at such a degree the entire place is a war zone by itself. We will strike at dusk and hope that nightmare moon will aid us when her light shines over the battlefield. -/-/-//////-----timeskip------//////-/-/- It was time. We rushed out into the dying yellow light and set out towards the installment. After 34 minutes of running towards the base we camped in a enclosed spot near it. I watched as my friends and allies wrote their last words to their loved ones before the battle. We emerged from the space and continued onward like spiders approaching a fly caught in it's web. We split off and they charged the front like bucking broncos and I creeped along the back. I picked off a few guys guarding the rear entrance and entered. I sliced the head off of one and set another on fire. Every enemy I saw died a few seconds later, I walked to am area that was clear of enemies. I looked around and saw two rushing me and as I was about to attack I was hit from behind and I blacked out. When I awoke I found my friends in a net unconsious bleeding out. I panicked, we haven't lost a battle before. I looked around I wasn't locked up which is stranged. I notice a shadow figure looking at me, even in the shadows I can tell he was grinning. This is what I felt, the disturbance was HIM. I got up to my hoofs I glared at him this madman planed the whole thing. "Only one of us will make it out you piece of bucking SHIT!" I shouted. "You took me from my normal life and brought me to this world, I love it here but you tried to kill me, kill my friends and for that you must pay." He remained silent which just ticked me off more. With a warrior cry I charged at him, my creator, my enemy. //-------------------------------------------------------// It's Time //-------------------------------------------------------// It's Time "What happened after that...... I can't remember." I don't know why but I just can't. "Oh that's alright" fluttershy tried to reassure me. "All I can remember was Luna being sent to the moon me and celestia fighting then being trapped in a dungeon for over 2000 years." I wish things weren't like this all the hiding and mistrust. I came to a conclusion I got a part parchment and a pen and wrote a letter to Luna giving her instructions to have celestia meet me at the old graveyard next to the vineyard at midnight on the blood moon tomorrow. I'm so alone, she sent me to "magic kindergarten" for what? I have no friends! Is this some new torture? She's trying to get it into my mind that no one cares about me. I was thinking all these thoughts as the teacher was talking, I'm never called on, I have to turn in my tests and homework assignments after everyone leaves, I'm utterly alone. Why can't I be friends with anyone? At least my desk is in the shadows, it's easier to be unnoticed and it reminds me if her. Why can't she come back and take me from this hell? "Ok, bye" was all she said as I started walking back to the castle through the doors and hallways to the hidden door to the dungeon. My home was this dark and damp place with torture tools covered in old blood and skin from me. I'm stuck here, how do I know? I was using dyes and contacts so no one would recognize me if they saw me back at the castle or else celestia would torture me horribly. She told me that if I tried to run that she would find me and makes sure I could never leave the castle ever. I was heading towards the market when I saw a familiar pony, she looked a lot like twilight but I wasn't to sure. She saw me and started walking towards me. What do I say if she recognizes me, wait I'm wearing dyes I should be fine maybe she's just lost. "Crim is that you? Twilight asked. Crude I'm wearing the same dyes as when I was at the school. "H-hey twilight long time no see" I said scared. "It's good to see my first ever friend again, girls come over here" twilight said. I started relaxing but the others still scared me. I'm losing blood fast and I won't last much longer. He removes me from the machine and teleports me to a cottage. I pass out right there and everything is as black as night but I can hear voices at times. Fluttershy's POV(new huh) The poor girl crim has still been out for a week, discord told me that she was in a coma. "Why would celestia want to hurt such a young girl like crim?" I asked discord. "Fluttershy, I know that you are worried for crim but remember that she is strong she will survive." Discord replied. "How do you know crim?" I wanted answers bad. "It's a long story from long ago" he began. It started long ago over a thousand years before nightmare moon even before my defeat. Luna had an understudy named Crim, no pony knew who she was or where she came from before she became Luna's understudy. Only the princesses knew, growing up Crim was a curious child and an extraordinary one also. She had gained the ability to use magic without the need for a horn, she already had wings so she was like an Alicorn, this must of sparked the princesses interest because a few days after an "accident" with a rampaging bull and a fine china shop Luna was her guardian. She love the life of the palace, she was always interested in learning more about equestrias history. She did feel a little different from other ponies and would mostly keep to herself or be with Luna. As she grew more knowledgeable about magic she thought of Alicorn magic and dark magic the same just different intentions with that power. Crim was there when I was turned to stone and found a great interest in me, she would talk to my statue all the time an tell me what she learned or would hide around the area when she did something bad. She also studied chaos and the difference from order and peace which she believes are different, but that type of thinking was not allowed or even thought of back the so I was the only one she could trust I mean who am I going to tell I'm a statue at that point. One day she stopped to visit and told me that Luna had become nightmare night and that a war will soon start between the sisters. A/N I AM SO SO SORRY I HAVENT UPDATED IN FOREVER PLEASE FORGIVE ME PLEEEAAASE //-------------------------------------------------------// Other World //-------------------------------------------------------// Other World As I charged at him he disappeared and reappeared above me. I quickly slashed my sword up meeting his. All you could hear was the sound of clanging metal and the groans of my semi-conscious friends. I remember our battle before like it was yesterday. I came from a world only celestia knows about because of her "magic mirror". I was a human but I was not well liked, I was with one of my friends who was a serial killer(we had met at the mental institute) and we were trying to find a man who had an unnatural power and take him out. Sadly we underestimated him an he shot me with lightning. My form began to change. I now had black hair with a crimson hue and my eyes turned crimson, nothing else really changed except a few other things. After that he shot me through a portal where I began to change again but this time into the form of a pony. Later I saw another portal open and he walks through covered in blood only... It wasn't his. In a fit of rage I charged him using everything I could to attack him. I realized that I had wings and did aerial attacks which were only effective for a short while. I knew the ways of this world but I did not have a horn to do magic, I did not know I could cast magic until I accidentally conjured a shield. I then understood that the only way to kill him was to combine aerial and magic attacks to defeat him but it still would not be enough. I flew up high and flew to the ground going faster and faster charging up magic as I went, soon a giant crimson mark was sent charging across the sky as I broke the sound barrier and hit the ground right on my evil enemy. It was over or so I thought. Here we are now repeating out last battle but hopefully this time there is only one surviver.
