"Why does it have to be so cold?" Thought Katie trotting out of PonyBucks towards her parked car with her latte in her magical grasp. Katie went into her satchel and took her keys out and opened the door. She opened the door while having the keys in her magical grasp. She sits inside the car seat and put her latte in the cup holder and closed the door, she put the key in the ignition and set it to drive and she put her magical grasp on the steering wheel and started to drive.
"Hopefully, I get a good case today when I get to the department." Thought Katie while driving towards the police department. She stopped at a street light that was giving her the red light, singled out to stop till it turns green. She got her latte and took a sip, nice, warm, flavors adventured her mouth that made her smile. "Taste SO good~!" Thought Katie while putting her latte back in the cup holder. The street light turned green and she now put it into drive and she continued to drive to her destination. She saw police cars with sirens on, driving quickly to there destination. Katie slowed down and turned to her right since it was coming from the left lane and she was on the right lane. The police cars past by in a rush. "Wonder where there're going?" Thought Katie when she turned slightly to the left and continued her driving. Katie saw the police department and she drove towards the parking lots.
She drove into a parking lane and turned of the engine. She took her latte from the cup holder and the keys from the ignition with her magic and opened the car and closed it while using her magic to lock it. Katie walked towards the double doors with her ID ready for scanning. She stopped in front of the door and she scanned her ID in the scanner, the scanner gave a green color that told her the doors are open. She opened the door with her magic and went inside the building to go to her workplace. Katie saw the other officers and waved high, they waved back at her with a smile. Katie went into the elevator and press the black button that will lead her to the 4th floor.
Katie took another sip of her latte and looked around the elevator. Grey, all she saw was grey in the elevator and that wasn't really entertaining to her. The elevator stopped and made a sound, singled out that she reached her destination. Katie walked out the elevator and started walking towards her workplace. "Hey Kate, how's the day so far?" Asked a fellow detective. "Its going good so far, thank you for asking." Said Katie happily towards the detective. Katie stopped and sat down on her chair while setting her latte on the table next to her pens and pencils cup. She looked inside and got some papers at the file drop box that was marked 'Cases/Paperwork.' She looked through it and the first thing she saw was a case file. She set the other paperwork's gently on the table for later doing and open the file. "OK, let's see what we got here." Thought Katie while looking at the first words.

Details: Victim was dead at the scene and was presumed at the time 1:10AM. Victim was stabbed to death after 7 wounds. Twice in the stomach. A deep cut on the shoulder and four stab wounds in the chest. Scene was messy and the victim was taken to the lab for inspection also, the victim was found dead with a origami right next to his hoof that only had a smudge of blood on it. The origami was also taken to inspection for any DNA other then the victim.
Katie Rose, as soon as you are done reading this file go to the crime scene and investigate what happened and see if there was anything that was left. They didn't do anything to the scene other then take reports of the victim and take him for inspection. Side Note: Bring a partner on this case or solve this case alone. (OPITIONAL)
Katie closed the file and put it in her drawer, also her papers that she was gonna do but since this is serious and she must report there now. She'll do it at home. Katie got her latte and walked towards the elevator. She went inside the elevator and she pressed the black button that will lead her to the 1st floor. She once again, waited for her arrival to the first floor. The elevator once a again told her she was at her destination by making a loud beep noise.
She left the elevator and went through the double doors towards her car. "This will be interesting." She thought while stopping in front of her car door while opening it with her magic and sitting in her car. She closed the door and she put the key inside the ignition and started the engine. She put the stick into reverse and move the stick to drive. She left the parking lot and she was now on the streets of New York once again. "Wonder what I am gonna find." Thought Katie while driving towards the crime scene.......
