Five Nights at Twilight's
I was taking a deep breath in when I saw the time. I was almost late for my interview with Jassonne! I sped over before you could say Light! Two ponies stood at the entrance. One was dressed in a costume of Twilight, the other was dressed in Fluttershy lookalike fashion. I had no time for pondering their work clothing choices, but they put their hooves in front of me!
"Are you Miss Wind?" They asked, eyeing me as if I were the one wearing old highschool mascot clothes.
"Yes. Now can I go by?"
They continued eyeing me. "Yes." They put their hoof on the ground and watched me as I stepped through the door.
The place was full of happy kids, cheering for the singing 6 animatronic mares as that stood on the stage and sung their trademark song, a downright amazing rock version of MLP Theme by Fost. I had loved that song when I had watched the mares play as a foal. I was ready to pridefully do whatever job I was going to do.
Jassonne stood, waiting for me in the doorway of her office. I was excited. Day after day of working with the animatronics, it would be the sunny age of my life!
---1 Interview Later---
Night Guard.
I would not be working day after day with my childhood heroes. I would be sitting in an office night after night waiting for burglaries that would never happen. Oh joy. As I began to grumpily walk away from the office, Jassonne stopped me. Big surprise, he was just telling me my work hours. My heart ached as I looked at the animarronics I knew and loved... As I stepped outside and slowly walked away I made a mental note of when to mopily come back and sit in my chair for 6 hours.
"Your shift starts at 12:00. Don't be late!"

Night 1. My First Near-Death Experience
My alarm beeped from where it sat in my nightstand. I grunted lazily with annoyance and slammed my hoof on it's Off button. I slowly raised myself up from where I Kay on my bead, my wings flying out behind me. The clock read 11:49. I had just enough time to get ready and fly off. I donned my new Nught Guard hat, a blue and white cap that read in black letters the words SECURUTY. I opened my door and checked the time: 11: 58. I crouched low and byrst out the door, my sister Dark Gust closing it for me. I was on my way to work, the black sky surrounding me.
I stepped in and checked the time. It was 11:59. I took my seat in the office I called mine. A small tablet sat on the chair. "Huh? A iBuySomeApples? Who would leave that here?!" I picked it up and read a note, which told me I could only operate it with my wings. It seemed easy. All I had to do was look at the screens which led to the Live Feed of the security cameras. The phone rang. "Who the hell would call at this hour?" I wondered. I answered like a kind pony would despite my suspicions.
Hello hello? Hey! Let me just tell you this first: you gave made the worst career choice one could make,friend. Now, I need to also say that I'm calling because if I didn't you won't know how to survive. My name is Filthy Rich. I was the previous Night Guard. You probably know the Mane Six. Twilight,Fluttershy,Pinkie,Rarity,Applejack,and Rainbow Dash. Although you probably haven't seen Rainbow. She's out of order. Nonetheless, listen closely. You can think I'm insane, but you'll think wrong later. The animatronics are alive. Don't let them in the office. They'll kill you and stuff you in a animatronic suit. They wouldn't be so bad if there weren't so many wires in there, especially near the face area. Basically, the only parts if you that would ever see tomorrow are your eyes and teeth. But... Yeah.... Good luck tonight!
The phone clicked and the call ended. I thought the guy was mad. Kookoo. Insane. Any word. I tapped the Stage area and practically choked on my gum. Rarity and Fluttershy were missing. Maybe the guy wasn't mad. I searched everywhere and found Rarity staring at the camera with her mouth wide open in the Bathroom. Fluttershy was backstage, doing the same as Rarity. I looked at the Stage again. Applejack had moved behind Pinkie, also staring with her maw wide open at me. Into my soul.... I checked on Rarity. Gone. I took my eyes off the camera and saw her in the doorway. I leaped at the door button and landed my hoof on it. It closed quickly. Applejack was on my left. I hit the button with a wham. Exactly 2 hours passed by. I checked the clock. 3:09. My heart beat faster than Sombra eats crystals. I checked the cameras. Fluttershy was gone. She stood in the eastern hall grinning a slasher smile. My power was at 40. I checked the doors. Fluttershy on my right, Rarity looking like she was leaving but still on my left. I wouldn't risk it. I slammed both shut again. I saw Pinkie still standing, it looked like she had no interest ripping me limb from limb like the others. Her eyes showed hunger, but she seemed to be lost in her thoughts. All her bloody thoughts. I heard a soft bang... Was Rarity knocking? I realized Flyttershy was gone. I opened the door. Checked the time: 5:08. I sighed. One more hour of terror and I would be fine. I was interrupted from my trances by a orange hoof wrenching the tablet out of my hooves. "HOLY BUCKING MITHER OF FAUST!!!" I screeched as I saw Applejack standing at the door and staring into my soul. I slammed the door and picked up the tablet. Rarity was gone. I figured so. Opening the door, I- "YOU GOTTA BE BUCKING KIDDING ME!!!" Apparently, Fluttershy had been waiting out of sight for me to open it again. I closed the door. My power lowered down to 20. I spread out my wings and was ready to fly out above the ponies just to live. Suddenly, I heard a chiming noise. The animatronics outside my doors returned to where they had stood. I waited for Fluttershy. Pelting out the door after they returned, I never slowed my wing flap.
Once I reached my door, I thanked Faust for my surviving, and flew onto my sofa. I felt it with my hooves and cried tears of joy. I had lived.... I had made it.

Night 2: I Catch My First Glimpse of Unicorn Twilight
I decided to pay a visit to the Hellhouse called Twilight's. Even though I was reluctant, I knew there were others inside. I was greeted with a gigantic blast of AC. My wings ruffled and I saw my boss talking to another pony. She seemed very kind and sweet from where I stood until I saw Jassonette dip his head bye and walk out the door. I walked to the mare who was apparently my new boss. "Oh? Hello! Are you Light Wind?" She asked. She seemed like Fluttershy, only not bloodthirsty. Just shy, sweet, silly, and caring. "Yes." I answered. "You are?" The answer shocked me.
"Shy Seeds!" She beamed. Shy Seeds was known to be the daughter of the original Fluttershy. To meet her was an honor. I kinda wanted to tell her that the animatronic version of her mother was a bloodthirsty killing machine that came to life with the other animatronics at night, but I decided it was better to let the Pegasus live life without the accusations of a pony she would assume crazy. "I thought you were the night guard! What brings you here early?"
"I like seeing what goes down during my break hours. What's going on?" I asked, suddenly seeing the rows and rows of party hats and party things on table cloths on the tables.
"A little filly named Bell Frost is having her birthday party here! I want it to be magic for her, she is my niece after all!"
Yet again, I would have spit-took if I had a drink. First I meet the daughter of Fluttershy, then I meet that daughters NIECE!?!? Things were passing way too fast. I was starting to get dizzy when Shy awoke me.
"Aren't the animatronics lovely looking? They seem like they would be real nice if they were real.... Again." I could swear I saw a sad, lonely but dreamful glitter in both Shy and Fluttershy's eyes. I wondered.... Were the animatronics remembering? Could they?
It was time to get back to work. I slapped on my badass Security hat and flew to the den of the animatronic Hellhounds. The moment I stepped hoof in the office I was greeted with the phone ringing.
Hey! Me again. You're probably wondering why I'm calling. Maybe you know about Rainbow Dash? She's gonna come to life tomorrow night, and that won't be good. But that's not why. You may start seeing glimpses of a limp,lifeless suit that looks like a unicorn version of Twilight. That's Unicorn Twilight, probably the most deadly animatronic in the place. Also, Twilight and Pinkie activate when the words Magic or Party are said during the day. Don't let neither of them near ya, or tonight is your death sentence. Try to survive, please!!!!! And keep your eyes peeled, Unicorn Twilight may be able to go through your doors. Or so I always thought. Anywhale, good luck!
My hair was on the fritz. I was already darting everywhere in the office, hoping for a way out besides the doors. I checked the stage. Whoopee, Applejack was hiding behind the curtains backstage, her head cocked to one side. I realized there was a kitchen camera and turned to it.... Why was it black? I had no time to think as I saw Fluttershy slasher smiling at my door. Her door party came to a close. I did a light skim over all the cameras, finding AJ in the closet and Rarity exploring the Party Area. Pinkie had moved, and Twilight was slasher smiling at the camera. Buck, was I in trouble. I saw Rarity had left, leaving Applejack to exploring there. Buck, Pinkie had left the stage and I found her seeing the sights backstage. I shut the door with my hoof knowing Rarity was there, not even taking my eyes off the camera as I seeked out Pinkie. I found her standing outside the kitchen door but I couldn't see what was in there. Fluttershy had left, but I saw Pinkie in the hall so I closed it again. Twilight was still... Buck. No pony was in the stage. I checked the Party zone. No sign of Twilight, but two horrific glowing dots which I assumed were her pupils. Time: 4:07. Power: 30. I felt like tonight would be my final night. I heard a slow laugh that was clearly Twilight's. Then, I heard a knock. I knew it couldn't be Twilight because she moved very slo- BUCKBUCKBUCK!!! The door slammed down an depleted a whopping 10 percent of my energy. Suddenly, all the animatronics disappeared from the halls. Outside my door stood a limp, lifeless, purple unicorn animatronic suit. Unicorn Twilight. Her black, dead eye sockets pierced my soul. Somehow, she was talking.... A faint whisper that grew a small bit louder each time she said it. The words had meaning somehow. "It's Me." There was a ringing, and suddenly all nightmares faded away. Six. The animatronics were at their stage, but I still hauled flank without ever slowing my pace for a second. Yet again, I collapsed into my house. My sister was asleep on the sofa with a empty bottle of cider in her hoof and the TV playing sports. I took my crash party to my bed. I was a living,breathing River of joyous tears. I had lived!
But now I had another problem: 3 more Nightmares had been added to the nights of death. Woohoo.
